What are some fucked up shit that happened behind the scenes during production of anime/manga?
>>
>>237727440
I looked at anime boobies in a bookstore once.
>>
>>237727440
Didn't Muratas dad die or something ? It certainly explains the lack of soul in his art as of late.
>>
Kishimoto’s wife kicked him out of the house after Naruto’s ending was published.
>>
>>237727893
are you serious lmao
>>
>>237727933
Not the kicking out of the house part but she was really mad at him.
>I almost caused a rift in my own household too, because my wife was very upset also that Naruto didn't get together with Sakura. In fact, she complained quite vehemently to me!

>>237728115
Based. And with this decision the most vile degenerate hentai artist grew a heart and started creating wholesome manga.
>>
>>237727867
What's so special about it? I think the father of almost every mangaka died at some point.
>>
>>237728115
Okay that's hilarious.
>>
Only ones I can think of
>yugioh mangaka nearly dying from overwork while ygo was serialized
>yabuki divorce drama with his wife and their daughter
>kosuke fujishima (oh my goddess) marrying a 20 year old cosplayer after getting her pregnant (he was 52)
>>
>>237728115
>spent ages saying in interviews that Sakura is based on his wife and Naruto and Sasuke are based in him and his brother
>Naruto gets with another girl who has bigger breasts and a better personality and Sakura gets domestic abuse and neglect
What a fucking idiot kek
>>
>>237727440
This isn't really behind-the-scene, but there was a guy led to believe he was voicing an original character for Kokoro Connect, when the character never existed. He also never realized this until the middle of an event, where the director and some other people started to make fun of him with vids of his auditions. Can't remove the full event, but pastebin if curious

The fuck? I didn't know about this
>>
>>237728550
Well, its a recent death which can affect the psyche tremendously
>>
>>237728550
Not everybody can keep powering through after a family death, anon, some people get absolutely fucked by it.
>>
>>237727440
That one time where the entire production committee and other VAs bullied a newbie VA and told him he got the role of the MC for months,
only to reveal it was a prank and humiliate him on live at last min.
>>
>>237728522
>Implying he's not going to make a degenerate version as soon the manga ended and he lost mainstream popularity
>>
>>237728671
>kosuke fujishima (oh my goddess) marrying a 20 year old cosplayer after getting her pregnant (he was 52)
So? They're both at legal age and consensual. Also Asian man, most of them don't crack
>>
>>237728713
Based Kishimioto. Minus point for making that character fat in Boruto

>>
>>237728722
That's pretty fucked up.
>>
>>237730612
Short version:
>Mangaka's wife having an affair
>Messy divorce
>Mangaka's (now ex) wife sue him for money because one of the character design was based on her (failed btw)
>Ex-wife took their daughter with her and demand a shit ton of money if he want his daughter. He finally paid said money and he finally get his daughter back
>Manga ended abruptly, only to return with slightly different title but the same content.

The longer version is far more sad and infuriating
>>
>>237730770
That's fucked, seriously. Why can't good things happen to good people?
And by return, you mean TLR: Darkness?
>>
>>237730847
Yep. It returned because Mangaka respected the writer enough to continue the series (and maybe to regain money he lost from paying that bitch of an ex wife)
>>
>>237730770
God is punishing degenerates who produce such vile genre
>>

No, the actual story is stupider. Watsuki wanted to dispose of them in a safe manner that wouldn't get him caught, so he consulted an internet lawyer site. Which got the attention of the police and he got caught. Anyway, he was fined and nothing else happened, he's still drawing manga.
>>

Unbelievable. How is he doing these days?
>>
>>237731782
That's omega stupid. Why would he get arrested for trying to get rid of it?
>>
It’s common knowledge but the first thing that comes to my mind is Anno making Ogata choke Miyamura within an inch of her life just to make the final scene of End of Evangelion.
>>
>>237731782
>Consulting a lawyer
>Police is listening
A reminder that Japan's secret agents are actually busy spying on their own people rather than enemy of the states. Also the agency was so bad in doing its job it's considered one of the worst intelligence agency in the world.

