So, i managed to break the neck piece of pic related. Anyone have any ideas on how to repair it?

Also used a fuck ton of glue and (slightly) ruined the collar bone part, but that doesn't seem to be good enough to keep the massive head in place without breaking the damn thing

Nvm, just googled that. Thing is, the neck piece is really small, and the best i could think of is a needle (maybe cut in half?) What do you think?

Welp, in the end i used some hardd epoxy mixed with super glue and it seems to dry pretty good, never manged to drill a small enough hole for a mm to go through. Also, the damn plastic is to hard for that.
