The online pharmacy list:
inhousepharmacy.vu has been popular in the US.
eu-aibolit.com is a reliable site that ships to a lot of places. Good for EU anons. They list shipping rates for the UK, Canada, and US among others so I guess they ship there. http://eu-aibolit.com/content/15-usloviya-dostavki
shesalady.co.uk reportedly ships to Canada. You need to email the site operator to order. In the EU shipping times of two weeks have been reported. Email contact@shesalady.co.uk to order.
unitedpharmacies-uk.md seems to work for the UK.
There's also unitedpharmacies.md (US-centric) and unitedpharmacies.nl (Netherlands-centric)
alldaychemist.com is another.
http://lena.kiev.ua/ev/ has become popular for injections.
Less reliable/untested/poorly tested sites:
https://inhome-health.com/ seems iffy so consider them a last resort. Messed up orders have been reported. They are said to ship to Canada.
http://fast-pharmacy.com/product/Evista.html has raloxifene and some other meds but is expensive.
Possible source of a reasonably priced GnRH agonist: http://cherrypharmacy.com/product/buserelin-nasal-spray-analog-suprecur-suprefact-nasal-buserelin-acetate-150-mcgdose-180-doses/
https://amazon4health.com/ - expensive, no bica.
https://shape-shifters-eu.netlify.com has some satisfied customers.
I saw www.buyonlineventolin.com mentioned in a thread but I have know idea if they're reliable or not.

anyone have any experience with IHP's Siterone? i switched from 50mg androcur (split from 100mg) to 25mg siterone (split from 50mg) and my T levels went from the 30s to the 50s and my E levels went from low 300s to low 200s. should i go back to 50mg androcur?
>>
>>12467043

why do AA's seem to cost more than estrogen? and are only available in smaller quantities (i.e. bica is only in packs of 10)?

also I keep getting conflicting advice on which part of hrt is more effective. some people swear that the anti androgen part is vital while others swear by E monotherapy, idk who to believe
even if high dose e mono therapy is more effective, do you have to go on AA's for a bit first ? I feel like I've heard it's unwise to just jump right in

I was thinking of going on bica for a couple of months, starting 50mg estradot patches a couple of weeks in & then switching just to those. is that too high or low of a starting dose?
(spiro is out of the question for obvious reasons, and cypro is a no go for me as I have suffered serious depression and don't wanna risk fucking up my recovery which is going well)

I think estradiol is cheap because it's so much more widely used. The biggest market is for cis women's hrt. Also the size of a dose is pretty small.
AAs have a smaller market. Spiro is pretty cheap maybe because it's also used as a blood pressure and anti-edema med.
Getting testosterone lowered or at least blocked is critical. The best way to go imho is to start with an AA and a half dose of estradiol. Give your body at least a month to adjust, up to three months, double the estradiol dose, then start adjusting based on your blood test results. You could taper down the AA dose and watch T levels, and at some point you might be able to do away with the AA completely. It may be necessary to adjust estradiol doses higher to help lower T. It's easiest to go off AAs if you're injecting estradiol. With pills it can be more challenging to get off the AA.
tl;dr you watch your blood test results and adjust as necessary, using as little AA as you can get away with.
I'd start bica and the patches at the same time. You could start with 100 mcg since 50 is pretty low. If you try the scrotal meme 50 could be enough to start with though.
Bica is a good choice.
>>12467329
Yeah, those are really poorly written.
They could use some serious editing.
We know spiro sucks anyway. And we know cypro can cause meningiomas.
>>12467383
They do try really hard to push the hrt is dangerous meme.
>>12467390
To have the best chance of bigger breasts get on injections, avoid spiro, keep T levels low, don't be too skinny, maybe let yourself gain a little weight. Progesterone might help finish off growth at later stages. Don't let prolactin get too high especially early on.
If progress seems totally stalled start experimenting and change things up. Animal protein in your diet could help too.
>>
>>12467390
Oh, and be patient. You can still be getting slow growth 4-5 years out.
>>
>>12467511
Adding on to this, what if I'm trying to lose weight during HRT? Would I need to lose it before starting to not have it impact breast development?
>>
I just got my prescription, it should come in the mail in the next two days. I'm using patches and spiro, my doctor hasn't used bica before, but said if all goes well, I can switch to it after 12 weeks.

