Wtf causes this shit. I drink more water, I improved my diet yet they still keep coming and linger for 2 weeks. Is it the Fucking estrogen in the water? What the fuck.
>>
Theres so many factors honestly if you want to keep on top of it, are you touching your face a lot? When you talk on the phone how close is it to your cheek? After you sweat do you wash it off? How about your pillow do you change the case? Dairy intake? Are you stressed managing stress? Shits stressful and involves ocd basically if you want to beat bad skin
>>
I'm guessing by the substantial "face meat" around your nose and mouth that you're not thin. Which makes me wonder if you're eating shitty food that's making you break out. How many cheeseburgers did you eat this week so far, OP?

Wash your pillow cases once a week.

Hormonal maybe. Stress and other hormone triggering factors could also come into play

Increasing dairy intake because need those vitamins, yes.

That doesn't look bad, you should see the ones I get when I get breakouts. Stay away from processed sh*t. In my case when I drink a lot of milk even if it's reduced fat I get them on my face and chest. Peanuts give me pretty nasty inflammation, red meat gives me acne, pork, butter, cheese, and processed meats. I avoid those things and I'm good. Avoid greasy fried foods too.

What eat then? Everything is processed so how avoid?
>>

You have to find out the kinds of foods that give you breakouts. In my case it's processed meats, cow, pork, and dairy. I can still each chicken and I'll be ok. Also it's weird but when I eat stuff like bouillon my prostate gets inflamed to the point I can't sit down without feeling discomfort. I had some prostate related issues and I thought I was going to have prostatitis or cancer early in my life but it turned out it was the stuff I was eating.

Don't fall for the dairy/diet meme
Although it COULD be a factor, it could also be something else
My face looked worse than that and it was all stress
Know your body like this dude >>20905030
But really man, you have a weak ass body or a shitty source of food if it's doing that to your body

I used proactive when I had acne works fine,as for a daily thing for acne sometimes it depends on how oily your skin is,how often you bathe,I just use hot water (with towel) to open up my skin to release oils then I use cold water right after on a towel in the morning.

if you have dry skin avoid using soap bars to prevent further irritation, you can try normal moisturizing lotion for your face then use a cold towel to remove the lotion (all of it) you can also use make-up remover wipes it will sting but will get extra oils left over from the lotion.

I use Vaseline total moisturizer with aloe pure aloe +stratys multi-layer (it's a sunscreen type of lotion )I never would put Vaseline on my face during the day due to the redness it leaves but if you stay inside a lot it's perfect and leaves your skin very smooth.I also use shaving cream that has extra moisture any type will do,I warm my face with a hot towel then slather on my face then after I'm done I hop in the shower hot water then cold water to finish.

so I use equate makeup remover towelettes to remove the lotion from my face (like I said earlier it will sting especially if you have dry skin)

So I would recommend either the towel method with hot and cold water, proactive,or seek out a specialist.
this could be totally different depending where you live due to temperature.
Sorry if this is a mess but hope it helps.

Cutting sugar works for me. I would also recommend water fasting, it cleanses your whole organism.

Even ocd is pretty bad for your skin since it's stressful in and of itself, meaning.
