Also;

Wtf does any of that have to do with focusing. Some people actuality shoot in manual mode you fucking pussy. The picture is out of focus
>>
Why do they all look like clones?

First the blacks wore nice suits. Then their pants dropped to the floor and they started shaving their heads.

Now they wear tracksuits, earrings and have a weird noodle like hairstyle.

that probably refers to "noisy"
>>
>>3520927
this would look great if he was in focus.
>>
>>3520927
Up iso, close aperture, increase depth of field.
The pic is ok.
>>
>>3520927

Great work getting his knee in focus.
>>
>>3520927

The 6d is known for having a kinda shitty af system, but the center point is supposed to be pretty good. I'd use just that for portraits along with back button focus so that you can place that center point on the dudes eyes, focus, then recompose the shot and fire the shutter without the camera refocusing on something else.

Next time, push the poser off the ledge, click off 20-30 frames following his descent into pavement. Wait for the crowd of unwed mothers to begin their emotional wailing, shoot the reactions. Delete entire session 'cause no one cares. Bonus points if you can make a pickininny cry (yo' daddy aint comin' home & you next).
>>
>>3520927
Too much unused space, especially on top, should get in closer, fill the frame with him
>>
>>3520927
Seems like a handsome subject, but still normal looking and what he is doing is not really relevant or interesting to me. Nor is the other foreground or background anything pleasant or great.

As such, it is a boring & not very pleasant photo.

>>3520932
Also certainly looks noisy to me, maybe it is instead some sharpening that was applied or such. Or this camera still has noise at ISO100, IDK.
>>
>>3520927
Either focus on face or use smaller aperture.

Out of focus garbage.
>>
>>3520927
Next time post in the Rpt (recent photo thread) if you only upload one shot.

People get a bit butthurt if you create a thread for one photo especially if it is a bit ordinary.

Main issue with the shot imo is that lighting. Id push the iso up a bit or lower the shutter speed. Also his hands and knees are in focus but his face is a bit soft and obscured by the hat.

>focusing on the knee instead of the face
>shitty grain everywhere due to high ISO instead of tripodding

very weak shoot over all.

Looks to me like you focused on his knee. Portraits focus on the eyes

How high is the ISO? You don't need to go above 400 outside

>>3520932
Well thats the issue. He probably underexposed it like hell then cranked up the exposure in post. Doing that introduces way more noise than ISO.
>>
>>3522088
>shitty grain
>tripodding
It's actually ISO 100 and 1/640s.
You know shit and your snapshot is a typical creep shot. You lack the balls to shoot proper street, better try some flowers.
