>>2883484is that the Dungeons and Dragons movie? Jeremy Irons must have known he was in a dud, and decided to overact just to make it bearable. He's the only thing I remember about it.

Looking for a specific webm I saw here a few months ago. It was an black and white 50s/60s noir. Two detectives arrived at some sort of office and told the journalists there that they wouldn't comment on the case. Some woman says "hold on we have jobs to do here". One of the detectives replies "your job is to be at home caring for your children and having dinner ready for your husband". Then a "thug life" edit starts, shades fall from the top of the frame onto his face while "bitches aint shit" by dre plays.

The Year is 1964! WTF is a black police officer doing with white people. Is this the Outerlimits or the Twilight Zone?
>>3002594no one cares faggot get a blog
>>3005442It's almost like the history you've been taught about race relations in the US is largely fabricated. Amazing.
>>2922883I just watched that, again, that scene literally gave me a bit of a shocked thrill, I guess I tend to think all these techniques used today are from today it is pretty amazing to see them in the 50s. Also watched Requiem for a heavyweight, that is really really good acting, and it was done live, it's amazing when you compare it to today.
>>3005442>WTF is a black police officer doing with white peopleFirst of all, its fiction, secondly, its hollywood/new york made fiction, and segregation didn't exist everywhere in the country, the north was also not free of segregation everywhere, you had black cops before the civil rights act.

>>2893221one of my favorite episodes
Anyone got the Dean Martin/Frank Sinatra/ Bing Crosby thing where they’re roasting each other? I have only heard the audio but it sounded that it was from TV, it’s not on youtube though
>>2883460Is it worth to watch the Twilight Zone?
>>3037625The originals are great. Especially if you actually appreciate American ideals of self-reliance, independence, and individual sovereignty.
>>3037675Well, you just so happen to be talking with an america-lover. I'll watch it. And I actually watched first to third episode last year, but stopped anyway, I can still remember the first and third but not the second, I wonder why...?
>>2922883Really had to notice, but in HD, you can see this was an optical shot.
>>3037625100% its a 10/10 show
