Wow we made it to page ten before a new thread and had minimal shitposting. Good job fellas.

ML Vintage wave revealed, Storm and Iceman rumors were confirmed. What rumor will see reality next?

Fucking watching Brickseek finally paid off. I'm worthy. Use the generic UPC for Avengers waves and watch inventory. The individual SKU doesn't track on Brickseek. Use this SKU: 635914201

He only wanted Loki from the pack so he sold me Corvus for cheap. Now to wait to find a good price on Cull.
>>
>>7587628
mine shows literally everywhere having it in stock but none of them have it so far
>>
>>7587674
I really doubt it. Kinda wished I snagged it when I had the chance for Corvus. I don't have the Black Order but I did get most of the prices for Cull and Proxima is cheap. But meh. I can't be bothered to track the rest down.

>>7587703
That generic SKU I posted is only for the Avengers themed waves. I read somewhere that that SKU tracks like 100 items at this point. So if you have ANY Avengers themed Legends you'll show items in stock. I physically checked my 3 local Walmarts over the last week to verify they didn't get any Caps. Once I did that I just watched the stock for the Avengers SKU to increase by six. I saw it jump on one Walmart last night but was unsure if they actually made it to the pegs yet. I decided to wait and check on my way to work and then on my lunch if they still weren't stocked. When I woke up this morning the other 2 Walmarts in my area jump up too but several at each store appeared to sell during the night. I scrambled to only see 3 left when I got there. Honestly I imagine they'll be gone by tonight. Tempted to go back after work to snag another to scalp.
>>
>>7587723
well have fun scalping, thanks for the tip. going to ride around 1 more time today and then start watching that counter.

I just got Infinity War Thor and his right shoulder is completely frozen. I tried the hot water trick. Popped the arm off and heated up the joint. I could not get it un stuck for the life of me. Any other tips for unfreezing joints? I called Hasbro and they are going to send me a replacement but you know how that goes. They could send another figure in the assortment. Fortunately they have them in stock so we'll see in a week. Any other tips though would be appreciated.

Got my order for this wave yesterday. It's a pretty alright wave though I hate how they don't even try for any sort of theme on waves.
>>
>>7589147
War Machine is pretty solid, probably the best of the wave. He is more articulated than his bulk makes him look.

Not a huge fan of his weird underslung guns. They don't really mesh with the design well.

Rescue is alright. I wish she had a Gweneth Paltrow head, even if it was one of those mask up faces heads.

The backpack swaps out and the open backpack has some movable flaps. She feels a little too skinny but her articulation is ok, double jointed elbows etc.
>>
>>7589147
Do the effects on Shuri's guns come off?
>>
>>7589152
Shiri is mostly nice except for the head, she seems a little more crazy than I remember.

>>7589153
I have not pulled super hard, but they don't appear to come off, which is probably my biggest complaint. They are a separate rubbery piece so there is probably a way, they may just not stay on super well after.

The gauntlets themselves are removable.
>>
>>7589156
Probably the most boring and least interesting figure in the wave. He Rock Viper doesn't even have any accessories.

I've developed a thing for these goofy Serpent Society guys though, so I like him for that.

>>7589147

I don't know much about Union Jack at all but he has kind of a neat design. From what I read about him online he seems to sort of be a James Bond x Captain America sort of character.

No real complaints, I think he's pretty neat in hand though.
>>
>>7589144
>Pizza Spidey with his bubble head and low positioned shoulders totally look great
The only shit here is your taste
>>
>>7589164
Beta Ray Bill is fun as well, though I have seen other complain about his design. He has an articulated jaw, and his cape clips on over the pegs on his shoulder armor in a neat way I don't remember seeing done in ML before.

His shoulder pauldrons kind of limit his upwards shoulder articulation, which is a bummer.
>>
>>7589140
I'm not the one throwing "dipshit" with no argument
>>
>>7589169
>>7589160
I am pretty sure this is either the "We're doing banner hulk but we can't tell the designers more" Hulk or the "We want to make Endgame Hulk but with as little effort as possible so we'll just do a new head" Hulk.

I have heard it's supposed to be New York Hulk as well, except they should have given him the Tank Top for that. The head sculpt looks nice though. I want to find or maybe try to make some clothes for him, and I am sure I have some glasses floating around. He's definitely disappointing since he doesn't match anything.

I feel like Hasbro mostly decided that Hulk in a track suit wouldn't sell to kids or some bull shit.

>>

Not bad. I never really liked the old one, and the new one had other problems, but it might be worth it to pick one up and combine them.

Yeah I almost always do it the same way. Heat with a hairdryer on high setting for about a minute and peel it off with my thumb. Always go slowly and be careful not to leave residue on the face. I used superglue with a brush applicator to glue it on.

Jean is the only questionable one really. Scott has been bucky mold only and logan has either been on his juggernaut mold or the old man logan mold.

