I'm almost finishing this assignment but i can't do this little shit. I've tried using arc, fillet, spline and i can't reproduce this. I'm using Autocad 2017 btw

haven't done cad in years but i would guess
start by making the top tooth
set up the bounding (8x12) rectangle to get the start point of the left arc
set up the interior (4x12) rectangle to get the end point of the left arc
2-point circle on the points, with fixed radius, compute radius from arc length + chord length w/ https://planetcalc.com/1421/ or wolfram, it will be correct within tolerances
clip, flip, union to get full tooth, repeat around the circle.
