I was told in femgen to ask about a femboy dose of either 50mg bica or Spiro and 2mg estradiol. My question is which AA should I take if I want to avoid growing breasts (or at least minimize the growth) and if I want to be able to quit cold turkey at any time?
>>
>>13855477
it has to be Micronized Progesterone, they come in squishy capsules, 100mg or 200mg, many brands. I’m using Progestan. Doing injections and dropping spiro would be a lot healthier for you fren. I don’t do IM but people here do, I’m scared of doing aspiration;~;
>>
Has anyone who had no breast tissue before HRT end up with C cup or bigger breasts?
I notice a trend that fat guys with gyro get the big breasts
>>
>>13860486

>>
>>13859226
to feminise you need to nuke/block your t, which causes gyno, so ultimately breasts are unavoidable. Firstly you will get little breast buds.

The e is necessary for endocrine and bone health and providing feminisation. Bica is apparently the best AA for dicks being dicky. You should use 50mg Bica 2mg Estrofem.

If you swallow the E orally it is converted into estrone which will increase breast growth, so you should look into sublingual or buccal administration (with the same estrofem pill, you hold it in your mouth, ground, without swallowing for 15minutes). If you’re doing sublingual or buccal, make sure you get estrofem and not Progynova, valerate formulated to pass through the stomach intact and absorbed in the intestines.

There is a drug class called Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators, specifically Raloxifene 60mg, that can suppress breast growth, I used it myself but I feel they still grew and were simply misshapen rather than rounded, so the expense is not so worth it

what is the most likely reason I feel really ill by the afternoon on hrt? I take b12
>>
>>13861490
Feeling really ill isn’t specific enough a symptom nor does it describe what you’ve been taking.

What are you taking, how much per dose, how many doses a day, and what’re your specific symptoms?
>>
>>13861582
I’m taking Lena every 5 days 12.5mg, cypro 25mg.

I have a claustrophobic out of breath feeling a lot and slight nausea, feel to ill to excersise or do chores.
>>
>>13861676
Those are massive red flags. Better ask your local hospital instead of here.
>>
>>13861715
thanks, I have some bloods coming for anemia but just thought I’d ask incase of possible hrt relation

Online pharmacy list:
inhousepharmacy.vu has been popular in the US.
eu-aibolit.com is a reliable site that ships to a lot of places. Good for EU anons. They list shipping rates for the UK, Canada, and US among others so I guess they ship there. http://eu-aibolit.com/content/15-usloviya-dostavki
shesalady.co.uk reportedly ships to Canada. You need to email the site operator to order. In the EU shipping times of two weeks have been reported. Email contact@shesalady.co.uk to order.
unitedpharmacies-uk.md seems to work for the UK.
There's also unitedpharmacies.md (US-centric) and unitedpharmacies.nl (Netherlands-centric)
alldaychemist.com is another.
http://lena.kiev.ua/ev/ has become popular for injections.
Less reliable/untested/poorly tested sites:
https://inhome-health.com/ seems iffy so consider them a last resort. Messed up orders have been reported. They are said to ship to Canada.
http://fast-pharmacy.com/product/Evista.html has raloxifene and some other meds but is expensive.
Possible source of a reasonably priced GnRH agonist: http://cherrypharmacy.com/product/buserelin-nasal-spray-analog-suprecur-suprefact-nasal-buserelin-acetate-150-mcgdose-180-doses/
https://amazon4health.com/ - expensive, no bica.
https://shape-shifters-eu.netlify.com has some satisfied customers.
I saw www.buyonlineventolin.com mentioned in a thread but I have know idea if they're reliable or not.
247meds.net is unverified.

What recreational drugs can i take on HRT without having to worry too much about their effect on me?
I only really take marijuana, MDMA and LSD

I heard that if you stop taking bica that you'd get flooded by the T it blocked or something and it can cause horrible health effects. Is there any truth to this?

