So the New Covenant comes with no conditions? What does the covenant-maker promise to God in Christianity?

>>22824870
Internet. Idk

According to the books attributed to Paul the condition is that the person believes in Jesus, but many of the words attributed to Jesus himself that anticipate his eventual willing sacrifice make it sound as though there isn't any condition at all. The major constant between these is that believers are instructed to do good out of love and gratitude rather than guilt-driven obedience to the (Old Covenant) law.

Dirty unitarian haha. Faith without works is dead, but as long as the faith is real then you get into heaven. It will usually not be real unless there are some works, but it is not my place to judge.

Such as?

The oft-cited John 3:16 for one. I'm too tired to go digging for more and it's been too long since I've discussed this for me to pull others from memory.

Statue of Moses. There was a translation error that led people in the middle ages to believe that Moses had horns after coming down from the mountain. It was supposed to say that he had a glow about him.

>Old Covenant: Works
Do good or perish (note: sin prevents doing good)
>New Covenamt: Grace
Be saved by God
>>
The new covenant is that you don't have to cut off the tip of your pee pee. Wouldn't you say that was better?
