you should use the Daz Install Manager to install zip files that start with strings like "IM00045573-01_". That updates the smart content for you and you can keep track of things installed.
The "shaping" tab lists most morphs. You can go to that to search for and dial in morphs. Search the morph name and it should be there. You can do this in the "parameters" tab too which will list everything. Generally I wouldn't worry about some bad morph. It can all be fixed if you know how the system works. They morph assets are just files and all work the same way. The scripts that come with the characters are just helpers to dial in the morphs without going to the shaping tab. You don't need them or anything.

There werent any morphs.
Looks like my 3 content folders got mixed up and daz only used the other small one and not my other main.
=> i deleted all base directories and readded the correct one.

Immediately took longer to load models and now base model got all the morphs added.

Im not sure if i can use daz install manager for illegal downloaded stuff. i simply extract those zips and put it into the base folder structure...

I think the wall texture is a little too bumpy I would increase the tiles and or maybe reduce the bump/normal strength to give it a smoother look. Also the lighting seems a little off. It seems to much like natural room lighting. I think there needs to be an area light to the right of the camera pointed at the subject to help light up the subject. I like the motion blur, also the hair and pose looks realistic not forced. Maybe dial back the vignette and use some other kind of framing device like an object in the foreground blurred from the depth of field

yeah now that you mention it I think I might have hacked it too much. It was a 10 mins render so had to speed it up a bit.

hehe yeah that "vignette" is simply a fast and dirty photoshop edit because the focus was off. But yeah a real composition I would have to take that into account.

From this angle I can notice that the texture for the normals needs to be a higher resolution or scaled down a bit. The texture starts to look blocky up by the shoulders and the seams on the chest. From far away its hard to notice but up close I can tell it needs to be a much higher resolution. Maybe upscale it in photoshop or gigapixel and see what happens.

How are the eyebrows and hair done? Is it one of those hair generator things? It looks good on the head but the eyebrows look a bit too fluffy and should be more fibrous.

Golden-genitals dont work at all, and "animations" (=poses) got horrible distorted when I tested.

Export/Import takes ages, too, since there are many single-CPU phases. Not a good workflow yet desu.

Im seriously considering using 8.1 GF with interactive license though since no free female so far in UE is naked, they all got plenty of clothes merged into them... :/

well I would never use it like that. I would go -> DAZ -> export to Maya and re-rig -> export all textures and remake the materials -> rebuilt the model in Maya -> do Maya FBX export -> Import into UE.

how come when I save a daz (duf) file inside a "poser directory" it doesn't appear? I can't even save a material there

shoudn't Daz simply recognize and read daz files no matter where I save them?

And the same with daz folders, if I move .pp2 files inside a daz content folder they don't show up either..

make sure you export in BASE resolution from daz

also when you export from blender, make sure you check these settings:

Limited to: (X) selection only
Geometry: (X) Keep vertex order

reimport into daz. Also I have no idea why but most of the times if i set it to import as a "graft" it works

first thing I do is only to keep the diffuse colour texture and then create a roughness map, normal, height and any special alpha I need for effects (cutout, height, 2nd layer and so).
There are many free editors out there that can create your maps but I just do them manually in photoshop for most things and only use the auto gens as a base.
Also I would suggest that you read up on Nvidia IRAY and how it handles the shaders. It is actually a very robust and powerful (I know people hate IRAY because its slow but its really not what people think).
Maybe I could help you with a specific case?

go to google and find good pictures of their faces without a facial expression.
You really only need a good frontal, 1-2 profiles (depends on how asymmetrical the persons face is) and a couple of odd angles for details (like one from blow, offset from the side and so on). With 6-7 good images you just put them on a second monitor and import the gen8 basemesh or your basemesh of choice into zbrush/blender or whatever sculpting you use. And then just start with getting the general shape down. Dont worry about details just get the scale of the different pieces in place. And then just work down from there towards more and more details.
SAVE all the time. Since sometimes you go to far in one direction and then need to reload to an old file. Its all about iterations.
That is at least how I do it.
Also dont worry about it not being a perfect 100%. Leave that to face scans and pros.
