The one I actually find most similar to Tengoku Daimakyou is Hitsugi Katsugi no Kuro. Despite not being post-apocalyptic, it may as well be a ruined world with how bleak it is. It also has a heavy focus on traveling and a nonlinear narrative that requires you to actually pay attention to understand what's going on like TD.