Also goddamit, what so hard in "Rent a cottage and go alone, then burn said books/CDDVD in the fireplace or bonfire"

I guess there's Kosuke Fujishima cheating on his long-time fiancee with some barely legal cosplayer he met on Twitter. He eventually knocked her up and announced a shotgun wedding, which involved unceremoniously cutting ties with the aforementioned fiancee, including haphazardly taking all of his stuff out of his home behind her back and just leaving a note saying that he was splitting up. The whole thing went so poorly that the fiancee sued for damages and the guy has basically been blacklisted in the industry.

I would not be surprised. Annos’ feelings for Miyamura during production have long been theorized to be passionately ambivalent, like to the point of bipolar. Miyamura apparently liked the man less and less as production continued until he requested her to improvise the final line wherein she finally turned completely revolted. Basically he told her “you’re unconscious. A man Exeter’s the room. He could rape you but he doesn’t. He undresses you and jerks off. Say what comes to your mind.” “Kimochi Warui.” “Yeah. I thought as much.”

Basically that’s the moment she decided he was a total creep.

The deciding moment for me was when I saw the deleted parallel world live action sequence. The film follows “Asuka” around so closely that it borders on voyeuristic.

Interestingly in that segment Asuka is fucking Touji. So each of the three stooges get to fuck Asuka in their own parallel timeline.

Ikki Kajiwara famously got in legal trouble because of an incident where he beat the shit out of a Kodansha editor and the trial brought a ton of things to light, including the fact that he had apparently attempted to rape a hostess at one point. He apparently beat his second wife (Taiwanese singer Pai Bing-bing) which is why their marriage was so short.

Because of the assault case (and what it brought out) he basically wound up blacklisted with his works sort of damnatio memoriaed until well after his death. Kajiwara grew up in poverty and was a juvenile delinquent (i wouldn't be surprised if he maintained criminal connections into his adult life) so that likely explains a lot of it.

Then there's the absolutely batshit case of what happened to his daughter that involved crime syndicates, her kidnapping/rape/murder, police shootouts and foreign diplomats being taken hostage.

Act-Age writer mentioned on one of the Shonen Jump author comment pages that he wanted to buy a bicycle. A few months later he made a follow up comment that he had bought one thanks to the strong sales of Act-Age.

Like a year later he was identified as a creep who was riding around on a bicycle and using it to approach and inappropriately touch middle school girls. It was suspected that he may have been doing it for months as multiple girls had reported it happening in the general area. It always involved a man on a bicycle with the timing also coinciding with the Act-Age writer getting his bicycle. He was eventually caught when he groped 2 girls an hour apart from each other, but the police managed to get security footage which was used to identify him. He then confessed to it.

If Act-Age didn't sell well, the author wouldn't have gotten his bicycle and groped those middle school girls.

Japan is very much an "everyone knows but nobody says" society. It's so common as to be virtually accepted that Japanese men are going to cheat on their wives. But if it actually comes out officially, then it's a huge scandal that can fuck up their career since celebrities and the like are supposed to be moral paragons. some times you can get away with it though, like New Japan Pro Wrestling/Bushiroad helping to cover up Katsuyori Shibata cheating on his wife by claiming that he was simply "receiving gifts from a fan" but that's not as common.

Youka Nitta got caught tracing some of her manga panels from international fashion magazines. When she got called out on it she began to name and shame other BL manga creators who also traced images.

That led to multiple BL series getting cancelled. After like a month Youka Nitta admitted to it and issued an apology.

If we're bringing voice actors into this, then the Aya Hirano stuff of course. It wasn't JUST that she was "impure" and slutty, it's that she was doing things like going on TV shows to admit that her preference was older guys (i.e. she's probably a gold digger) and that at one point she was dating like three guys at the same time without telling them in order to "get over a bad breakup". She honestly just seems like a shitty person and social climber who thought she was big enough to transition from seiyuu and anison singer to being a legitimate actress/musician/tarento and tried burning her bridges with the people that made her famous to do it.

