I didn't have any of these. I had chatot instead of staraptor, gastrodon instead of floatzel, and I thought at the time that luxray was a straight downgrade and copy of manectric so I skipped it too. Everyone else seemed to use them though.

I dropped the series at Diamond because it was so shit. I played Platinum AFTER BW n BW2 because Sinnoh is that boring of a region. No I dont want to use Machop, Zubat and Ponyta to actually round out my teams. No I don’t want to wait until the BP grind of postgame facilities to a obtain my final evos, which were a key part of advertising (nearly impossible to obtain until the point where you wanna shelf the game entirely because you’re X hours past the endgame)
