Anyone figure out a good way to transport a pizza on a sport bike let me know. Also bombest pizza ever right here.
>>21066417Not him but personally I base acceptable mileage off of the cosmetic condition of the bike (especially when it comes to details) and the personal impression I get from the seller and how they keep/carry themselves and/or their living spaces. I had an '86 Shadow with 33k miles when I got it but I wasn't worried in the slightest because the thing looked clean even into the little cracks and crevices, and the PO was a dude in his 70's who babied it.There's a difference between cleaning and "maintaining" something to make it look better to sell and cleaning and maintaining it because you care for it, and if you look hard enough you can see that. Also if the seller looks like a trainwreck themselves, and/or if their house/other vehicles look like shit (assuming you meet at their property), they probably neglected the bike too.tl;dr, if you know it was well-cared-for, I wouldn't necessarily be driven off by a 20-30k+ mileage Honda.

>>21066735>one guy asked me if id fuck a trapWell would you? Nothing wrong with a philosophical quesion such as that.
>>21066735>one guy asked me if id fuck a trapWell?
>>21066440Yeah you could put a 125 in it if you want, but in most cases with mopeds the engines just stick out one side all goofy because the sprockets don't line up well. If you really want more power then a big bore kit would be the way to go. Although that would sacrifice a lot of reliability on a moped especially and they are still fun at stock speed imo. my Tomos moped only goes 45km/h top speed but i love it. Personally i would keep it stock, but if you definitley want more power, then i would say a big bore kit, and i dont know much about 4 stroke modding, but for a 2 stroke a bigger carb, airfilter, and expansion chamber exhaust plus a well done upjet would get you way more torque and power. In fact you might be able to de-restrict your bike anyway for free power because some are like that. Oh and a different size sprocket on the rear tire in case you want more acceleration or more top speed :) (my bike in the picture btw)
Daily reminder that if you want a quick shifter and an auto blipper what you really want is an auto or a dct and you should join scooty in Korea.

>>21068037>ohlins and brembosMust be a good bike!
>>21067785Imagine being seen on a brand new 300 that gets lapped by 30 year old 250's though.
>>21068052imagine having a 30 year old 250 and getting lapped by a 60 year old 125 though
>>21068070God this comic is terrible
>>21068074Just like Ducati's reliability.
>>21067107Could the wiring be bad? Did you measure output directly at the coil?
Anyone own a RF-1200? I've been meaning to get a darker faceshield, but I was hoping to see how well the mirrored ones are.
>>21068095Yes and I only use the clear shield with a pinlock. Just buy a tinted sunblocker if you really need it
How do I get better at wrenching? It seems like every job I do ends up only 90% right and 10% fucky.
>>21068104I want one to hide my face fully for anonymity. Too many events in my town.
>>21068111get a shit bike to practice and keep working on it until you do it right.
>>21068064Must be nice living in fairyland where someone that owns a 60 year old 125 2t is actually racing it lmao.
>>21068117You sound like a fag, no one can tell who you are just by your eyes anywaysyour bike is way more identifying than the bit of your face visible
>>21068120sadly right now any track days are a fantasy
>>21068125Everybody is more attractive with their smudged up cheeks being hiddenChicks dig the mysterious guys
>>21068128For sure. Waiting for my current insurance to finish so I can switch to a track friendly one. Even then, none of my old riding friends even own bikes anymore.
>>21068136I just graduated so im going to wait to get some money then get a 300cc track bike
>>21068144They won't even let you on with a 300 at my local track
>>21067825your pics make for very nice wallpapers, thanks for them. -Fellow indian rider
>>21068152im not rossi and would rather learn track riding on something more manageable >>21068155ill keep that in mindperhaps i will get something faster
What if I want to use this helmet for the road (highway) only in the summer?
>>21068178Then you'll have some ragrets
>>21068171300s are amazing track bikes, they conserve tires, are cheap to run/mod, and handle well. If you're gonna be riding like Suzuka or mugello or NJMP or something rediculous like that maybe it's not the best choice, but for 95% of tracks they're greatThere's a reason almost all trackday coaches ride them
>>21068180Why? I got earplugs, I can remove the peak and add goggles. It's too hot here.
>>21068183K do itDon't give a fuck at the end of the day
>>21068182I figure I have nowhere near the skill to ride a 300 near its limits so there is no point in getting a 600might as well save money on the bike and repairs with a smaller onei would also be able to save on track insurance if I decide to get itI have heard about multiple riding groups where 1 may be slower and has different rulesis that not always the case?
>>21065965you're a manlet, when will you learn?
>>21068178I can't tell if this is the coolest thing I've ever seen, or the faggiest piece of shit that's ever been created.
*secret club hand gestures toward you* Why hello fellow motorcyclists.