All that really happened was she fucked up her own reputation and the fact she can't really get any acting jobs except in small stage productions indicates that the problem isn't solely butthurt otaku. The stuff with her being a slut came AFTER she'd already more or less called her otaku fans disgusting and was basically the final blow for any chance she ever had of being a mainstream celebrity.

In the case of Kajiwara, his life experiences 100% have influenced his writing considering how often "rough, anti-social young man from the slums gets involved in the seedy underbelly of Japanese society" is a theme in his works along with his more benign interests in martial arts and pro wrestling. He was buddies with Antonio Inoki and was one of the guys who was setting up his "style vs. style" matches that's taken as the precursor to modern MMA.

Drawing is hard and deadlines are tight. I think some of these mangaka come in to the industry so young or without technical education for art and then don't have time to learn when they're forced to have an intense production schedule. Happens in the US too.

I'm not pondering the physical deformities and disabilities here. I'm just talking about the social implications of parental age gaps like that. When that kid grows up and learns his family history, it's gonna fuck up his entire value system. He's gonna see his father as a skeevy douchebag who ruined not one, but TWO relationships with his past significant others with adultery. Remember, Fujishima already had an ex-wife and kid while he was still dating his ex-fiancee. He's now broken two homes with his skirt chasing.

People working themselves to death used to be extremely common with the demands publishers put on the authors. During the bubble economy of the 70s and 80s workloads were insane.
Nowadays its rough, but not like it used to where mangaka were expected to be working on a few different works at a time for a publisher.

That's bullshit. Fujishima isn't blacklisted, he's just old. AMG ended in 2014 and he married the cosplayer in 2016. About Tales and Sakura Wars, both franchises wanted a revamp because Tales had economical issues with Xillia and a huge meltdown with Zestiria while Sakura Wars wanted a fresh start for a new generation of waifufags. The industry hire literal rapists and pedophiles so Fujishima's shit is literally nothing
>>
>>237733819
I fairly agree with this.
Beyond corporate art bullshit, art and the artist might as well be the same thing. The art is an extension of the artist and represents their inner thoughts, values, and ideas.
Separating them is either justification for ignoring your dislike of one, or a way to force your own interpretation onto whatever is written.
>>

I'm not denying that there was other mismanagement in the franchises he was involved with, but his personal life definitely impacted his career prospects and public reputation. Ichiki was a guest on Tomokazu Sugita's radio show that often discussed video games, or "anigera". A keen listener sent in a letter regarding Ichiki and the "prank." Sugita got curious and asked Ichiki to tell the entire story. While Sugita is usually very chatty and jovial, but during this entire story, Sugita was very quiet and patiently listened to it all. At the very end Sugita said, "If it were me I would remember the face of everyone there forever". Sugita is a very popular voice actor, among VAs he has the highest number of followers on Twitter.
At a recent Namco Bandai Live webcast about video games, Sugita was a guest along side Terashima:
>Sugita, after seating down, gets as far away from Terushima as possible.

There's moving on and then there's completely going scorched earth. She did everything she could to shit on and piss off her old fans because she thought she was better than them and better than being a seiyuu. Then she proceeded to go on variety shows and brag about what a slut she was. When you're sleeping with multiple members of your band or admitting that you were dating multiple guys at once without telling any of them that you were sleeping around, you look like a massively unlikable asshole. She wanted to be a tarento and a real actress. Do you think some butthurt otaku have the power to stop her from getting booked on variety shows or getting cast in real live action stuff?

No, of course they don't. So presumably the rest of the mainstream entertainment industry in Japan looked at her and thought the same thing and thought it wasn't worth having her around so now she's stuck doing stage plays because she destroyed her reputation.
>>
>>237740743
while everyone understands that references are essential in creating accurate work it's generally frowned upon to genuinely copy the exact lines and publish it as your own work. you can think of it like this, if you were publishing a report and part of your findings were possible because of foundation laid by someone else that's standard practice, but if you were publishing a report that relied heavily on the findings of someone else and you made no attempt to distinguish their work from yours and published it under your name as your work, that's plagiarism
>>
>>237740743
lmao
>>
>>237740743
>What's the difference between tracing and using a reference?
The idea behind using a reference is that you study the form of whatever it is you want to draw. You want to be able to imagine in your mind how the object will look and work from different angles, whether it's a car or a fish or a person moving their arm around. The problem with tracing a picture is that you're not really learning anything about the form, so if you're expected to draw it from a different angle, there's a strong likelihood you use another picture to trace and it'll look radically different from whatever you traced before. It becomes habit-forming.

