What would other animal skulls look like if they grew huge brains?

Smaller brained ancestors looked something like a cross between a cat and a squirrel. Microcephalic children have protruding upper jaws. If we ever give dogs human intelligence we need to do so by introducing avian genes for neuron density and efficiency