Where should I put the patches? I understand you are supposed to avoid potassium when on spiro, how important is that? As long as I'm not eating a bunch of bananas a day i should be fine right? Is there anything else I should know before my first dose?
>>
>>12467732
Generally it's better to just start hrt right away instead of waiting so you don't suffer from the effects of testosterone. If you can finish losing weight in less than six months it might not make much of a difference to wait though. But my recommendation would be to start hrt right away, and try to finish losing weight as soon as you can, without going to unhealthy extremes. You have several years to grow breasts so you should have plenty of time after you're done losing weight.
>>12467942
I wouldn't worry too much about potassium, just don't go crazy with high potassium foods.
You can always try the scrotal meme for patches. But other than that you can try somewhere on your lower back or abdomen, hips, even thighs. Try to pick a spot where the patch will stay stuck - you don't want it rubbing against things or flexing too much. It's a matter of individual preference what works best for you. Tegaderm canhelp.
>>
>>12467076
I wouldn't think the E2 level drop would have anything to do with the brand switch. The drop in dose is likely why your T levels went up, but 25 mg should be enough for most people. Maybe you could try 25 mg androcur, and go to 50 if T is still up in the 50s? If you change doses you don't know how much of the difference is caused by the brand and how much by the dose.
>>
>e levels were way too high 3 months ago
>reduced dose because I was scared I might be hurting breast growth
>last 3 months it seems like progress has slowed to a halt
should I up my dose again?

I'm having tests soon but idk if I feel like waiting anymore

They are trans, probably a late transitioner. They are critical of the hormone protocols given that don't give as good results (which is true, through going to a few doctors, I knew more than most of the doctors I went to. So try find a good one like Dr. Will Powers).

https://www.academia.edu/8127357/Estrogen_Progesterone_Cycling_and_TS_Wiley_Protocol_Enhanced_and_Updated._---------Why_its_probably_right_for_All_Women_Cis_or_Trans_

Overall it's what most transwomen, male to female, know already (or should know): Spironolactone is a mediocre anti androgen, Cyproterone and Spirolacnotone can have dangerous side effects, estrodiol alone can taken to suppress testosterone levels. Bio-identical progesterone is much safer than synthetic progesterone. Bio-identical estradiol and progesterone yields better results for breast size.

I found something interesting. Bio-identical progesterone may help reduce testosterone levels, by acting as a GNRH agonist?

https://old.reddit.com/r/MtF/comments/bjjjca/how_much_testosterone_reduction_do_you_see_with/

>progesterone doesn't suppress testosterone. It acts as a GNRH agonist in a non-pulsatile fashion on the pituitary, causing FSH and LH levels to drop to near zero if you use enough. When those levels are toast, the signal to the testicles to make T and sperm is gone, and you basically shoot blanks and have a T level that is "adrenal" meaning that's the sole source of it. Its usually around 10-20ng

>the way that GnRH works is by pulsatile stimulation. When you give it a constant stimulus, LH and FSH fall to zero. That is how lupron works. The powers method is effectively using this unusual methodology progesterone by getting it around the liver through rectal absorption into systemic circulation where it then acts as a GnRH Agonist (non pulsatile) which then shuts down LH and FSH secretion.

Depovera, medroxyprogesterone acetate, a synthetic progesterone, is used for chemical castration and is a potent agonist of the progesterone receptor with similar affinity and efficacy relative to progesterone.

Who else here /switchingtobica/?

Fuck cypro and its poor availability. What's the recommended bica dosage? And if I go from cypro straight to bica will there be an adjustment period where my body adapts to bica? Or will there be a smooth transition?

>>12469955
I use it. It takes the edge off the dysphoria for me but the effects are a bit limited
>>
>>12471292
It don't change the fact she's mostly right, in my opinion. Bicalutamide is the best non- steroidal androgen I've seen so far, but you have to monitor liver enzyme levels in the first few months of taking it. Most doctors aren't well versed in HRT or treating gender dysphoria and WPATH still has some catching up to do.
>>
>>12471351
meningioma has only been found in high dose cypro therapy though which is usually only a situation that occurs due to bad doctors. Mtf's don't need more than 25mg but since the leaflet suggests minimum 50-100mg dosages a lot of doctors assume that is the normal dosage since most doctors do not actively research trans healthcare they just blindly prescribe shit.