>Youka Nitta Case of tracing
I don't get it in this case, many famous artist reference and pretty much reuse the same poses and stuff for manga all the time, some are so heavily reliant are pretty much a 1:1 homage/parody. The thing is that most of them pretty much didn't hide it. Inoue's case also is pretty famous regarding NBA images used for Slam Dunk, or Hirohiko Araki doing Jojo poses, so I ask, why were they so reviled? is it because of yaoi?
>>

This sounds like a load of bullshit or at least the way it's framed is misleading at best. Not only was he a well-established author in WSJ, he went on to have his longest WSJ series the following year. Bomber Girl is considered one of the worst Shonen Jump manga by English critics based on the small pool that have been translated to English two decades ago. You can't even read it in English now unless you go buy the out-of-print volumes. In Japan it has gotten multiple sequels. Though I did see Japanese fans bitching at the most recent volume of his latest series due to it being an abrupt ending or something for health reasons.

Tracing and copying are the same thing but different technology, analog vs. digital. You probably mean the difference between tracing and using reference material but this line is never actually agreed on and is completely arbitrary. It's all based on if there's backlash from the right fans, there's no actual principle the outrage. Either everything you do should be banned or nobody gives a fuck and praises your art.

Just want to add to Oku's laziness, while Toriyama only has 1 assistant, Oku employed an army of assistants. Toriyama and Oku both made manga for WEEKLY publication.

The only positive point for Gantz is that it gave me boner far more often than DB and DBZ.

They are also completely different styles of art and level of detail and different page count although Gantz did take plenty of breaks so it wasn't even that weekly. You don't necessarily know what the assistants were doing that Toriyama would have done. The rise of assistants led to the rise in production value of manga, a lot of what assistants do is that extra background stuff that old manga don't have.

I'll preface this by saying I've never read any of Ikki's works before. But if I may way in on this topic anyway, if I like something and find out the creator to be a dubious fellow I don't immediately discard it. Not because I think that works are separate from the creator or something like that. But because I think rejecting all ideas or things you like beforehand just because the person presenting them has a less pleasing side to them is silly. Don't bother explaining this to retards, everyone who loves art separates the art from the artist in the sense they love art from all sorts of people whose views and lives they despise. But they also understand it just takes those sorts of people to make that art in the first place. This art from the artist bullshit is based on the modern phenomenon of not wanting an artist to profit off their art if they are a person you want to see destitute. Ikki can't profit off you, he died before you were born. Act-Age's author can't profit off you, his works are literally banned from being sold to prevent him from making a cent. Buying Hitler's works funds some kike shit.

I don't give a shit about the romance in shounen and I was neither in favor of Sakura nor Hinata. I was still pissed off because it felt like Kishimoto changed his mind on who should end up with Naruto like 5 times throughout the span of the series and gave all the romantic interactions and romance development to Sakura until he changed his mind again and made him end up with Hinata who had been left in the dust since pre-time skip (Pain sacrifice aside).

Like, post time skip, he really REALLY tried hard to push for NaruSaku, with even other characters such as Sai straight up saying that Sakura actually loves Naruto but doesn't realize it. Sakura herself came multiple times to this realization while watching Naruto suffer. But at the end Kishimoto decided that Sakura should end up with Sasuke otherwise he would end up alone, so he started building up Hinata's romance again during the final arc which was pretty fucking late at this point so all the romance was shoved into a movie instead. A movie that pretty much felt like an asspull and not natural at all.

