IMPOSSIBLE to avoid that stretching

Yes its possible to avoid stretching. Make a cut right down the middle and unwrap or cut on both sides long ways. you might have to make some horizontal cuts cause it curls in on itself, dunno about that though.

I did it first as a weird plane with extrusion...etc etc, unwrap was a clusterfuck
So I created a simple cylinder with the known cuts, I just added those curves and sized down the extremes: the simple unwrap went to complete shit
the seams are one line connecting both extremes (2 tiny circles)
if you open original pic, u see there's no stretched polygons, i dont get it, Im sure its dumb as fuck but I ran out of ideas

Some stretching is fine, it's better having a flat UV island with some distortion than a curved on with smooth squares.

You may want to peel/unwrap you uvs. Projections are good for a quick and dirty job.
You'll want to select a seam and unrwap it like a banana, also you can rectangle your UV to make it nice and straight.

I've copied your piece and done it in Modo.
I'm positive you can do the same in blender or even better.

Ugly solution I used:
Added a simple torus - cut one part - unwrapped - modeled the shape I wanted - profit
If I unwrap AFTER I modeled, the uv goes to shit

That's probably because you haven't re-cut the UV seams. Usually, changing the topology requires substantial changes to UV mapping. This is why it's typically done last before lookdev.
