Gotta be one of the coolest/strangest animals
I quite like these animals and I wish they did better in aquariums.

Some animals, like seahorses, seriously make me doubt the theory of evolution. I've watched a video about how they may have evolved and it still seems farfetched to me. How does natural selection even create such a body plan?

>>4166066When you actually see them stretching out horizontally, they look pretty much like any other pipefish. A seahorse could be thought of as just a pipefish that learned to anchor itself with its tail.
