Online pharmacy list:
inhousepharmacy.vu has been popular in the US.
eu-aibolit.com is a reliable site that ships to a lot of places. Good for EU anons. They list shipping rates for the UK, Canada, and US among others so I guess they ship there. http://eu-aibolit.com/content/15-usloviya-dostavki
shesalady.co.uk reportedly ships to Canada. You need to email the site operator to order. In the EU shipping times of two weeks have been reported. Email contact@shesalady.co.uk to order.
unitedpharmacies-uk.md seems to work for the UK.
There's also unitedpharmacies.md (US-centric) and unitedpharmacies.nl (Netherlands-centric)
alldaychemist.com is another.
http://lena.kiev.ua/ev/ has become popular for injections.
Less reliable/untested/poorly tested sites:
https://inhome-health.com/ seems iffy so consider them a last resort. Messed up orders have been reported. They are said to ship to Canada.
http://fast-pharmacy.com/product/Evista.html has raloxifene and some other meds but is expensive.
Possible source of a reasonably priced GnRH agonist: http://cherrypharmacy.com/product/buserelin-nasal-spray-analog-suprecur-suprefact-nasal-buserelin-acetate-150-mcgdose-180-doses/
https://amazon4health.com/ - expensive, no bica.
https://shape-shifters-eu.netlify.com has some satisfied customers.
I saw www.buyonlineventolin.com mentioned in a thread but I have know idea if they're reliable or not.
247meds.net is unverified.

I'm on local injections that contain 10mg of Estradiol Enanthate + 150mg of DHPA (algestone acetophenide).

Am i at any risk due to the Progestin??

I inject every 21/22 days, which is the minimum time i heard lots of people talk about (because the estrogen apparently is over by 21 days). What about the extra progestin?

Been injecting for 4 months, it's very cheap and i can't talk about the results for sure but i feel like i'm doing great.
(also on 12.5mg of cypro).

(reposting from previous thread)
>>
Just found this article. It says that there's no relation between spironolactone in HRT and hyperkalemia.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6497918/
>>
I just had my first appointment with my doctor 2 months after starting HRT. They upped my dose from 2x 50mcg patches a week to... 3x 50mcg patches a week. Next appointment in 2 more months. My T levels were low at least, 2.6 nmol/L but they told me it wasn't much worth looking at my E levels since it would be inaccurate or something. I'm getting fucked around with, aren't I? I don't want to waste time on pitifully low dosages while not even knowing what my levels are. I was too meek to ask what or why, should I make another appointment? This sucks.
>>
>>13292702
oh that is 1 patch per half week, I kind of butchered that explanation.
>>
reposting because thread died right as i asked my question (again)

would it be okay to supplement estrace sublingually or bucally if the levels from my main route of administration ( 100mcg patch ) aren't fully satisfactory?
>>
if i spurt a little blood after an IM injection, would i need to redose?
>>
>>13292702
150mcg is enough for some people then again i tested 0.6 nmol/L T after 1 month. is this 3 patches all at once of 3 per week 1 at a time?
>>
Reposting from prev thread
On 100 mg spiro/day and 0.1 mg/day e patches

How are these levels?

at 12 weeks
Testosterone: 153 ng/dL
Prolactin: 5.5 ng/ml
Estradiol: 38 pg/ml

Doctor suggested upping patch dose, assuming to 2 patches. Also going to be changing to bica, what should I watch for when changing from spiro to bica?