>>21068197Most organizations have three or four groups, from novice to advanced/expert. There are all sorts of bikes in novice, 300's, adv bikes, etc. Pretty universally, you aren't allowed to pass on the inside anywhere but in the advanced group. Any questions you could have would be easily answered by coaches in a beginner course. If you're in the states, EvolveGT has a good intro to track day course, just go to their site and sign up.
>>21066268Damn. I can barely legally carry my pepper spray without some cop flipping the fuck out when they pull me over and I notify them of the dangerous pizza topping I'm carrying.
>>21068215thanks for the answers i appreciate it
>>21068178It's not aerodynamic. You'll get a sore neck.My cousin stopped riding because of a sore neck and he wore dirt bike helmet.
>>21068222Yeah it's really fun you should give it a try even if you aren't on a sport bike
>>21068223This. There's a reason road bike riders don't wear these.Fine if you never go over 40mph with your faggy motarded singles.
>>21066268>leather jacket over topThat must be a loose jacketAlso throwback to when the dude on DBT told me your jacket shouldn't have enough space to wear a sweater under it. Taking advice on the board is a health hazard.
>>21068222also i didn't make it clear, but you can be fast on just about any bike. There are plenty of guys running advanced and expert pace on 300's. it's all down to rider skill
M13 deserved more fame.
>>21068226That's not dumb advice. The less loose rolls of material to catch the asphalt, the better.Your gear should be plenty padded and snug. Only faggots ride with baggy sweaters and capes.
>>21068228I think M14 is better.
>>21068224I would try it on my 650 but I have been commuting on it and don't want to destroy it while learningonce i have some extra money and can get a bike that I can work on over time i will go for it>>21068227that is what I have heard which is why I figured i would start on a smaller bike rather than getting a fast bike I can't ride very wellplus if I destroy a cheaper bike it isn't as big of a deal
>>21068235It would be pretty easy to prove me wrong, then.No rush.
>>21068238Yup, that was really easy.https://youtu.be/ySyvKuLM_1U>if it's too tight it's going to be difficult to add a thermal layer when it's cold
>>21068220Idk, it's actually pretty cool. Just don't wear it with all white gear and you'll be fine.
>>21068248lol you assume mc fairweather faggots here on 4chains ride in anything but +30c sunny days
>>21068236just don't crash tard it's not difficult
>>21068251Well I do, that's why I need a proper fitting jacket.
>>21068253Why do they make you tape plastic headlight covers? Are they retarded?
>>21068253well im really retarded and use a helmet and have insurance so I might as well continue being retarded just in case I crash
>>21068248Sorry, I thought we were talking about safety gear, not pumpkin spice latte bitches.
>>21068251>Bothering to get a jacket fitted when it's cold enough to have ice on the roadI guess you ice riding faggots really need that extra thick skull lmao.
>>21068280>gets btfo about motorcycle jacket fitment>starts nonsensically sperging about lattes for some reasonCringey and also weird! I bet your sweater doesn't even match your jacket.
>>21068284I don't need to wear a leather jacket bigger than necessary to fit my bomber jacket underneath, because I don't own a bomber jacket.
>>21068287Well I don't even know what that is so checkmate and king me.
>>21068289Hard to do when your ass is already on your head lmao faggit get rekt #gottemBut for real, I've never had to wear more than a tshirt under my jacket because it never goes under -2c were I live. I understand that can't always be the case, but jackets, pants, boots, gloves and helmets (well actually, helmets are a sort of 50/50 result) abate skin abrasions and grip the road surface less when there is less surface area to do so. You'd see GP riders ragdoll the instant they came off if that were the case, instead of skating semi-gracefully across the track at high speeds. The higher coefficient of grip at lower speeds it what eventually puts the former rider into a tumble.
> put memethal bars on my dual sport> mirrors and bars become imbued with the spirt of michael j fox (heard its the crossbar which increases vibration)> taller bars not comfy at all while sitting down and I start getting a weird shoulder strain I never used to havefuck it, i'm going back to my old cheapo bar
>>21068321How about I dilate your boipucci with my thick cock?
>>21068327>boipucciwtf but i’m a woman??
is it harder to stall a motorbike compared to a manual car?
>>21068333Usually easier.... way easier and more likely you will dump clutch before you learn clutch control.
>>21068333Easier.A bike engine has way less inertia than a car engine because the entire rotating assembly is lighter, flywheel included. The good thing is you can slip the clutch all day on a bike because it's bathed in engine oil. If you did that in a car you'd completely fuck the clutch.Stalling isn't an issue if you learn how to use a clutch properly.
>>21068357Disgusting.Where's the penis
>>21067136>consumer reports rates japanese bike brands in the same order I doWell, I say Yamaha = Honda > Kawasaki > Suzuki but still.
>>21066416ThisVery wrong Although i think the movie did in fact use more than one bike it is predominantly the Drz All hail drz Chad >>21066334
>>21066542>>21066675ded thread but I'm glad someone remembered my pizza idea it's really ruined my diet
