Your first memory is that of fear, separation from something, anything, and then darkness. When you opened your eyes for the first time, it was to the barely luminescent surroundings of a miles high cavern. Stretching off into the distance, you could see peaks of mountains rising to brush the ceiling of the cave, shrouded with the same fog that blanketed the subterranean landscape. You noticed your siblings next, there were only four of you then. You each emerged from your capsules, and knew the others by sight as your own. Behind you loomed a massive structure, with walls made of metal and stone, with dark glass windows that stretched into the fog. As you explored the structure, you realized that it was almost apart of you, and that with a thought you could manipulate it. You all began to work in tandem, organizing the chaos inside the building and finding three hundred of what you began to refer to as drones. They looked like you all, but smaller and simpler, with no will of their own. They could perform simple commands, but without oversight they did only that. You set them to the task of finding a power source, and as they scoured their birthplace they did. They found what seemed to be a massive battery in the basement of the structure, with enough power to last for at least a year or so. Now and you and your three siblings attempt to understand why you arrived here, and what you can do about it.

These actions could be something as simple as scouting (detail location and/or what you're looking for) or as complicated as researching or diplomacy. As long as you're specific on what you're attempting to do, I will roll against a set DC and add any modifiers to determine outcome. We will determine which actions are chosen by vote, with two-three votes required to decide on actions. Each turn represents a season, not that it matters much underground.

>You order the drones into the multiple caves and passages surrounding the massive cavern. You get your bearings within this locale, and establish a small map of the area. Sadly, you lose every drone that enters into the cave systems, all due to poor AI and lack of more complicated maneuvering patterns.

Dig

> The majority of the drones set about digging and attempting to find other caves. This is a task they are well suited for, and they spend multiple weeks digging and burrowing through the soft dirt and stone. Hot underground vents are found nearby the base of the main building, and a few ores are discovered, primarily copper and iron.