Lastly, are mouth sores a result of hrt? is that a bad sign? how do i help get rid of or sooth them? Never had em before hrt.
>>
>>13292907
3 per week 1 at a time, or specifically 1 for half the week, 2 for the other half, I did a bad job explaining that. I'm glad my T seemed very low but it makes me quite uncomfortable not knowing at all where my E levels are. I also asked if I could try cypro over spiro but they said no which was super annoying. I wasn't even taking the spiro (prescribed 100mg/day) for a couple of weeks before the blood tests so I probably have pretty low T anyway.
>>
>>13292918
Also, I just read, it says to place patches on the abdomen but I've put them on my thigh. Am I dumb or is that fine?
>>
>>13292963
no you're fine, though it's best to put them either on your butt, your femoral triangle, or on your neolabia
>>
>>13292948
yea 1 50mcg at a time is low if they arent showing your e there defs hon dosing you, female range of T is 0.3-3.0 so your just within female range for that ideally you want it lower, just diy cypro but don't tell them? what country are you? pretty sure America refuses todo cypro.
>>
>>13293008
I'm in Australia so I'm pretty sure I could get prescribed cypro. As soon as I got home I looked at inhousepharmacy to get cypro, I think I might end up doing that. I guess it'd be sketchy when it comes to going back to the doctor and getting my bloods done, like they think 'oh your levels are really good!'. And going full DIY looks so much more expensive. I dunno. I'll probably try the scrotal patch thing meanwhile. Fuck me.
>>
>>13293083
I'm aus aswell, i started diy and went to doc asking for my 1month bloods, he asked what i was taking and prescribed exactly what i was diying, i upped myself from 100mcg to 150mcg without his permision but i got backstock from the diy order, next bloodtest i'll tell him i upped it and hopefully get the extra 50mcg script, he was a little hesitant with scripting cypro due to some sort of regulations on it but ended up doing it without me needing to convince him or anything.
>>
>>13293083
also i went with alldaychemist because it's a bitch to pay inhouse, allday accepts bpay for aus.
>>
>>13293083
if you do diy just tell them the truth, tell them it's your future at stake, if your going todo it anyway behind there back it's in there best interest to make it legal to avoid malpractise. also are you young? younger transitioners tend tobe tapered upto full dose slower.
>>
Is there any difference in the same pill between brand names? For example, going from Procur to Androcur.
>>
>>13293138
Thanks a lot for giving your own experience. I'm 20, so not like teen transitioner, but still quite young. the slow tapering is super frustrating and I don't really see the point if my T is already so low. Even if you didn't say to tell them I probably would've if I diyed anyway... hiding it while doing the bloods would quickly get really bad and awkward. My doctor seems like a pretty nice person so I hope if I do just DIY for the next couple months they would properly understand that this is my desperation and frustration in action. Thanks a lot once again, I'm probably overreacting because it's not like they'd fuck me over super hard or anything if I diyed without them knowing for a relatively short time.
>>
>>13293191
unless it's a transgender specialist chances are they don't know wth there doing and is just trying tobe cautious, if you take charge of the transition but keep them in the loop they will probally do what they can to help.
>>
>>13293247
I'm seeing the doctor specifically at a sexual health clinic, and his name was one of two which I'd seen in regards to Tassie related trans info, so HRT wouldn't be something alien to them. I dunno, I'm sure plenty of doctors familiar with it probably just got some routine treatment down which they're never really challenged on and have little reason to stray from. I'd imagine that's probably the case since I brought up cypro during my first appointment but quickly pushed that away and prescribed spiro instead which was incredibly frustrating.
>>
What's the first indicative that estrogen is working? Plan to experiment with phytoestrogens a bit.
>>
First time injecting. I can't seem to get all the air out of the syringe. I've tried flicking it and tapping it like people said, and then letting some of the liquid out, but the bubbles stay there.

Do you just put like a few ml more in than needed and then let out a bunch of liquid so the bubbles are sure to come out?
>>
>>13293750
Where are you injecting anon? You don't always need to get the air out, I leave a little in as a means to get all the E out of the needle before I pull it out, but this is into my thigh muscles.

I used to be on 200 spiro and 4mg (later 6 but back down to 4) of estrogen, although I lost my insurance recently and have started to self med.

I'm taking 25/cypro and 3mg/ estrogen daily
is this a good enough dose?
>>
>>13294634
Again, depends on your level, 25 Cypro is good enough for some. But for E? Most people take 4 mg as far I know.
>>
>>13294634
4-6mg is the recommended oral ev dose. 25mg cypro didn't break my pp so i had to go back to 50 but using pp brokenness is probably not the best indicator of t levels so ymmv
if you're on a budget, have a look at lena's injectable ev >>13292303

I've decided to stop repressing and start hrt. I'm still living with my parents for another year until college (senior year of hs) and I was thinking about keeping the pills in my car since I'm the only one with the key, I'm worried about the pills getting destroyed from the texas heat. So I was wondering what the best method to keep them close to room temp would be.
>>
If you start on bica + progynova when will visible changes breasts start occuring and how easy is it to hide, I'm stuck in a shit situation for about 18 months but really want to start since I'm 21 now
>>
>>13294915
breast growth is very ymmv but its not too hard to hide then unless you turn out to be incredibly blessed in the breast department
>>
Question about breast growth

I've been two years and half on hrt:
>Until first year: 25mg cypro, 2mg of E sublingual
>Until second year: 12.5mg of cypro, 3mg of E sublingual
>2 year mark until now: Enanthate injections and progesterone

Did i stunt breast growth? They're A cups at max i think. Round, but the nipples are still somewhat puffy.

