They're reach schools for this GPA, but you have a few Californian alternatives:>Marymount, average GPA of 3.09 (If you don't mind it being a catholic school)>California State University Fresno, 3.12>California State University East Bay 3.2>San Francisco State University, 3.31 >California State University Los Angeles 3.31If you do well at the above, you can potentially turn things around for graduate school if that's your intent, but otherwise, start prepping for post-college life, GPA generally doesn't matter as long as you've got relevant work experience.

By common sense, the person reviewing your application made his final judgment on the CC transcript, ergo the rejection letter you received.OP, I think you should humble yourself and go for a UC-system university where your community college AND international experience is more appreciated.