I can find Procalut 50mg for $30 USD for 28 tablets. Is there any reason I shouldn't go for this instead of Calutide 50mg, which is $20 USD for 10 tablets?

been taking bica + e for a week now, was generally happy with my decision but today i had overwhelming feelings of wanting to stay a man, thoughts of having a child, thinking instead of transitioning to a woman i should go the other end of the scale and go like hyper masculine with gym etc. Its really messed with my head and i havent took my pills today, do i just power through and take my pills? is it normal? its hard to explain but its like the male part of me is trying to seize back control if that makes sense
>>
>>13863781
Who knows? There are no mental health experts in /hrtgen/. If I were you I would keep taking hrt and pay attention to how frequently it happens. As long as you don't cut off your balls HRT is pretty much completely reversible for mtfs, so if these feelings become very common you can just detransition. If it's just a once-a-month outburst thing and not very persistent, detransitioning might be a bad idea. You can never know how the brain reacts to something as little understood as transgenderism
>>
>>13863614
I’ve heard a few people say this, though it’s a prostate cancer drug so presumably those patients at some point discontinue the drug right?

You won’t notice feminisation for like 9-12 months though so at this point you could decide to continue/increase dose or taper off the Bica ig?

just try to get a blood test at maximum 6 months so you can check levels and general health
>>
>>13863614
You should taper off it to avoid issues.

Am I imagining things? I'm only on the 5th day (25mg bica every other day, 1mg progynova sublingual every 8 hours) and I think I've noticed some changes.

First, my tolerance for touching hot things has went way down. I can't just turn on the hot water any more and wash my hands without recoiling in pain.

Secondly, job involves a fair amount of heavy. I've begun coming home with some soreness in my hands where this has never happened before. No, my work load hasn't changed.

Lastly, it takes longer for me to get an erection now, I don't get them as often, and my urge to look at porn/fap has taken a nosedive. I was a 3 times a day sort of person before.

Could it be all in my head?
>>
>>13864035
Those changes except for the heat sensitivity are to be expected with the type of substances you are consuming. Did you not do your DIY homework? The effects are more dramatic than you would anticipate with your low dose, but still...Are you truly surprised?

It's androgenic so you should try looking for better progestins.

>>13869677
I’m using cypro still with my injections, I’m diy. If you are asking if there is a set requirement for moving to monotherapy, I don’t think so, as long as your levels are ok. As for levels while doing monotherapy, it only requires around 250pg/ml (you can drop lower if you've had testicular atrophy prior). You ofc have to watch for your t but I assume you have access to blood tests. If you haven’t already started - though it may be quite early for you - you should ask your endo about Progesterone (bioidentical): in this case because it has gnrh agonist effects (suppresses t)

Not all trans girls take hrt. If you have overwhelming feelings of wanting to be a man you don't sound like a trans girl to me, but maybe you're just conflicted. You could be gender fluid, don't worry too much about labels and do what makes you happy. A few more weeks of pills won't make you infertile but think hard about why you're taking them, and if the effects of the pills are something you want.

Current dose is .4ml of 40mg/ml E injected weekly and 50mg of spiro daily with it. Think I should up the spiro? Working on getting a real AA.
>>
>>13874742
That is a fuckhigh dose of E, 16mg per week? Have you checked your levels with that? I had to lower my dose because mine were like 700pg/ml with not even half of that dose, I wouldn't be surprised if you were in the high 1000's with that dose. And you don't even need an AA at that point, just do monotherapy. Especially because spiro just messes up your transition in other ways
>>
Question, is it bad if youre on hrt and growing boobs and dont wear bras? Will it damage them by not? I know wearing them too much can make them lose elasticity but what about too little?

have my 6 month checkup soon. i'm currently on IM injections every 7 days. i've heard i should get my levels checked on day 6, the day before injecting. is this the best time?

just a quick question

if i take bica will it show on blood tests?