Do i have chances to grow then for the next year of injections+progesterone? They sometimes get very sensitive and hurt, but not often anymore.

Mom and sis are c cups.
>>
>>13295035
Look into reasons other than hormones for why you're not getting breast growth. Sleep schedule, IGF-1, vitamin and protein deficiency as well as a sedentary lifestyle are all factors that can halt growth.

When will my penis get smaller? I've been on HRT for 8 months now but it only seems about 1/2 inch smaller from 8 Inches
>>
>>13295860
Been on it for almost 3 years of cypro and noticed that if you don't use it for extended periods of time, it gets smaller, but you can regain it if you start using it again.

Cease to use it and maybe lock in a chastity
>>
so if i want to switch to cypro from spiro, i should be worried about spiro withdraw right? shouldn't just cold turkey? if that's the case, how do you suppose i come down from spiro? can i take the cypro while also coming down from spiro (so would momentarily be taking a low dosage of both)?
>>
I'm meeting a new doctor on Saturday.

I'm trying to convince her to get me off spiro, get me on progesterone, and increase my e dosage (or switch to injectables), based on what I've read online, as well as various reddit threads.

I can't help but feel like I'm asking for a lot, and don't know how knowledgable this doctor is (or even how knowledgeable I am). Is there anything I should be specifically asking or mentioning when I go in?
>>
I wanna DIY myself but im unsure which combination might be the best, i read on a reddit link from the last post (https://www.reddit.com/r/MtFHRT/comments/ccoypf/hormone_therapy_for_transfeminine_nonbinary/) but im still unsure, i would like to get max feminization but inhibit breast growth as much as possible while retaining sexual function, is this a pipedream?
>>
>>13299158
Sexual function is really unpredictable. Your mileage will vary. To be safe, you really should freeze your sperm. If you haven't got the money, I'm not quite sure myself if there's a cheaper alternative at the moment. You can't just freeze your fucking sperm in the freezer.

For limiting boobs growth, most people use Ralox or maybe Tamox. I rarely hear anyone using Tamox though. Be wary that these medicines are quite expensive.

In conclusion, if you have money, go for Bica + any E preferably injection (assuming you want max femme) + ralox/tamox. Monthly spending would be around ~$500 without insurance.

For a broke college student, I've heard that doing HRT periodically 'might' help. I still doubt this and so far there isn't any supporting evidence for this and neither a sample. Essentially you go 3 months with HRT and 3 months without and so on.
>>
>>13298836
In my experience, I just went cold turkey and didn't give a toss about those shits. But I think you should wait for your level to be normal (assuming your testicles still work) or maybe 1 or 2 months? Just to be safe, and start over with Cypro.

>>13298999
First, why would you want Spiro in the first place? And progesterone too. You wouldn't have to worry about progesterone if you're on Cypro.
>>
what's the best combo for breast growth, I know YMMV a lot but is there a particular combination that lends itself more to it than others

I do think E2 injection monotherapy+Rectal progesterone would be optimal though.

I have a suggestion for the OP

Blood test for LH and FSH aswell, as this can help tell you if your estrogen dose is sufficient enough.

LH and FSH should be <1, or as close to 0 as possible, otherwise it's a sign your body is still trying to produce it's own hormones, and estrogen dose isn't sufficient to cause negative feedback

This is also important for mono-therapy that relies on negative feedback to suppress testosterone

Started taking 200mg microgest rectally as I'm like tanner 3.5. About 11 days in. My boobs feel firmer for sure. My boobs have felt the worst, like super soft and squidgy, when I was just on injections and Cypro. With progesterone and swallowing e pill for estrone in addition to injections and Cypro, my boobs feel at their best.

