Using two oncetaps in succession or two things that are oncetaps usually makes the second one an act, since you’d only get the one oncetap. With you so far. It’s interesting that that applies to Standard Taps too? Didn’t know that rune tapping qualified for that, or that that was the case. That changes a lot of things.

Any insight on how this interacts with regen+other things? Those are taps too, but presumably not the “same” if they are different status effects? Or are they the same if they’re status effects?

Can you space them out? Dorf Shed used two once taps to manipulate his weaponry this turn, which seems to be questionable. Guards move with domain/regen/weapon specialties, that’s 3 weapon related taps. You ordered 5 minions with 1 oncetap.

We may need some clarification on how taps and oncetaps are meant to work.

Those west are threat free. Turn around and engage the Riders. Try to get some shields in between him and your more squishy people. If someone could tell Murjani to Gate Segiu there it would hasten the process. Jenny is a convenient Leyline. I don't think Mujani reads these. Watch out, the Rider might be able to act independently to his mount and that spear has probably 2-3 reach.

Those in the castle, avoid moving inside that outlined area of effect. It might be reactionary like Domain. If you can attack at range or move to Fithson's sides all the better. Delta also could use support with her blocking his blows.

Today we'll be talking about the legendary - not so legendary - but currently in progress and is totally contemporary Slayer ! ( 0 ^0)

Hailing from Anadonis and totally original in their approach, the Slayers of eld favored Two Handed polearms to survive the isolated mountain settlements of the Frontier, often using weapons forged in dragonbone and passed down by their ancestors. Nowadays however it was discovered that their traditional approaches of jumping really really high to stab an airborne target was the kick Vanagard Needed to fight the Wyrmwraths that threatened to balloon in size before it reaches critical mass !

Of course due to their elite and very very tempermental status, every trained Slayer has a 15% chance of survival in their first year causing precious materiale to be diverted to their elite rank whilst they made do with rudimentary aggressive armors. Wyrmkind after all has a higher potential for threat as they grow older after all [as well as a higher ceiling ] and thus it was reasoned that the Slayer Creed focused on the eradication of their kin by the numbers.

These figures exclude the few 100 Slayers that descend from the Mountains of Anadonis [Not to be mistaken for the Beautiful city of Adonis ] every Tree Decade. Whose tutelage in the art of autoballistic projection easily increases their chances of survival by 3 fold [which is mainly the reason why the survival rate is as high as it is.....]

Our Friend Runner has dealt with many a Slayer Before but this was during a time when all legends of them have been writ, and nary a wyrm remains in the world to strike down. But that is another story yet...

Thunder Struck but there was no rain, instead as the winds picked up there were only shrieks and shrills from blackened wings. The mountain of death roared and the branch quaked with the coming death of the Hunter's Manor. Hated by all- chiefly by monsters.

And that's not all - a sinister presence leads these monsters yet and they come bearing a determined bloodlust to see us eradicated from the tree.

Hetros, take a dive off the tree. Get Lost. Ghel Avatine you might want to do the same thing as elevation has proven to be an issue in Trigrams and its dificult to say if you can make it somewhere in range.

It seems that SKs themseves can act as leyline, so we may be able to teleport everyone to an SK near the entrance. I believe only Murjani has the gate skill, but any other SK can be used as the end point of the teleport.

Further thoughts

Dorf Shed could climb W and move to cover Fext and Catte. Jenny can move E to widen things. If Murjani can double cast Gate she can call an extraneous seal to her hand if she has none on her person. Clarification on whether SK's have to obey weapon cooldowns would be appreciated. That would get maximum coverage.

It would seem that a handful of choices face us at present.

A,.We can try our very best to leave through the back of manor towards the sign where Lady SLimequeen left throught

B. Take this moment to finally square off with Fithson and - time willing, secure 4 corners of the manor in a bid to create a sanctuary. With the help of our maid, this should occupy her attention summat leaving us to deal with the huntsmen in the meanwhile.

C. Defeat Fithson and make ourselves scare- this poses as the riskiest plan since it means beating fithson with no guarantee of escaping with our holdings or even benefiting fully from our move- but it would save of seals ... at the cost of bally well everything else.

Also slightly salty that despite revival being possible on map I'm gonna leave this map a second time as a corpse and stay level 1. I can't ask for a revival and try to jump off the cliff afterwards to do it. My corpse being there is too important for the retreat plan.

Since its likely this is the final turn of the map and now that I've played Paravir I want to say that they feel like they need something added. For alpha strikes they are great. Damage output is probably the best in the game. Surviving afterwords? 100% casualties across the board. Part of it of course is that we've all made misplays. We're new to the class, its to be expected.

Maybe something comparable to Advanced Block for Parry or Evasion? Replace the generic +1 Movement for it? A frontliner needs to be able to survive the frontline.

That is generally a no-no when it comes to missions, since it's supposed to be a 3-4 person task. Generally best idea is to volunteer then roll once a team has been decided. Otherwise we are fishing for decent rolls.
So this may be seen as you attempting the task SOLO, which can be fatal for some quest/task/mission cards.

Transform Stwnce actually costs no durability. Durability is lost per use of poly-arm or tool. At a rate of -1 per use of the arm or what your tools burn per use. For example the Saw uses 4 durability per swing.
You can actually use Gear restore with either 5sp OR materials appropriate for the repair. At a rate of Tek+Tool Pot if I recall. (Remeber your Power Battery boosts tool potency by 10% of you max hp)
And running lariat is an attack you can do by moving into an enemies tile, though only from the flanks
(I could technically be wrong on any of these but should be right. Lol)

I wouldn't know how much that would be in years but I hear he lives out his days in the tree probably Older or Younger than yourself if the amount of time we spent climbing was any indication. Many of these games are gated by levels and the skills they provide, so that's where I think we should focus. Dying and losing several levels is a pain in the ass and it takes a long time to regain those, just look at how much it took us to clear this map the two times that we were here and how many people has died.