And the post you linked doesn't contradict that?

>>
>>12469259
The biggest problem with bioidentical progesterone is poor bioavailability. There are problems with radioimmunoassay methods reporting falsely high levels because of contamination by metabolites. More accurate methods show really bad bioavailability for oral use. Injections can work but you'd have to inject every couple days. Rectal administration works relatively well.
Synthetics with better bioavailability work better, though MPA is unhealthy and should be avoided.
Hydroxyprogesterone caproate or algestone acetophenide seem better because they have little off-target activity.
>>12469987
It's nice to have so you have a baseline to compare to.
>>12470065
You could go to 200.
>>12471293
50 mg is the standard. But if your T levels are below male you should be able to get away with 25 mg.
It takes up to a month for bica to build up in your bloodstream, but it will be most of the way there in a couple weeks. That can be a reason to start with 50 even if you really only need 25.
>>12471351
The problem with those articles are the hyperbole and conspiratorial thinking. Also way too much verbiage and speculation. The tl;dr is basically OK. I think she has too high an opinion of progesterone though. It can finish off breast growth and improve shape, but estradiol is primarily responsible for growth, and estradiol and progesterone promote growth of different types of breast tissue.

Fat distribution should be a continuous and simultaneous process. But fat doesn't get shifted from one place to the next, it's the combination of shrinkage and expansion of fat cells in different places that does it. While you're in transition you could expect to look odd since fat will be in a hybrid male/female pattern.

How do you verify the integrity of your vial's sealing after you've started using it? I've been doing the air pressure injection to balance it, but when I was first doing my injection I got really hung up trying to remove every trace of air from the syringe when drawing it (which wasn't necessary) and I recall there being a tiny bit of formula on top of the vial after pulling it out. Maybe you should try to scrotal meme or look into injections. Pills might even actually be better in your case if you're really only getting 16 pg/ml from transdermal...

Also don't put it on your arms, that doesn't work well. Good places are: butt, hip, inner thigh, and scrotum.

As for removing back hair, I'd recommend either getting it lasered or waxed. If you're a patient sort you could wait for low T to cause the back hairs to fall out. You could accelerate this process with fin/dut/bica.

I'd say don't drink during the first 3 months at least. Get your blood tested every month and if after 3 months you get no enzyme elevation, or at least not significantly so, you could probably resume drinking, moderately.

The highest risk with bica is during the beginning of treatment.
>>
>>12476703
You don't know that. People's bodies are different, they need blood testing of their levels before making any conclusions. The sensitivity to estrogens and androgens depends on the person, same with the different methods to intake the medication.

1-1.25mg of Finasteride is enough, it works as well as the 5mg dose. Some people even take 0.5mg.

Dutasteride inhibits all 5α-Reductase type 1, 2, and 3 while Finasteride only blocks two, type 2 and 3.

Still can't make any conclusions on how much is actually needed. Can make generalizations, but we don't know how well your body absorbs the medication or how sensitive your receptors are.
Just keep testing your levels until you find the right dose for optimal levels, but you probably know that.
>>
>>12473879
I wouldn't call ralox a meme, but it has limitations. Estradiol can overpower it at pretty low doses.
Don't try to stop growth by binding. You could hurt yourself and mess up your breasts. Binding just to help you hide them and only for 8 hours a day tops.
Ralox with very low or no estradiol could do it.
>>12474169
You can do it but it will probably be hard to do monotherapy with it. I'm reluctant to give a dose because it can be so variable but I doubt 4 mg/day will be enough unless you're lucky so you'd be looking at going with 6 or higher. Over time the dose you need to keep T low could decrease though because estradiol impairs the testes ability to produce T.
>>12473729
With estradiol 2 mg 3x a day is the best that's realistic. Best would be to switch to something other than spiro, but if you're taking it the half life is less than a day. Instructions don't say it has to be taken more than once a day though they say you can. I'd be inclined to take them twice a day, but the way the pills split 3x a day would be easier to manage. Steadier levels could be better anyway since you're relying mainly on spiro's receptor blocking activity.
>>12474324
Supposedly in BC even family doctors can do informed consent. Doesn't mean they will but you can ask. Dr. Marshall Dahl in Vancouver treats trans people. There's Three Bridges and Raven Song in Vancouver. There's also Blue Pine in Prince George and Rutland Aurora in Kelowna.
>>12474686
Why both estrofem and progynova? Bica is fine though.
>>12474922
Agreed with other anon that's a no, no proof of it. Like the other anon said it's a hypothesis and I believe it would only be an issue at early stages of development. A lot of anons on cypro have had breast growth stalled out on them, and they always seem to have high prolactin. You're not supposed to have high prolactin levels unless you're pregnant or breastfeeding anyway.
>>12475031
As long as T is low or blocked you should be good.
>>
>>12476740
Antiandrogens are prescribed so less estradiol would be used, however estrodiol reduces testosterone in and of itself. Back then pure estrogen was used to lower testosterone levels, still is used today.

