Actually thinking about it, doesn't Zoya's characterization not make a lot of sense or is at least missing something? She becomes jaded and disillusioned because maids aren't just cute girls and they kill people and stuff. It worked out for her with her soldier/training background, but she lamented having to do that. So you would think she would be the most supportive and understanding of Nagomi's ideals and most aligned with them by default, but after they recruit her she basically just falls in line with the normal maid behavior she seemed to not like. If was to think really hard about it, I think she seems less eager to do that sort of thing than Shiipon or Yumechi, but its not by much if at all. Is she just retarded?