The other rewards, while useful, it's alway something that we may be able to acquire later, especially items from shops.

Original Weapon Sets are Traded In if Standard Issue. There is only one Body slot, and it is filled with your class's standard set if you have nothing better. There is a hat slot that is effectively empty for those that are new.

While classing in lets you [own] your old kit it doesn't necessarily mean you want to lug it around or can use it all at once. Pay attention to Gear Proficiencies for all these things.

When I hear of the ability to rank in multiple classes I think of how the two classes can build off of one another. But since Gear is restrictive a lot of that is lost. I can't use a Shield as a quemist, making the most important aspect of Guard, the ability to Block iuseless. Meaning it is pointless to be a quemist / guard mix.

Instead of building off of each other it seems the only reason to multiclass is to grab one or two skills that will benefit your main.

Blocking can be done with normal weapons with a def stat and with the superior block function it still operates as very guard like but less optimally so. There is also a chance for importing proficiencies as gaes like this go on. But there are obvious bad mixes and it’s not up to design to make them all great. But no playstyle is invalid either, as we are seeing here.

A quemist doesn't have defensive gear at all. I don't think there is even a possibility of a defensive Gear piece in its proficiencies.

I will probably abandon the thought of being quemist for now. Just bums me out since I like the complexity of the class.

You just need to be a Quemist on one map to unlock the class, nothing prevents you from going back to being a guard that level his quemist job afterward. Just remember that Alquemistry cost two skill slot if it isn't a class feature.

Get the Guild Rank Up and buy the 2 Lisenses (2000 total).

We have plenty of gear from this manor, so we do not need a manor. We have able means to prepare things. And we've suffered a lot of losses, so the rank up is the best way to get into the fight.

We also have plenty of storage availability throughout the guild in total.

I do wish I could stop the habit of dying just before the end though. Gotta prioritize getting away from an enemy after I hit them and not dive into another one when I do. No more Lightning Dashes to behind an enemy unless I can get back out in friendly lines the following action. My parry isn't strong enough for the enemies we've been facing.

Hmm, looking at this list of potions I believe we have two options. The first, just hand everything to Ghel Alatine, Veldt and Delta and let them decide on where to apply the potions as the situation demands. You do not get 32 Pot arrows. You get +Root32 Poison arrows on top of their normal atk rating Due to using a single Powder per 9 batches as opposed to 1 Arrow per 1 Concoction. Do not use powders for arrows, they use oils. Imbued swords arrows and melee use oils, following the Imbue function.

Powders are reserved for bombs cannonballs and single shot missiles including entire potions themselves but can be applied on reload when firing bullets. Powders can also be freely applied as is with the intended potency and result.

Licenses. Assume a License and get to work. Since switching skills is possible during rest it is the best time to use your License's entire skillset with no worry. However it is not possible to perform the tasks suited for your license without their Kit which takes up an Item Space. You may entrust this to someone or Wait until [Civilization] or the Frontier presents itself with a proper workstation.

You May pick which skills to prepare for the next Floor. Since Lady Waterslime got a gander of it, We will be approaching a Frontier Town of Hedgewall.Which.... well I hope it's still standing.

Easy breathy. You do not need a bag, the tool is a bag. It takes one slot in your inventory, and you are able to put the items from your art in there. Shards and so for the Lab, bones and so for the Box.

You slot it in as a skill and use it. You get the list of uses that are available. You are taking the kit with you, and it will eat into your slots. So be mindful!

During Rest, you are able to move skills around. This makes your work "free" during rest (slot the skill in, use it, slot something else in). On the map, you WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO THIS. If for some bone-brained reason you wish to make things on a map, not during rest, you would need the license in a slot + the item with you. You should bring the kit-item with you anyway, as without it, you may not have the tools you need during rest.

That symbol besides each kit is the pot bonus using the kit gives to crafting. You can see how that notation is used in the Junker and Quemist sheets. I imagine that if you set up your kit in the field you can use it to boost pot rolls for any applicable work.

Missing Persons Retrieval.
The Missing Slimecalibur was found at the deeper boughs yet again. A land brimming with mushrooms and slimes both toxic and sweet. Luckily you decided not to go this floor as a big group as a host of massive insects lived here. A hydra's corpse sits mangled at the bony mire under all the dotted terrain and the group decides to take a few souveneirs on their way back.

After a bit of sleuthing I've found that have, available, in Guild Funds, 4105 fine Guild Notes. With the amount of people we are in the Lanternreapers (20), that ends up being 205 available money per survivor. I think we did very well tonight and I suggest that we split our money that way, so that all of us have some loose funds.

Additionally, special properties of that monster maybe enjoyed for one floor, specially prepared dishes can cause the right combination of customer and entree to also gain special skills. Does not stack with other Monster Soups prepared on the same night.

Medications: Before deploying you may take vitamins to boost a stat or improve your parameters for a single day. May stack with Meal Effects and /some/ medications but typically only one medication can be taken per day.

I passed out all the green infusions already to others who had at least 20 damage. We only had 4. Not all have drunk the potion yet so they might be willing to pass it along. Otherwise one of our Quemists might be willing to brew a Green Infusion but it'll probably cost them SP. We lack water for perfect brewing conditions.