That just say "It's bad" or "It's good"
So the big sticking points for this guy is that he was one of the first real exclusives to hit Walgreens and it has some legitimate annoying problems.
To bulletpoint them for you
>Hit or miss headsculpt that looks good in some angles, bad in others, especially from the side
>Old-styled ball-hinged hips that limit articulation
>A giant vest add-on that kills all ab-crunch for the figure
>Forearms with wrists fused to them, making it so there is literally no wrist articulation
>A pistol/holster set-up on the right leg that is static, the pistol can not be drawn.

It is a very old Legends figure so at the time it was considered alright. Some good things about the figure are
>It comes with 4 guns
>It comes with a symbiote effect part that can hold all 4 guns.

The biggest disappointment about the mold is it's limitations. It looks fine, but it becomes a hassle when posing when compared to modern Legends figures. The most frustrating aspect of it, in my opinion however; is that Hasbro went the extra mile to sculpt new parts for the figure, like the forearms, they just cut a lot of corners and the figure suffers for it.
I tend to take matters into my own hands when a Legends has a shortcoming like a lack of hands and I just customize my own from other figures; but with Agent Venom, the forearm-hand fusion makes it so I can't. And if I want better hip joints I would have to go through the hassle of deconstructing the whole figure and replace everything from the pelvis to the knees.
>>
>>7589945
>Or he can wait for the 3 pack.
Well 1) The 3 pack won't include Rogue, which is one of the figures he specifically mentioned. And 2) The set was labeled as Logan, Jean, and Scott. Not Cyclops. So there's a pretty big chance those characters will be in civilian type clothes. That may not matter to some people, but if you're putting together a 90's Jim Lee X-Men display, you're going to want his standard outfit.
>>
>>7589915
Pleae refer to my post here >>7589987
The only real limitation is the midsection of the figure. The entire torso is covered by a vest that kills the ab-crunch and the hip articulation is an old-style ball-hinge and not the standard T-joint pelvis that current MLs use.
>>
>>7589999
>the hip articulation is an old-style ball-hinge and not the standard T-joint pelvis that current MLs use.
Just to clarify here, this figure uses hinges with swivels into the torso and thigh, no ball, while the current setup is a t-bar with a ball and socket. Can't remember if they're plugged in at a 45 or 90 degree angle though.
>>
>>7590004
Yes, you are correct. I was trying to figure out what to call that type of joint because it is not exactly ball and socket, I am currently in the middle of taking some pictures so that the board can be informed as to the figure's articulation before they make a purchase on anti-venom.
Thank you for correcting me.

Looks to be exactly the same. The metallic arms are just deco, but the body armor is the same, the pistol glued to the leg is the same, the arms and legs are the same too.
I was REALLY hoping they’d fix the hips, or at least put everything on the Bucky body. Fuck it. It’d be easier to just paint a Paladin with the SpiderUK head and the pauldrons from Malekith. Consider me disappointed.

Alright, Lads. I put together a bit of a comprehensive run-down on the Agent Venom build to let you all know with visual examples the workings and shortcomings of the body.
I have also replied to you because this will give you a chance to hopefully show others that are curious this post in case it needs reminding later. Let us begin

I have color-coded everything to help clarify what example is for what purpose.

-Red is a shot of the figure next to a modern day legends for size comparison
-Orange is a showing of the hip joint mechanics. Note the white stripe design breaking when the hip changes position as well as the way the joint pokes out when the leg goes to the side.
-Yellow is a showing of how the figure looks without the massive vest and pauldrons. I took multiple pics to showcase the articulation that gets stifled beneath. The figure is quite skinny without the vest.
-Green is a showing of how the wrists and hands work. Unfortunately there is no wrist-swivel, instead it is an odd elbow swivel with the hands fused to the bracers stuck in this strange position.
-Blue is a side-profile to show off how the head sits on the neck.
-Indigo/Violet is a showing of my favorite aspect of the toy. The large black symbiote tendrils that I put on the Meme-venom figure.

In my opinion; it was worth the buy back-in-the-day. I would not buy this figure these days. The best aspect of this figure is the fact that it comes with the tendrils and a bunch of guns.
Guns that I did not show because repainted them and gave them to other figures. Suffice it to say; my Agent Venom has been in storage for a while.

I apologize for my shoddy photography, my room is poorly lit and I took this picture on my styrofoam i work with. I just want you boys to know the ins and outs of the figure so you can be aware of the downsides of the figure before buying the new one. I hate spending money on a toy only to be disappointed by it.

I need the rest of the team in their Endgame looks. I'm gonna buy the Hulk wave next week when I get paid so I'll get Hulk after that but we desperately need a Mk 85 and Fat Thor.

I had this terrible thought that they'd be part of the SDCC set this year but Hasbro wouldn't be that cruel. Would they?