i need to be "clean" to get accepted into the clinic here but idk how long ill be off hrt before they decide to give me some and im honestly terrified of going back on testoserone.
>>
If I can get my T down without cypro I should just do that right? I've been on HRT 7 months and I think I want to try it. I know cypro has minor long-term risks, and I don't know if the progestin effect it has is actually helpful at my stage of development.
>>
>>13874836
That's what my doctor prescribed, supposedly to be equivalent to the 6mg/day sublingual I came off of. I haven't had the opportunity to get bloodwork done lately. But yes, it seemed like a lot so that prodded me to look deeper into doing it myself...
>>
>>13875730
they don't have PP transgender services where I live but they had HIV tests, the place was friendly with an all gender restroom
>>
>>13876244
You would probably be fine with 6mg injected weekly. I switched off of 6mg sublingual daily onto injections too, and thats the dose I'm currently taking. Sublingual spikes your levels really hard but falls off really fast compared to injections, the equivalent injection dose should be enough to last for a week. Definitely get off the spiro though, it is most likely hurting more than it's helping. If you really want an AA you can try bica, I've been taking 50mg daily since i started 13 months ago even though it's not really necessary anymore since injections have my testosterone completely nuked. Also look into rectal prog.
>>
>>13876104
Yes, cypro might be harmful for breast development early on before tanner 3, ideally you take some form of progesterone after tanner 3 to round out the cone boobs.
>>
>>13876414
What should I take if I still need a blocker?
>>
>>13876423
I'd recommend bica. It has basically no side effects and is non steroidal, literally all it does is block your androgen receptors. It doesn't lower T though, that should be done through a high enough E dose or rectal progesterone.
>>
Someone once mentioned the mental benefits of oral progesterone and how it has almost no physical effects if you take it that way, but I haven't really seen it talked about much anywhere. Would that mess with boob growth?
>>
>>13869529

>>
>>13875730
They gave me 1mg a day estradiol and 100 mg a day spironolactond to start, and 1 month later I just got moved to 2mg a day estradiol and I chose to stop spironolactone. They just ask some basic questions and take some blood, it's not bad.
>>
>>13877000
That's good to hear. And that's worked for you? It seems a bit low compared to what a lot of other people take.
>>
>>13869016
She sent my order, and she let me know the backup email is shesalady2020@gmail.com. I'll update you all when I actually receive my bica but so far shesalady seems good.
>>
>>13877044
They like to stairstep and slowly increase dosage, powers method says to start at high dosage but studies have found more breast development from lower starting dosage, so I'm ok with it. I take Pueraria Mirifica as well, which is basically a potent cocktail of phytoestrogens but it can cause clots and fuck your liver so I'm going to stop when my estradiol dose is high enough.
>>
My endo laughed at my conetits and assured me that she would make them better.
>>
>>13863642
Bumping this question because I'm curious, too.
>>
>>13878027
Understandable, if you don't mind one last question, it's about insurance. I'm still on my parents plan, and I don't exactly want them to know what I'm doing right now, is there any way I can use their insurance without them being told what it's going towards? Or will I just have to pay out of pocket?
>>
>>13878157
I don't have insurance but estrogen is cheap and the tests aren't too expensivd if you go through the clinic. Your parents would be billed for the copay for the insurance so I don't know if you can necessarily hide it unless they pay their bills without checking.

I know bica is preferred, but is spiro really that horrible?
I'm prescribed 50mg 2x a day + 5 mg finasteride + a .1 mg patch
I'm kinda worried because I've read about conetits, mammoplasty, etc but surely a bad AA is better than no AA at all (since I'm not doing monotherapy with injections right now)?
I just started on the patch a month or two ago, and I don't see my doctor again until sometime in January
>>
Is it possible that E injections wouldn't work as well as pills? I've been on injections for 2 months now and I feel almost as though it's not as effective; it may be my imagination, but I feel like I'm noticing more terminal hairs on my upper lip and increased erections. Is this even possible?

my first 3 months i was on 4mg of e 200mg of spiro. last 3 months i've been on 8mg a week of injections 200mg of spiro.

i feel like i didn't get much breast growth in the last 3 months, most of it came in the first 3. my leg hairs and skin did change a fair amount though on injections. i'm getting my blood done in a week and potentially adjusting my dose (probably lowering the spiro is my guess). so i feel you on this, i had higher hopes because i heard about how well injections work. being patient though since it's only been 6 months and i started at 28
>>
>>13881115
okay thanks. my endo suggested between day 4 and 5. heard day of next injection online a lot though
>>
>>13881129
Estrone from pills is useful during early stages of mammoplasia. PR activation is activation of the Progesterone Receptor, i.e., progestogenic action. Injections are better but you get less boob

If you are able to you can, as some here do, use 2mg e pill once per day orally (swallowed, not sublingual etc) in addition to your injections to see if you get breast soreness (growth) again, which you should
>>
>>13881171
Wow thank you for this information.