About 2 years and two weeks now. I did cycle progesterone orally early on, not sure if that was a waste or not. Apparently it's a good thing if it was a waste because I should have waited until my tanner stages stopped progressing. I had breast buds around two weeks (Cypro and e hemihydrate)

>>13314767
That's what I'm doing right now but I think even 1mg should be enough. I'm not sure if anyone else can attest to supplementing injections with pills. I can only assume it's because of the estrone

>>13316647
I don't think so, it's probably still evenly distributed. Maybe check what the manual says or Google though
>>
>>13316647
If they're a tablet you're fine. I don't know of any non-tablet cypro pill, but gelcaps aren't really splittable. If you can't split them, the half-life is 36 hours so you can take it every 1.5 to 2 days to reduce the serum levels. It's not ideal to do that though.

I go to McGill in Canada, there's a gp at the clinic that does hormone therapy and she's pretty good. No idea how it is elsewhere, but I'd imagine it's going to vary highly based on how accepting the area is. In europe/Canada you're probably fine, the US/elsewhere might be spotty.
>>
>>13302242
That sounds retarded and you'd almost certainly suffer some serious health effects from spiking your hormone levels that much. I've been on and off hrt twice now, it was absolutely awful. I cannot imagine why you would do this voluntarily. You would likely get little to no effects of the actual feminization but a host of side effects from the fluctuations in levels

Yes it's common with SSRIs to reduce GD. There are other types of antidepressants too.
>Can they cause cognitive impairement?
Not really, reducing depression can improve it even with side-effects. If you get sides you can try other alternatives, that's the standard procedure.

That would be extremely stupid when you haven't even tried medication first. Antidepressants are intended to improve a malfunctioning brain not numbing it.

So I'm doing lena injections and all the injection areas in my stomach are still hard after 2 months. >improve malfunctioning brain not numbing it
Are you sure? Doesn’t it quite literally work by minimising times where serotonin is low (but, also when high. So a numbing effect).
If I go the legal route my health is in the hands of the medical community rather than agency to periodically administer something myself.

Also I am DIYing — is it safe to take without informing the doctor this?

Can you take progynova sublingually? I've been doing that for a few days and noticing that it feels nothing compared to when I just swallow on it.
>>
I recieved the results for my first bloodwork, it says estradiol is 35 pg/ml, I take 4 mg sublingual pills daily. Should I up my dose to 6 mg for three months then get blood tests again? Should I take them earlier?
I'm suspecting I'm not taking them right sublingually, but what doesn't get absorbed in the tongue ends up absorbed in the stomach right?

Also I didn't expect to pay for each substance I wanted checked, and only asked for E2 and T (don't remember of free T or not). What else should I ask for next time? DHT maybe?
>>
>tfw finally convinced my doctor to give me blood tests
He's giving me everything except E2 and T tests but that will still save me probs like >$1000 if I did all the tests he requisitioned. Testing E2, T, and prolactin is ~$200 privately here so not too bad.
Plus I think since I'm further into HRT he's opened up a lot. He said I look a lot cuter lol

is there really a shortage of HRT in the uk?
>>
>>13322326
Every country restricts importation/exportation of pharmaceuticals to regulate the pharma industry within the country.
There is a shortage within the country of specific products due to border controls. I'm not sure which specific estrogen products are in a shortage, but some are. You could likely seek it out at compounding pharmacies which often bypass border regulations due to it being bulk API product rather than finished pharmaceuticals. It's unlikely for compounding pharmacies to ever have a shortage since they are regulated by chemical laws, not pharmaceutical laws.

The theory is that serotonin is lowered due to depression and that increasing it will improve symptoms. If the intention was to numb some antipsychotics that are intended for just that, another is lithium used for a specific type of numbing or "stabilization" of mood.

bica monotherapy is for femboys, take estrogen as well. The only monotherapy that should be considered is E2 with injections.

