And we know that the 4 apocalypses vs CSM is the battle that left CSM in his weakened Pochita state so obviously Death isn't a primal.

So what would happen if a primal devil somehow gets killed in hell and then spawns on earth? Would humanity be fucked? How do you even deal with a darkness devil-tier monster walking around on earth?

We do not even know the prerequisites of a Primal/Primordial Devil. The only description we have of them is that they are extraordinarily powerful and have never tasted death. Are they "primal" because they are representative of mankind's most primordial fears? Or are they "primal" because they have existed since time immemorial and have never entered the death and reincarnation cycle? I would argue "Death" would certainly constitute as a Primal if the former.

As for the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, we do not know anything about them either. All we can assess is that Fuji copy pasted them straight from the Bible's Book of Revelation and made them devils. So it seems rather haphazard to assume Primals and the Four Horsemen are mutually exclusive with what very little we know at the moment. At this point, I would refrain from a "rank" or "tier" list in a story which does not concern itself with power scaling as opposed to rule of cool. Perhaps part 2 will delve deeper into the specifics, but I have reservations.
