Need the name of the clock widget used in that wallpaper specifically. Pretty sure it's a W10 widget. Help is appreciated.

Based of this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=USsSnQLUwhY) at 0:25 we can see that Akiba Illusion has XWidget installed (https://www.xwidget.com/). He also states this in the video description.
All I can suggest is asking the question on his corresponding youtube video for this theme or trawling through the many widgets here: https://www.deviantart.com/customization/skins/sysmonitor/xwidget/popular-all-time/
As a tip, we can reduce the search range to before Jul 2017 since the widget obviously wasn't made after that date.

I have no experience with XWidget but it could be three separate widgets with a custom font; one for the time, one for the day, and one for the date.