I am femboy. I’m currently using cyproterone with e and Ralox, I have money rn so about to buy Bica which I will switch to after my cypro (6months) is out. If the ralox doesn’t work too well then I guess I can just stop e and do Bica mono

So I have 3 options:
-Bica monotherapy 50mg for 1 year (worried it won’t feminise and would waste money)

Or
-Continue cypro and e and switch the cypro to Bica (50mg) after 6 months (continuing the e)

checking in since last year.
still alive on bicalutamide 50mg every other day, Perludil 10mg biweekly and finasteride 5mg daily.
currently ~1 year 10 months in. I surpassed my own expectations and faceapp renders and am greatly pleased. used cabergoline to successfully suppress high prolactin. now have trouble finding meds because ive made it popular so i just need to wait until supply increases as it will and should.(also female pharmacists tend to ignore my delivery orders and not restock. probably terfs)
also ordered a cheap home electrolysis kit. it is quite painful and only about 15% effectice in permanent follicle removal. at higher voltages it basically melts parts of my skin and takes forever to recover with antibiotics and looks horrible. so pain tolerance, personal time and patience needed. blood test results are normal still but now estrogen has thickened my blood so that i pass out when i get blood drawn or if i lose blood since it causes a sharp blood pressure drop
>>
>>13329181
also need to go higher than 50mg daily since my naturally high tsstosterone production surpasses bicalutamide concentration. even over time. which leads me to assume I should ramp up to 75mg as the known testosterone increases cap at 2x at 50mg even if you go up to 100mg or more.
however i can neither find, risk or afford that currently so that test will have to wait.

also scared of needles again

if you are referring to cypro and ee?
because they tend to put 2mg cypro combined with ee. at any rate it will increase estrone and may increase the rate of production of prolactin

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/26398376/

prolactin inhibits hrt and cannot be suppressed easily or cheaply. cypro increases production of prolactin as well. so it would quickly put a stop to your progress. attempt to find normal estrogen in valerate, cypionate, benzoate or enanthate.

I have a question if someone could answer it

I'm 5 months into hrt and i was taking a pill that contained 2mg estradiol and 1mg cypro together with 0,6mg estradiol gel twice a day and 25mg cypro once a day. I was seeing acceptable results in my blood tests. 134 pg/ml estradiol and 34 pg/ml testosterone 8 hours after taking them.

Recently i stopped taking the 2mg estradiol pill and upped my gel dosage to 1,2mg estradiol and i've been feeling kinda weird, sometimes i feel like my testosterone is coming back and my progress is slowing down. Is it possible to have too much estrogen? Does that 2mg+1mg oral estradiol/cypro really makes that much of a difference or is it just my dysphoria playing tricks on me.

>>
>>13330087
thats the feeling when prolactin rises. you start sweating and smelling weird again. more body hair growth and stuff. and plus you were taking 2 types of estrogen so maybe up the gel dose a bit or if you cant afford it continue as before but get your blood tested again and check for prolactin and lsh, etc. if prolactin is high start taking cabergoline, the rest will be useful for comparisons and glandular stuff

>>13330169
you can always start again if it gets too bad but over time it should convince your body to change hormone production slowly. start taking b12, b6, multivitamins and energy drinks every now and then. they help me deal with my awful depression and i just had that before i started. it got worse because of some breakups. not because of hrt.

does alchohol really decrease cypros effectiveness? is it anything to worry about. i get drunk once a week
>>
>>13330673
it inhibits some of the effects by slowing metabolism. Alcohol increases risk of blood pressure problems, not to mention it is a depressant which can be risky in people with depression coupled with hormones. once a week should be ok but dont take it too far. if it feels wrong, stop.
>>13330562
did it for 6 months. works and is best with estrogen. the problem is you will still experience some testosterone problems. like bodily odor will be a bit of both male & female, body hair growth rates are partially diminished, less oily but sometimes oily skin, mood imbalances from hormones clashing, hot flashes. but your experience will vary. youll also have a bit of a sex drive.
imo its alright guys smell really good anyways.
25 and 50mg will accelerate the process of course

>>
>>13331144
bica doesnt stop anything. you can go up. but you cant go down. even by lowering you will encounter a wave of testosterone and it sucks. hot flashes, rethickening of facial/body hair, a slight increase in head hair loss/fragility, body odor, oily hot skin, sweating, etc. t will never be nuked. bica is a blessing and a curse if you run out. its the berserker of anti androgens. brute force blockade until its gone, then you have to deal with all that suppressed testosterone

My understanding of alcohol and cypro is that alcohol reduces fatty acid blood levels and cypro is very lipophilic. It results in significantly lower plasma levels of cypro which explains why people have an easier time getting erections when drinking but it goes away toward the end of your hangover.
Same deal with obesity. There's a study of obese men on cypro and at the upper ends of obesity it's enough to extend the half-life of cypro to like 4-5 days or more (at the expense of lower plasma levels).