Drawing skyscrapers properly in realistic setting means you need to do all perspective manually with rulers. And they need to be accurate to reality otherwise you will notice incorrect perspective. It's insanely time consuming. This is why industrial design relies on 3D. Even though industrial designers/Architects are trained to be so accurate they can do sketches in perspective very accurate by the hand. This is why you see things like tanks/planes/cars are being CGI.

But when people are judging the end-result, nobody cares about the process, they measure how similar the lines are. Nobody accepts the answer that "I'm just really good at eyeballing". In the end what everyone really wants is tracing but with enough lines erased and subtly changed to justify it as a new work. If you actually look at the stuff people get cancelled for, it also involves changing bits to fit the context. It's not evident without watching how they made it to see why some authors are applauded and others are cancelled. When people wanted to cancel Toyotaro they were measuring how closely the lines he drew were similar to this pose from something else, nobody cared that all the fine details were changed, the pose was too similar. But at the same time the guy only has a career because he so specifically mimicks the artstyles of other authors which is what everyone wants.
>>

You're not drawing something on your own, you're tracing. Every artist uses references but actual tracing is considered poor form. Especially if you're caught swiping from another artist like Chihayafuru's author whose first series was cancelled when people realized she was tracing pages from Slam Dunk.
>>
What if you take a photograph of somebody doing the specific action pose you want, and then you trace that image, but then redraw the clothes, weapons, features of your character etc?
>>
>>237742583
Could've phrased it better but I didn't mean it as a negative, just that I (anecdotally) noticed women seem to care more about honest art, or at the very least speak up about it more.

People are biased towards media they like. If they found out first thing that Watsuki had pizza or about the Act-Age author's bicycle thing they likely wouldn't have bothered either unless Ruruoni Kenshin or Act-Age looked *really* appealing to them. /v/ example but the people who liked Celeste didn't stop liking it after the dev became a tranny, but people who don't like trannies wouldn't be as inclined to play it knowing about the retcon first.

>But when people are judging the end-result, nobody cares about the process, they measure how similar the lines are. Nobody accepts the answer that "I'm just really good at eyeballing".
Artists who trace are often poor liars too.
Artists who are good liars generally gravitate to the top of art cliques, since their goal is less about 'improving as an artist' and more 'gaining social clout and leverage over the introverts'
People looking to 'cancel' others often don't care about context, like you said - there's an agenda there where an artist makes them mad, and they're more likely to hunt for that artist's head than someone who's more amiable but does more heinous shit
>>
>>237743468
Traced poses are kinda recognizable. You probably noticed them to sometimes. They looks "off". Like a photo. Static.
>>
>>237743468
That's valid assuming the cloth physics [folds, draping fabric] and new features make sense. The idea is you need a quick refresher on the pose, but you still understand how the underlying form works to be able to convincingly draw the features wrapping around it

Piggy-backing on this for VA-related scandals:
The VA for Carly Nagisa in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Li-mei Chiang, was found to have been a member of the Roma Sophia sex cult which was under investigation by police at the time. So she was fired from the production and the staff rewrote the script to neuter the occult plot elements from the series and nuke her character's entire season-long development as well as the confession/romance with one of the main MCs. Over 10 years later, I haven't forgotten it still hurts.

No. Words and language are constructions off man, and as a result have flaws and limits. Certain things exist beyond our capability to neatly wrap them up in concrete terms, and at the end of the day words are either just sounds or symbols which stand in place of the real thing, depending on whether it’s written or spoken. My inability to communicate something does not supercede its existence.

