Between picrel and Uramichi Oniisan, I think my new favorite genre is adults working a job they hate. Might be because I'm in my 30s and generally just empathize with these characters a lot, but the formula seems ripe for comedy with the occasional heartfelt moment. "It usually sucks but it's not 100% bad all the time" basically.

Any more series like these two?

I'm not sure you can get something like two cute peas in a pod again, the author as you most likely know probably went through everything that happened in the show. How many manga artists/writers have a career in something that affects them in such a way before becoming manga artists?

That element of realism is part of what makes it entertaining. Doesn't work for every profession of course, but interesting work stories are a good basis for comedy shows.