If you're using those little battery powered electro devices you don't need that high of power or to put it in very long. I usually left it on 2-3 and only zapped it for 4-5secs. I would pluck the hair regardless of if it pulled out cleanly. There's usually enough lye left in the follicle that it will die within 24 hours. But yes I had to treat most areas many times. My moustache took probably 8 months to clear and still gets the occasional hair every few weeks that I zap.

>>13333122
ai? aa you mean? anyways spiro is a diuretic yes but have you considered estrogen travels through blood and thus water? it increases cortisol levels and eventually caps most people at skinny twink level with a beer gut because of the effects of increased cortisol. you could simply drink a lot of tea and non heart pressure inducing diuretics if thats your worry, some tend to have a slight amount of aa effects. but good luck with fat redistribution with low hydration levels.
especially when taking many pills over time as you can end up with painful stones

>>13333123
you dont combine them. some anons do it but its experimental. one supresses while the other increases and blocks. cypro is supposed to be the one that causes depression but it might be that you are part of the .010% of the population(if i remember correctly) that has a negative reaction to bicalutamide.
drop the bica or if unsure go ahead and post the symptoms so we can have an idea of whats going on here. At any rate both pills together would be a great strain on your liver and will result in complications over time

>>13334739
its just my way of simplifying the fact that my estrogen levels are usually between 300 and 700. and estrogen increases blood flow while increasing clotting

which leads to a blood pressure drop when i start bleeding badly or lose small amounts of blood. its like bleeding out quickly and the less blood there is, the more danger of something serious happening like blood flow being restricted to the brain or heart which an end up in an embolism somewhere.i bleed fast, i have to apply pressure and bandage or i start blacking out. last time i got blood drawn i passed out for 15 minutes and lost my vision for 30 seconds when i woke up. its complicated and tl;dr
>>
>>13334945
You passing out when blood is lost isn't from a drop in blood pressure due to you losing blood, but you panicking causing cardiovascular constricting/dilating, causing you to pass out. It happened to me once when I got blood drawn. Almost no bloodwent intothe vial but I passed out anyway.

>>13334644

>>
Has anyone successfully ordered hormones in bulk from Alibaba?
>>
>>13335264
It means you developed above-average amounts of breast gland tissue as a result of having certain hormonal levels for a short or long period of time. Does it say anything about your hormonal levels for the entirety of your puberty? Not really. You could've had low T for a couple of weeks as a 13 year old and that would've been enough to give you puffy nipples permanently. Overall, it doesn't mean much

Estradiol into the blood isn’t going to kill you. Someone on here tried to kill themselves with ALOT of it and they are fine.
I aspirate anyway because it stays in your body longer when it’s in the muscle.
Instead of squeezing the muscle you can do the z track method and just pull on the skin that way when you take the needle out and let go of the skin, it helps keep the estradiol from coming up.

"After three months of spironolactone therapy, there was LITTLE change in the hirsutism index, and measurement of serum T, androstenedione, DHEA-S and 17 beta-estradiol showed NO significant changes, the same occurring with SHBG-binding capacity. However, there was a shift in the distribution of circulating T, with a decrease in SHBG-bound T and an INCREASE in albumin-bound and free T (non-SHBG-bound fractions)"

I'm just not sure, I was on 300mg spiro until I had to stop taking it because of the damn side effects and I started masculinizing again even with injections. Now I use cypro, but I need literally 50mg or my testosterone levels jump above female range. Spiro seems effective, sort of, sometimes, at really high doses that cause horrible side effects, unless it just stops working after a year like it did for my gf. But it does work.
>>
What’s the deal with medroxyprogesterone vs micronized/ other forms? I still haven’t been able to get much information on this
>>
>>13341155
you sais it yourself. you started masculinizing again and you likely need 50mg cypro dose because you still havent suppressed all the cortisol and prolactin that has been set loose on your system by spiro. thats why cypro cannot suppress properly. thats not normal, cypro should kill and cap testosterone production even at 12.5mg over 6 months or less. youre living proof spiro is toxic and doesnt work. get a blood test for prolactin and cortisol levels and ask for cabergoline and see what you can use to lower cortisol.
>>
>>13341155
also i know several girls that got liver failure and induced hepatitis from spiro 200mg and had to stop hrt. 300mg will destroy your liver and kidneys soon. it will also cause heart problems so make sure to at least be careful when you stop and drop it in intervals of 25mg weekly.