I've read about people supplementing their injections with oral e. Is there general advice on when to start this? I need to convince my endo to prescribe me pills and valerate. They haven't been sore for like two months.
>>
>>13881215
As soon as you can; I think usually it works and you’ll get sore again, but your spiro is probably not helping either. I know that Dr Powers uses oral e for the entire first year before moving to injections. He says for his patients who are using injections and seeing stunted growth he trials oral e for 1 month (continues if it works, drops if it doesn’t). Also progesterone once tanner III is reached
>>
>>13881307
Cool thank you I'll ask my endo next week. I know she is going to ween me off the spiro I'm hoping my T levels are low enough she lowers it and is willing to give me oral E too. She is pretty lax so I bet she will
>>
What effect does just taking 2mg of Oral e and nothing else have on your body? Also, I currently debating if I should go for Bica or Cypro for an anti androgen to go for.
>>
will HRT lessen my hypertension?
>>
>>13882255
It depends on the cause. My blood pressure dropped by 20ish points on average due to my anxiety disappearing on HRT.
>>
>>13880792
Spiro binds to a bunch of different receptors and has a bunch of side effects. The AA stuff is actually side effects, it's not what spiro was made for. Bica and Cypro were made for blocking T and they do it much better. Try to get a better AA, if you can't consider monotherapy or use Spiro. If you can get a better AA then stop Spiro immediately. Spiro may work for you it's just risky, it's a wildcard.
>>
>>13879046
Here people calls spiro deadly, is that better?
>>
>>13883474
An anon got sent to the hospital like a week or two ago? But I don't think people tend to call it deadly. Just shitty. Because it is.
>>
If I'm on 50mg bica and 2mg estro for a year and want to stop, how do I?
I have no intent to fully transition, so I was thinking of doing an on-and-off thing where I'd do it for a year, stop, then a few months, stop, few months, stop, etc.
Am I retarded and if so what should I be doing instead?

You should just not take the pills if you won't take them consistently. If you've already been on bica you should probably wean off rather than going cold turkey. These drugs build up in your system and aren't supposed to be taken intermittently. Why do you want to do that?
>>
>>13885215
>Why do you want to do that?
Like I said I don't want to transition, just feminize a bit, but I also don't want to only do it for a year and then stop and have some rapid return of T flooding my system.
>>
>>13885359
Don't take hrt if you don't want to transition. You can dress up and do lots of other things to transition but these drugs have risks and side effects that shouldn't be taken on unless it's to relieve dysphoria.

If it's only valerate isn't it better to go to PP?
>>
>>13887318
PP is only an option in America.
Also Valerate injections are great. There's not much benefit to ethanate or cypionate.

I only inject 3mg / week. You guys are fucking crazy with these doses. You’re gonna get clots.

>>13887391
It's pretty standard to start low, go high, then lower when you've hit a nice goal. You don't wanna go too low either because you'll hit mood instability and faster aging. Definitely no need to be pregnant for 10 years like some do though lmao
>>
>>13887339
>Also Valerate injections are great. There's not much benefit to ethanate or cypionate.
I'm in America, should I hit up PP then? There's one that prescribes HRT less than an hour from me.

I always though cypionate was significantly better because the levels wouldn't drop off toward the end of the week.

Also, is subq almost as good as IM? I have a fear of needles generally, but I'm terrified of going IM and maybe hitting a vein...
>>

>I'm in America, should I hit up PP then? There's one that prescribes HRT less than an hour from me.
Hit them up if you want injections. If they're not helpful and/or giving doses you're not happy with you could always DIY injections.

>I always though cypionate was significantly better because the levels wouldn't drop off toward the end of the week.
The solution is to either inject more, or do it every 5 days instead of 7.

>Also, is subq almost as good as IM? I have a fear of needles generally, but I'm terrified of going IM and maybe hitting a vein...
I've never done IM myself. I prefer subq because it's relatively painless and seems much harder to mess up. I think IM is a little bit better though for absorption, but I haven't researched IM much as I can't get myself to even consider doing it.

That's horrifying. Conversely, would an overly high dose slow aging or would the ERs become to saturated for it to be of any use?

