Looks dry and old. Try to not make the bumps as noisy and change the color a bit

Way too uniformly placed. Change the heatmap a bit. Imagine the physics of putting sprinkles on yourself when you do the heatmap.

The "drips" seem too placed. When stuff with that elasticity drips it pulls from above it. So its not like a rain drop on a window but more like a flow of lava if that makes sense.