>>13341568
roxy causes hirsutism and may raise prolactin over time compared to progesterone. i have a friend who asks me for advice and insists on using estradiol valerate injections with medroxyprogesterone. she does have issues with fuzzynesd although with e and bica she has experienced body hair thinning.
>>
>>13341046
you could use both. but cypro is a progestin. which means they both have their own attributes. every progestin has its own attributes. for example I take algestone in my injections and it raises my prolactin but I also lactate and have nice boobs so theres a tradeoff. the thing is many side effects are still relatively unknown for many progestins. you want to make sure your levels of prolactin and everything else are normal and document any changes in anything at all. progesterone is not supposed to be used until youve been on hrt a while. at least a year to 6 months to make sure its effective and should be cycled, not used constantly. cypro alone should be enough to reach good boobage but im guessing it could help accelerate the process but we've yet to determine how.
also there are studies that show full breast ducts and lactation can be achieved with bicalutamide and E, then switching to cypro and E to finish developement after 6 months.
>>
>inhouse doesnt take visa

How to take cypro? Should I take 25mg at once or split the dose to two 12.5 for morning and evening? And do I just swallow it?
>>
>>13344428
just take it at once the halflife is long enough it doesnt matter, yes swallow it.
>>
>>13343891
I have visa too. Go to online banking on a pc and set up an international payee for a direct transfer. Okay so... About half a month ago I switched from 12.5mg cypro and 6mg estrofem daily to 0.18ml of Lena juice every 5 days and I just got my bloodtest results... and they say that my E2 levels are currently 1564 pmol/l(~426pg/m).
Should I just space out the injections a bit more and make it once every 7 days or rather lower my dose?
>>
>>13343579
So should I hust be using cypro and patches then? What would you recommend?
>>
>>13346288

>>
>>13343579

I'm doing informed consent through planned parenthood as I can afford an endo, they currently have me doing injections of 1/2 ML of depo-estradiol 5mg/ml and taking 100 mg spironolactone twice a day. I feel the dose is low and they didnt seem interesting in upping it after ten weeks, said come back in about three months for bloodwork again. I asked about switching to cheaper estradiol valerate but she said anything too concentrated they wont prescribe becuase they need to be sure I will come back in three months, and I was like "spironolactone" and she said they would certainly consider it and if it's all good they dont see why not but they dont have experiance prescribing it

What the fuck do I do? Am I retarded?

>>13342090
What is it with you and prolactin? My prolactin levels weren't ever as high on spiro as cypro and I know that because I wasn't lactating while taking it but I am now. This makes sense of course because cyproterone is highly prolactogenic but spironolactone isn't. It also doesn't stay elevated if you stop taking it unless you have a legitimate prolactinoma which is rare, so HOW could that be the case with spironolactone? I don't know anything about the physical effects of cortisol though, so you hypothetically could be right about that but what you're saying still sounds pretty cargo cultish to me.

3 months alternating seems to be some peoples method. its not super effective, its a complement to tiddy growth. take it sublingually or rectally as its micronized.
and dont be afraid to stop sooner if its too much. its just a complement.

>>13346713
well it helps but you dont need to always take it, tiddy growth goes on aggressively for a few months then it calms down and some of the growth is behind the scenes, like duct growth. too much too early could possibly hinder potential growth and size. which is why some people start hrt slowly to begin with, because some doctors are led to believe it will lead to a larger more shapely growth over time

I’m worried about breast growth - taking cypro and e and raloxifene.

Is there any difference in cypro vs Bica specifically concerning breast growth? Or is it the E, and I should be doing monotherapy? I’m worried an AA alone will block masculinisation but not prompt feminisation and filling of the face and such, which I want.