If I submitted an assignment and the teacher docked me points for not liking my answer, I have still submitted the assignment regardless. Stop being disingenuous and defend your own point of view. Yes, that’s pretty much the cliff notes of what I’ve been saying. Again, my lack of ability does not mean it doesn’t exist. I can’t do trigonometry but the concepts therein still exist. >People working themselves to death used to be extremely common with the demands publishers put on the authors. During the bubble economy of the 70s and 80s workloads were insane
Exhibit A: Hisashi Eguchi & Stop! Hibari-kun! ('83~'84)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop!!_Hibari-kun!
>Eguchi had often rushed when drawing his earlier manga Susume!! Pirates (すすめ!!パイレーツ), but starting with Stop!! Hibari-kun!, he raised the standards he held for his art and began taking more time to draw the chapters.[14] In addition, Eguchi was very particular about the appearance of his manuscripts, so he never used white-out to correct any drawing errors because he disliked how it looked.[2] As the serialization continued, Eguchi found it increasingly difficult to keep up a weekly pace for the chapters,[10][11] leading him to take frequent hiatuses and later say that "drawing weekly isn't something humans can do."[15] Furthermore, the editor-in-chief of Weekly Shōnen Jump at the time, Shigeo Nishimura, refused his request to release the chapters every other week.[10][11] When it came time to draw what would end up being the last serialized chapter, Eguchi completed the chapter's storyboard, but ultimately submitted only about two-thirds of the chapter, leaving out the last five pages.[1][16] After he submitted the chapter's manuscript, Eguchi fled to a hotel and secluded himself for a day, only coming out after Nishimura called him to say that he could not deal with him anymore on a weekly basis.[2] As a result, Eguchi abandoned the serialization and the editorial department decided to discontinue the series.[10][11]
I also heard the editor of WSJ at the time, Tadashi Nagano(?) despised gag manga and wanted them out of the publication which meant Hibari-kun was on thin-ice from the start (even though it ran concurrently with mega-hit Dr. SLUMP).

There was some Theater/Performance/Idol(?) manga that I saw being posted on the board last year quite frequently and eventually there was a day when there were a ton of posts in the catalog about it being axed because the writer had taken a bike and basically rode around and groped some girls(?)

My memory isn't perfect but that is essentially what happened.

Every brilliant writer has their vice. For some it's drinking, for others it's the casino or smoking—for him it was groping hebes. Tale as old as time, gambler loses it all to chase the next high, and we're left to wonder at the why. What could compel a man to throw it all away, for the meager rush of a single moment? What unholy logic weights a stable future against the glorious, golden present, and favors the former? Perhaps this need for thrill was part of his genius. Perhaps his writing tettered on a knife's edge, as did his hobby—maybe, one could not exist without the other.

Regardless of outcome, for the simple fact that he dared to risk it all, he deserves respect. I will always be grateful for the piece of art that he created, bright as it burned—however short the flame lasted.

This man, was a real artist. Not some sissy corporate faggot chained by rules, shackled by politically-correct herd mentality. This was a man who chased after what he wanted, what he knew his heart desired—and burned because of it. Who knows what heights his craft would have attained, had he won his gamble?

Hope you can find success as a ghostwriter, Matsuki. Disgraced as you might be, fallen from glory as you've become, be proud. Loser at the gambling table you might be, always know that you partook. Have pride in the fact that at least, you dared to play.

>>

>>
>>237745099
I mean you either have to blame the girls or the unjust system (setting aside the true blame that falls on the artist and the editors). If you just take the legal side and not the publishing side, then either the girls were wrong for pushing the issue and not seeking a just resolution or the system was wrong for forcibly escalating the issue because of their autistic desire to trample over justice as long as they keep their on-paper conviction record unblemished. Even if we accepted that eye-for-an-eye is a good legal principle as you crazy fucks seem to, this was the writer taking an eye and in return the government slaughtering his family. It's completely disproportionate.

>>

No? The girls did nothing wrong.
>>
>>237746723
It's the same issue, the groping led to the series getting canned. No company would want to deal with a liability unless there is a substantial tradeoff. In this case, it wasn't worth it to keep him onboard. The issue with the justice system is unrelated. He did a crime, go caught, and suffered consequences. Simple as that.

Not true. Tezuka's father still lives under the floorboards of his house, as does his grandfather, his great-grandfather, and so on.

There's a family gathering under there that no one wants to go to.
>>
>>237746723
If he didn't go on his bike and grope the girls, would the series have been cancelled? Yes or no?
>>
>>237746759
If you assume the justice system is corrupt, then you can argue they did nothing wrong but even then it's debatable. If you report your neighbor for smoking pot knowing he'll get publicly executed, are you really innocent? In this case the best excuse for the girls is ignorance, that they didn't know the consequences of their actions. But that doesn't make them right, just mistaken.