And yes, the only way they would be sure is the take a blood test of their hormone panel, but what is unusual is that they are starting them on a high dosage of estradiol. Usually doctors would start with 2mg estradiol and 100mg spironolactone.
>>
>>12476414

Semen is a better indicator than erections and your impression of your skin. You really shouldn't take 100 mg/day regardless - that's dangerous. 50 mg is the most cypro you should take, and in most cases you don't need more than 25 mg.
It's possible there's a temporary increase in T, but it shouldn't last long.
>>12475201
Bica won't lower T levels but it's an extremely effective blocker.

Animal protein. Apparently plant proteins don't do the job. Being a vegan is probably a bad idea if you want good breast growth.
>>12475364
Levels?
>>12475762
Those are pretty low doses of estradiol. 100 mg of cypro is dangerously high.
>>12475809
That's insanely low E2. Like the other anon says you need more.
>>12476655
Not really. If it is try injecting more frequently. You might be letting your E2 troughs get too low.
>>12476663
I don't know how to homebrew, but you can look at the kinds of vials normally supplied. Like with EV concentrations max out at 40 mg/mL. I wouldn't go higher than that.
>>12476740
Spiro does block receptors though not nearly as well as bica. It's bad but not completely useless so I guess while T levels are still high it does something.
>>
>>12476870
>Not really. If it is try injecting more frequently. You might be letting your E2 troughs get too low.
So it doesn't really happen when you're starting off either? I dunno if injecting a day earlier is a great idea, but I did feel pretty egh the last day.... :/

My T and E levels are consistently good and my hairline is recovering, but I'm wondering if Finasteride is a bad idea? I'd like for it to recover as fast as possible so having guaranteed no DHT would be optimal. Is this a bad idea for HRT overall?
>>
>>12476902
When you're just starting I would assume that T production is more resilient. The idea isn't necessarily to increase your dose. You'd inject more frequently and adjust your dose downward to compensate. That gives you steadier E2 levels. With EV that's important. Estradiol enanthate gives much steadier levels and frequency is less of an issue. Cypionate is better too.
>>12476997
Sex drive can vary and you can go through horny spells.
If you're getting more and thicker semen I'd be more worried about T. You can get levels checked if you're worried.
>>12477020
Finasteride tends to raise T levels. I wouldn't use it if you don't need it. I'd just be patient if you're making progress on recovery. And you'd need dutasteride to maximally nuke DHT.
>>
>>12477020
Finasteride is not a bad idea if you have hair loss.

>>12477089
>Finasteride tends to raise T levels. I wouldn't use it if you don't need it.
It only raises it because the T you do have is not being converted into an un-aromatizable metabolite that is nearly 10 times as androgenic. The only thing is with finasteride since it doesn't inhibit the DHT in the skin it could lead to more test in the skin being converted to DHT. So +1 for dutasteride, since it's a non-selective inhibitor that blocks DHTs androgenic activity and destruction of elastin in skin.

Okay, big question, is there a dramatic difference between Finasteride and Dutasteride in regard to side effects/complications? Dutasteride sounds like it's more powerful, why isn't it the default prescription?
>>
>>12477714
>is there a dramatic difference between Finasteride and Dutasteride
Anecdotally speaking dutasteride reduced my sexual function, finasteride didn't do that. But also dut made my skin way less oily and fin didn't do that.

As far as neurological side effects I haven't really noticed a difference between the two.

