My superior at work tasked me with researching the various residential communities of Washington DC, and what homeowners association is tied to that community. The main issue, I have no idea how to find that information, and as a former neet with no grasp of my own home state's geography, I have no clue where to even start looking.

Just Googling "[Neighborhood] homeowners association" hasn't turned up anything concrete either. Is this information even publicly accessible in the first place?
