How do I not get tired? After spending the day studying / working out, I am too tired for my hobbies, I just watch some videos and go to bed. How am I supposed to keep the sigma grindset going if i am tired as hell? (I sleep enough)
>>26448025What's your diet like? Are you getting a good amount of starch, MCTs or something else that provides slow-release energy?
>>26448025Sounds fucking retarded but have a bowl of salt ramen, or drink pocari sweat or gatorade.Or even a red bull instead of plain coffee.
>>26448025Reassess your goals, then adjust your schedule accordingly. Energy as you know is limited, so budget where able to even out the work load. What work do you do?
>>26448042I dont know but I eat a balanced diet. I rarely eat candies / drink sodas. >>26448048>What work do you do?How do you mean? After studying/working out, I try to work on my game so programming / 3d modelling.
>>26448044>bowl of salt ramenwhy would this work?
>>26448102Dunno. Maybe increases the blood pressure or whatever and gets you going. Maybe the sodium pumps have something to do with adrenaline. Make sure you hydrate but it works.
>>26448088So you want to be an independent developer? Have you experimented with existing templates and existing assets?
>>26448088>I eat a balanced dietThat's good, but if you're working hard you need to put more fuel in the tank. A lot of people think this only applies to physical work, but your brain can easily consume about a quarter of your total calories.Your body needs either fat or carbohydrates to generate blood glucose. Your endocrine system also needs fats to make the hormones which regulate all your other organ systems. As a rule of thumb you want to get a lot of monounsaturated fats and medium chain triglycerides all the time. Then you add carbohydrates to the mix on a cycle (raise carbs to gain muscle -> lower carbs to cut fat -> repeat). Ask /fit/ if you want more info.