My E2 is 150-250 pg/ml now and T is around 100 ng/dl (patch monotherapy). Would I get a substantial fem gains from injections? I was currently considering cypro because I thought EV injections were inferior and I was hesitant to try Ukranian memejuice. My main concern is hair (regrowth on temple, reduction of body hair, etc.)
>>
>>13887650
Your levels are fine tbhon, you may or may not see any substantial gains. It's very individual, but I found it helped me a lot to get my levels a bit higher.
FWIW, Lena does sell Ethanate which is fairly long duration. She recommends 0.30ml of her EEn solution per 10 days or 0.22ml per 7 days. I've tried both and I prefer the Valerate as it's easier to get high peaks.
>>
>>13887650
Around 6-86ng/dL is normal female range of Testosterone. I’m sure you know but for the highest chance of hair regrowth you should aim for the low end, 30 or under (but not 0 due to other complications), because DHT is produced as a byproduct of testosterone. An AA would certainly get your t nuked before you move to injection monotherapy. Cypro 25mg per day

Does anyone know how much of a terrible idea it would be to try taking Diane-35 for 1-2 years in hopes of breast growth? I am quite young and would not do this forever due to the risks of thrombosis, but I thought it might be effective?
>>
On month 6 of hrt. First 3 months 4mg oral e, 200mg spiro, 1mg fin. Next 3 months 8mg every 7 days of injected e, 200mg spiro, 1mg fin.

Saw decent okay breast development the first 3 months. Didn't really see any the last two months. Other feminizing effects have been happening so the hormones are working just not for boobs. Been reading about the powers method of including 1mg (2mg?) of oral e a day on top of everything else. Anyone do the same or have an opinion? Is 6 months too soon to do this and should I just be patient? I'm 28.

Visiting my endo next week. She said she is tapering me off spiro so my dosage should go down on that. Want to try for the oral e on top of injecting if she is game for it.
>>
it's a synthetic estrogen used for birth control that heavily increases clotting risk - this effect is magnified when people without ovaries take it, as that's where it's primarily metabolized/targeted and because of this the amount of estrogen available to the rest of your body is meaninglessly low. There is no dose that is both functional and safe:

You could stunt breast growth (be left with small or cone-like breasts when you are older)

if you’re set on taking meds you need a blocker like Bicalutamide. You would then add E pills later down the line, ideally you would be on Bica alone for maximum 2 years, ideally less. It’s more expensive though

hey girls I'm on estrogen monotherapy with Lena's stuff and my doctor just called telling me they got my bloods back and I have an estrogen level of 5170 pmol/L the day after injection (I had a test 3 months ago at trough that said it was 2560 pmol/L). Apparently this puts me at an "extremely high risk of clotting or a stroke" or something, and she wants me to reduce my dosage to 0.02 ml every 5 days instead of the 0.19ml I have been doing. I think I probably should lower the dosage, but I was thinking to maybe 0.12ml to 0.16ml, I've seen a lot of good change lately and I don't want to jeopardize it. Well here is Dr Powers who has made several discoveries in transfeminine medicine, his recommended dose and split here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9sWwbh6kfgE
He has endos accross the world contacting him for infos. Most endos in USA follow the WPATH method, which is outdated. There is an entertaining full 2hr lecture if you want to know more.

I use cypro, the dosage is just 25mg so it will last a while. Note that on cypro you can’t do it monotherapy because of osteoporosis risk, so you need minimum 2mg with it. If the cost of 6mg per day is too great, 2mg is perfectly fine so long as you raise it as soon as your healthcare gives you access
>>
>>13897992
See this video:
>>13897999
It’s best to spread your dose out as much as possible. Sublingual transfers Estradiol to estrone so you must swallow your e, which I assume you do.

Hello /HRTGen/!!

