If your tenant gets nobbled, you can find another instead of having to wait a month. So, weekly.

Some sites insist on one or the other but it goes both ways.The "official" conversion is monthly = 4.3 * weekly. It evens out the difference between days per month.Weekly is arguably superior because of the variable days per month but it's not really a big deal.Most places I've lived have priced per/week but collected by month.
