Penis burning immediately after sex: My wife and I are hygienically clean (shower once a day), have tested clean for STD’s, and have no known preexisting conditions. But every time we have sex my penis (or more specifically the tip of my urethra) burns like I have to pee. I remember when I was young I tried jerking off with shampoo a couple of times and it’s the exact same sensation. Never had a UTI but it seems like that’s what it feels like. Anyone have any ideas? I was thinking maybe its a pH thing?

If you actually do pee, it worsens the burning, right? It happens randomly to me after nutting, and I've always assumed it to be mere tissue irritation.
