Hi I'm done with this
Looks like my friend's are still broke this summer, so i just plan to travel alone in Europe this summer.
Which country in Europe is easiest to make friends while on travel?

stay in a hostel and talk to people

You really are a brainlet, aren't you. Pick a country you want to see first, then find friends on tinder/grinder(in your case) or the hostel. Or network ahead on Interpals. There's like a million options.

I got friends talking on the street as well.

Hostel if you are not autistic. I would say in Western Europe Germany has the most outgoing people, but they can be a bit in your face. Their English is also mediocre. Going to an event gathering like a sporting event being broadcasted on a big TV is also a good place to start a conversation.

>still hasn't booked flights and accommodation in June
>why can't my friends afford 150 eur one way tickets between European cities and 100 eur a night hotels
