But overexert in moderation I guess. Eat a lot, sleep a lot, use the rod a few times a day so you use up your mana properly, if you repeat the cycle enough you'll be home a very strong demon. But if you use the rod a few dozen times in a day it'll probably lead to issues. Level up steadily rather than trying to force it all at once. Although I do think Shamiko being up all night contributed a lot to her collapsing before as well.Is it harmful? Maybe if you abuse it. But you have to abuse it a bit in order to grow as well. It's the same as working out. But momo is having second thoughts now.