I have a question for ya'll:
Does anytone here have experience with only using Estrogen without a t-blocker? If so, what would be the main differences in your experience? What effects did it have on libido? Mood? Energy? Did it feminize as much or slower or just differently?
I'm very curious about this, I want to have all the information from as many personal experiences before deciding what to do, and I've seen conflicting reports on whether using only E is better or E+T-blocker. Some claim the latter is just faster and better, while some say they felt like they were dead inside and just going on E provided a more smooth transition process.
>>
>>13898316
My suggestion is start with E+Blocker and over time get rid of the blocker. It helps a lot in the beginning because it's not believed to be optimal to go straight to high E levels which is mandatory for monotherapy.
My choice is Cypro, you can just slowly lower the dose for a year while you increase the estrogen.
It allows for a much smoother transition and less worry about testosterone.
>>
>>13898316
I don’t have good info
but there was an anon here recently who had 100ng/dL testosterone while doing e monotherapy; lower than Male but about twice or more what you want when transitioning. So the likelihood is unless you take v high doses, injections say, the t can take a while to go down, this would certainly not be optimal for a smooth transition, and would require regular monitoring which you may not have access to. You should use Cypro 25mg, get levels tested at 3 months and then taper down from there. I’m personally paranoid despite my t being nuked, so Im going to use cypro for my entire first year. Sorry for non scientific info
>>
>>13897999

>>
Couldn't the Powers method of using progesterone lead to dependence since it increases GABA-A activation? Taking it every night sounds like taking a benzo every night effectively.

I'm running out of bica in only a few days, and it seems the site I ordered from failed at sending what I ordered, so I won't get any in a long time even if I'm lucky enough to get it through customs.
Am I doomed?
Will I get a testosterone shock and then everything will be ruined?
I'm really worried now.
Can I use HUGE amounts of estrogen to prevent bad effects of no bica? Will that have bad effects in itself?

Turns out they have sent it, but it's been stopped in customs. Another shipment will arrive the customs next week. In best case, I'll be without bica for close to a week. If I don't get it then, I'll be out for a long time.

I hate how difficult it is to get. So expensive, and requires so much luck to get into the country.

I'll try to reduce it to 50mg every three days, and use a generous number of patches to see if it can save me, but I'm so worried right now.

Here is some info, i would recommend the ventrogluteal muscle actually, since it's easier to reach on your own if you're doing it on yourself and it's the safest place too since lack of nerves and stuff.

https://www.healthline.com/health/intramuscular-injection#howto

For needlesizes i'm not completely sure but i know lena wants you to do it with fixed syringes which i don't think is a good idea. Do like bodybuilders instead and go with a slightly thicker needle for drawing up the oil easier and then a smaller one for injecting.

>I'm kinda scared of needles so im really nervous
Just read a lot of tutorials, tons of medical information on the internet about how to do it. But take my suggestions it's what worked well for me, since i actually grew scared of needles since starting to inject but have gotten over that part when i felt i had a handle on the situation properly.
Just always try and do it as relaxed as possible, it will be easier then.

just do a full normal regimen with bica or cypro and estrogen of whatever. pills/patches are easy to use.
>>
>>13898081
as far as i know, the main risk is that it increases T levels in the blood, which usually leads to increased E production, which would limit the maximum amount of t in your system
but when you add SERMs without taking E the T can go through the roof (over 100% increase) and bica won't bind effectively anymore, at least in theory, 'cause there is no data to back this up
but as far as hrt goes, it's the safest thing out there
>>
>>13901054
bica supposedly takes a long time to build up and to fall down, so you'd be good for at least a week, even without none
spread out your bica more evenly, break up the pill in as much pieces as you can (grind if possible) and than divide the timespan you expect to stay without access into as many same sized doses as possible an take them as frequently as the timeframe allows, so that you should have none left at the end of the timespan
this is because peaks will be processed away more quickly, so they cant stay effective for the same amount of time
>>

1ml insulin syringe
Wipe the injection site with another alcohol wipe. Then switch the filter needle to a 25-30g finer 12.7mm needle for injection. You wont hit muscle if you buy the 12.7mm (5/8”) for subcutaneous. I grab 1-2inches of butt fat in the upper mid-outer section of the butt, and insert the needle swiftly at like 30-45 degrees. After you injected the solution wait 5 seconds before removing the needle, then cotton wool and plaster. Sometimes it stings a lot or you get 1 or 2 drops of blood, but nothing scary. Luck fren

>>
>>13904287
It causes depression and some other issues potentially; it lowers DHT (testosterone gets converted into DHT which is stronger), so providing you didn’t have t/suppressed it on Bica, it’s unnecessary. You won’t achieve feminization if that’s what you want
>>
Struggling to get a blood test covered is so nerve wracking. I want to know my levels are right damn it.