WSJ has a history of making irrational decisions over controversies in its past, abruptly cancelling popular manga due to real-world controversy. By now they know these were not good business decisions or moral decisions since they ultimately go back on them and restore the works years later. Even if Act-Age ends up being the exception and until it falls into public domain it is permanently banned from ever being published again, there's no evidence this decision was made on good moral principle or rational business sense and tons of evidence to the contrary. This same mindset has led to all sorts of irrational blacklisting and banning of media and media figures in Japan. This is a common and infamous Japanese practice, this situation is not special in that regard.

You are handwaving all the wrongs done in the Japanese justice system and social system just to justify the punishment of a single man which either means you think this one man is so evil that good guiding principles are irrelevant in his one special case or you just don't know or care anything about the larger context and just want to appear virtuous by repeating what everyone else says the right opinion is.

But you didn't even know what I was doing earlier, so I don't buy that bullshit, not to mention it's irrelevant. Again, if you don't understand the reply chain, fuck off

Who said anything about secretly? They're generally quite open about it, it's the playing both fields that is the point of contention, not the hiding of their Jewishness.
>>
>>237748466
I didn't realize the US and Europe were jewish lands. Guess everything else is muslim
>>
>>237748480
You're going a bit hard with your obtuseness, it's unfortunately cancelling out your good quality bait earlier.
>>
>>237748221
People of color can be pedo too y'know.
>>
>>237748530
you're the one claiming that majorly christian media is actually jewish

>>237748539
so can jews
>>
>>237748459
i mean i read it. it is by no means rocket sience. To say for some way i misread it is idiotic.I still belive that your claimed use of socratic dialogue is unfounded.

You really should just stick to twitter, I'm not sure how you got here but it's clear you aren't capable of using the site for anything that is even beneficial to yourself unless your masturbating to this. In which case, there are better boards for your kind.

Guys guys calm down. How about we take the middle path.
Let put the series on hiatus while the guy did his prison time, then make sure he's rehabilitated, then bring back the series again.

Remember, prison is supposed to rehabilitate people so they can go rejoin the population and become a useful member of society again.

Lel the pic for their headquarters on wikipedia looks like a third-world studio for outsourced work

i mean socialy he willbe shuned for life. But i don't see how it matters in the grander picture. It is mearly a manga in a sea of others. it will be forgoten with time and others will take it's place.

Please stop being so presumptuous next time and say what you're upset about. I wasn't giving the Jewish servant class a pass. I was defending the people here, not your dad.
>>
>>237748700
who cares about the jews though ;p.
>>
>>237748636
I've proposed this many times and they still won't agree because they don't believe in rehabilitative justice. What you described is literally what happened to the Kenshin author in Japan, his works are still blacklisted outside of Japan.
>>
>>237748689
Yeah, but isn't that the cause of repeat offenders?
>Prisoners got rehabilitated and become a free man/woman
>Trying to join the society again
>Said society reject them because criminal record
>No job
>Ended up doing crime again because they're hungry
Is it really fair?
Also that dude is first time offender
A perverted fool but he's not a rapist
Psychiatric can help him reform
But society already branded him as a pariah
>>
>>237747521
To be fair Ezra is probably like Ted Bundy levels of charming and fooled them good
>>
>>237748763
Are you sure? I remember they already translated his manga in English and live action Kenshin movies were pretty big hit in most of Asian market.

>Abroad
Oh no not the Twitter trannies! How can he live now that they're upset at him!
lmao who the fuck cares

Before this thread is dead, I just want to say that OP is all about yabs in manganime industry but in the end it became a huge fight about tracing.
>>
>>237748854
well nothing is to be done. Since such are the norms and they can't be changed and as i have heard jappan is a bit more conservetive in that regard it is what it is. Norms change by them selves so to worry by that with out a heavy mind is needless .

The Kenshin manga is still ongoing in Japan, it was dropped in English years ago and never again picked up.