Are those trough (right before your next injection) or peak levels? For peak it would be pretty normal, but if trough then yeah you can probably lower your dose a bit. Spacing them out would mean your levels would vary quite a lot through the week which could result in mood swings

Wire transfer is just archaic for direct bank transfer. Use online banking and set up a new beneficiary as an international transfer and input Inhouse details exactly as on the email they send you’ve after ordering, make it payable in USD (select USD also on their website). You just need a debit card and you can set it up online. If you are unable to do this you can do it directly to tiller in your bank providing you come with all the details. Hope I helped anon
>>
>>13355404
Why can't you do a wire transfer? You should be able to with any uk bank. I used United Pharmacies, which is usually cheaper than inhouse, and it was just an easy bank transfer with a small international fee and it arrived in 4 days. You can also buy from Lena who you can just pay by card
>>

Hey all. I'm going the ralox/chest binding route and I've decided I want to get the high quality stuff, but as cheaply as I can. This means buying powders and mixing your injections yourself, right? So, what other materials am I going to need to buy, folks? Obviously I need to find a source for my AA and E that works for me, but then I hear you... Mix it with a solvent like peanut-butter-something? This would mean getting your hands on a good supply of clean needles, right? I heard there are other substances that can really help with transitioning on top of an AA and E? Someone mentioned it in another thread and I asked if they can talk about it but it looks like the thread got deleted before I woke up. ;;

I think the fluxuations in testosterone and such are very minimal. There is however a really critical thing about actually using your bepis - if you don't get hard, if you don't use your weanus, on HRT you begin to lose it, be unable to get hard, have very painful erections & climaxes, etc. But you can keep most of your girth, length, and function if you use it very regularly.

Mostly because I live in Alberta. There are like three people in the whole province who still will touch anything with HRT, and one of them's no longer accepting, one of them requires a bunch of real-life experience, and none of them like anything but the traditional full trans deal. Femboy here. I've been considering going on a low dosage of HRT. Is it possible to achieve a more feminine fat distribution with HRT? I'm hoping to gain more fat in my butt/thighs/hips.

>>
>>13361719
If you want to alter your hormonal balance to become more feminine, the only way to 100% not grow boobs is by removing them with surgery. A "low dosage" doesn't give you "low amount of feminity" or whatever intuitive idea you have about HRT.
>>
>>13361719

*But, raloxifene and chest binding USUALLY inhibits breast growth for most people. It's a Your Mileage May Vary kind of thing, but like, some people don't even grow breasts on full-on HRT, so.

ukrainian chick, pharmacist or nurse or smth, compounds the stuff in a safe way and ships it to many people, price at the default dose for monotherapy ends up being 7 bucks a month, but she sells at least 2 vials iirc which was like a hundred something bucks that lasts you like a year and a half?
a link to her site should be in the op here or in mtfg, ask others abour how to order and stuff tho, I hear she's very helpful over email
>>
>>13361826
Unfortunately I can't, but I have looked into waist training, which is essentially the same thing for a different part of the body, and that DOES work for LOTS of cis women and men alike. I'm going to be doing both. Kinda sucks that we're even fewer and far between than "proper" trans women so there's no stats, but it is what it is - if you want to make sure of inhibited breast growth, I'd do everything you can until you figure out your body. Some people don't grow them at all even without ralox. Some people end up with them anyways, but the body can't grow through shape training lol.

Can you tell me about getting my hands on raloxifene? What's my cheapest option, do you know? Any idea if it's okidoki to ship to Canada? I only got one recc for ralox so far from another anon who buys it in bulk, restocks in October, can't remember the name of the site. ;;

>but it needs to be taken alongside an antiandrogen, right? Which also has to be prepared, I'm assuming?
you can do AA with enough E, or only E usually in bigger doses - that's e monotherapy, and the latest meta
it varies from person to person what doses are effective tho, and the concerns for high E levels (cardio vascular shit) seem to be about Ethinylestradiol and horse piss E, not the modern stuff, but still do your research
>>
>>13362116
Wow, suddenly I understand what this monotherapy term that's being thrown around is. What's the general consensus on AA with E in terms of retaining male sexual function? Not concerned about sperm, concerned about weanus size and boners and such. Wouldn't E monotherapy be much more expensive?
>>
>>13362132
>Wouldn't E monotherapy be much more expensive?
not with illegal internet russian titty juice - 7 bucks a month is for the monotherapy approach, if 7.2 mg every 5 days nukes your T enough
>pp size and boners
not sure, I've heard different anecdotes, but most frequently heard that to avoid atrophy you want to at least achieve an erection every x days
spontaneous ones (like morning wood) usually go away with cypro, but people could still get voluntary ones?
I've heard some that didn't have issues for years while on HRT, while others...
yeah in short no clue, hope someone has a better idea