>>13904345
Fina/duta are for cis guys who aren’t taking AA or E. It acts as a minor anti androgen, but the effect is very minor, you will get better protection of your scalp hair against balding, and better chance of slower body hair growth through just cypro, because no t = no balding. ok this is kidna of a dumb question but is there a a differecnce between Cyproterone Acetate/Entinilestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate? I see some sites list them as two sepearate things.
>>
>>13905052
The cypro+ethinyl is a combo pill which includes synthetic estrogens.
don't buy them, go for cypro only.
>>
>>13898024
It's the other way round, no?

Plucking is great. If your hrt hasn't taken effect it might take ~3 weeks for hairs to grow back, but the longer you've been on hrt the longer they take to grow back. Plucking is the best at-home body hair management there ia.

I was going to try for waxing on the worst spots, is that thorough enough? It gets the root right?
>>
>>13891760
Not that anon, but what's your regimen? It's really rare to see no breast growth after so long
>>
What is safer, 12.5 mg of cypro or 25 mg of bica? Also what is more effective for hair loss? (combined with a moderate E dose of course)
>>
>>13905654
Waxing is basically just mass plucking, it may break some hairs off above the root but it'll get a lot of them and is way faster than plucking. Epilators are another interesting option, I haven't tried it though.

50mg cypro for 4 years, been changing between different estradiol for a while but now i am on injections for 1 year
>>
If progesterone oral is good for mood but bad for boobs, does that mean cypro actually works the same way?
>>
>>13906130
Cypro is known to allow complete lubuloalveolor development so it's not bad for boobs at all.
>>
>>13906118
At 4 years cypro 50mg and 1 year with injections you can surely lower your dose to 12.5mg-25mg.
>>
>>13874742
thats a very high dosage of estradiol. you dont need anti androgen
>>
I feel like i’m dying waiting for the NHS. I wanna start diying but my parents check my mail and P.o. boxes are a pain in the uk. I don’t even know where i would start. How do i get a blood test to find out my dose? I feel so lost and hopeless
>>
>>13906701
desu I’m in UK and have a lot of bicalutamide 50mg (anti androgen) and estrofem (2mg x 500(?) tablets) spare because I moved to injections hastily, and I use Cyproterone instead. Would be an adequate starting dose till you wait. I can send you it/to a p.o box tbqh if that isn’t so sketchy owo?
>>
>>13906877
Oh my god that would be amazing lol. only issue is i have no idea how p.o. boxes work here, or how i would get one.
>>
>>13906914
I think you pay royalmail, another anon said they used one. It’s like £20 or something?
potat picrel is what I have, 168 Bica tablets and 500 estrofem
>>
>>13906145
Lobuloalveolar development may harm breast development if used too early though, like before tanner 3 when there hasn't been enough ductal development of the breasts from estradiol.
>>
>>13907047
Well I've been on cypro my entire transition cause no one told me this. Should I just kms?
>>
>>13907047
It's really not a big deal. You can trigger more breast growth just by fluctuating hormone levels the same as how cis women experience growth as adults.
>>
>>13907035
thank u so much lol, ima try and see if i can get a P.o. box set up :)
>>
>>13907159
This is why I recently switched from Ethanate to Valerate like some others I've seen have. I wanna see if the high peaks and lower lows over shorter periods is better than a boring consistent level.
I hope it helps, I'll probably stick to Ethanate when I get older though just because consistent levels is nice for mood.

How do I make my boobs bigger? I've been on injections for almost year now and cypro longer than that and the last few weeks I've been doing the powers thing where I take 2 mg pills a day. I think I've stalled at a B cup which doesn't really match my body size. What should I do?
>>
>>13858741

So I want to know what Tanner stage I'm in. My endo said Tanner II a while ago. Is that the case now? I'm asking because I want to know if I should be taking progesterone rectally at this point, but I've already started it. I'm currently on 40 mg/2 weeks of estradiol valerate, 6 mg/day of estradiol orally, 200 mg/day of progesterone rectally, and MK-677. I've been on spironolactone and cyproterone acetate before but currently don't take an AA, if that matters.

Here are the pics.
