yep, you can maybe make a few dollars, up to the ballpark of 100 or so with just sculpts. But people will grow bored of your sculpts fairly quickly and youll stagnate.
You need to constantly show progress in achieving a higher goal. Learn to create better materials and lighting setups and renders. Model different characters, maybe exotic stuff like orcs or other monsters and creatures with big fancy dicks. Learn to rig and animate your pretty ladies to have hot steamy sex. The next step would be to figure out game engines like unreal or unity and put them there so people can see them in real-time with a free camera or something. Then say you want to make a real open world game with lots of sex and such. At that point youll be making like 100k a month dude, promise.

depends on what sort of services you offer. Some just offer the sculpt source file. Some offer nice renders, some offer tpose model retopoed and rigged for animation, some offer the animation rendered as video but not the source files. Its all up to you and your skills.

You could probably try to get into 3d printing then, cause any character artist can make a sculpt, but not everyone figured out skinning and rigging.
