guys im having trouble organizing my projects, im swimming in post it notes and txt files in my desktop, what apps do you use to organize your projects on a day to day basis?

Whenever I'm dealing with something so complex it is difficult to gain a birds eye perspective of what needs to be done and in what order I use 'xmind'. It's a mind mapping software under GNU/free license.

hey thanks anon didnt know this one, i like to make mind maps in photoshop of my pipeline per project but im thinking that i need something more robust, i need something that has time management and progress charts and stuff like that. actually found ClickUp that has a lot of stuff but im hesitant to pay the subscription desu.