I think it's not the default prescription because it's meant to be given to cis guys and as a demographic they tend to put dicc>hair.
>>
>>12477756
Bigger question then, does it require a prescription or can I order it online? I live in the US. How is it price wise?
>>
>>12477714
Also keep in mind that the pic here >>12476762 is for PLASMA DHT levels, and most circulating DHT is formed in the liver, however its action is primarily through local conversion from T to DHT in, for example, the hair, skin, or testicles. Dose increases that have a minimal effect on liver DHT (because fin is taken orally daily due to the short half life) may have a more dramatic effect in situ in the scalp or testis.
>>
>>12477756
>>12477765
Also what is the dosage for Dutasteride compared to Finasteride?
>>
>>12477765
You can get a 1 year script online for like $50 at medicalwellnesscenter, it costs like $20-25 for 90 pills at Costco.
>>
>>12477790
For fin the usual dose is 1 mg, but you can split a 5 mg pill into 1.25 mg pieces to save money. For dut the standard dose is 0.5 mg but because of the long half life you can also take it once or twice a week to save money. Dutasteride's half life is 240 hours, finasteride's is only like 8 hours or so.
>>
>>12477790
Efficacy-wise for male pattern baldness, 0.1 mg of dut is roughly equivalent to 5 mg of fin in terms of hair counts.

>>
>>12477831
If hair>dicc for you then yes, dutasteride is the clear winner for efficacy in stopping MPB.
>>
>>12477849
Last question then (for real)

Is 200mg of spiro with 0.5mg of dutasteride okay and safe?
>>
>>12477892
It's a relatively safe combination, there aren't a lot of interactions pharmacokinetically speaking. That being said spiro is a poor anti-androgen with undesirable side effects such as water loss, insomnia, electrolyte imbalance, and adrenal hormone imbalance leading to increased cortisol levels.

You also have to be careful that your potassium level doesn't get too high while taking spiro.

If you do take spiro, I'd make sure to get a metabolic panel which includes potassium and then slowly increase your dose and keep an eye on it. Also a 24 hour cortisol test is probably a good idea to make sure it's not messing with your adrenals too much.

If you really don't have access to other AAs, then spiro will help your hair loss, yes. It is arguably safer than cypro, too. But it is much less effective.

Different estrogens work differently in the body. With premarin, you get horse estrogen essentially.

Quote:
"Of the equine estrogens, it shows the highest estrogenic activity and greatest estrogenic potency."
>>
>>12484871
I've seen this before. Conjugated equine estrogens are the key. They have powerful antigonadotropic effects so you can suppress T with low dose monotherapy. Same is true for ethinyl estradiol.
Problem is the health risks of those are bad.

Thick semen is alarming. You do get a T surge in the first month when you're on lupron, but you should be past that and your semen should be decreasing and thinning again. If that's happening I wouldn't worry too much. If your semen isn't showing signs of dimininshing/thinning then I'd get a level check.

Insurance coverage depends on insurance, though California has a law banning trans exclusions. The only problem is ERISA governed health plans can be exempt from state regulations and are only subject to federal law, so they might not have coverage.
Call PPs to see if the particular one you're interested in has IC.
Enby stuff isn't in official guidelines as far as I can see. It would really be up to the doctor though I wouldn't be too optimistic.
It's possible that other family members could see insurance paperwork showing what kinds of services and meds they paid for.

I don't mind it that much, but getting found out is troubling. I can't wear anything size less than large to hide them. I figure about using 40 mg tamoxifen since 20mg tamo=60 mg ralox. So double dosage

I've wanted to transition simce I was about 16 but was always really embarrassed about it eventually once I turned 18 I tried coming out to my mom about it. She was really supportive and wanted to help me I brought it up in therapy at the time but they were basically like..well theres not much we can do for you. I was bummed but really just ignored these feelings. I've turned 20 recently and I'm really contemplating going through with it. I'm a little confused on where to start or if I even should.

I tried bica once and stopped because it was causing my lower back pain which I worried was a sign of liver injury. Then I looked at the list of common side effects again today:

Does that mean I would probably be okay to take bica again without a severe reaction? It just seems weird and reminded me of the feeling I got when taking other drugs with a heavy liver load or drinking too much alcohol.

If you've been considering transitioning for 4 years without doing it, I really doubt it's going to be for you. If you actually had gender dysphoria and knew medical transition existed, doing nothing for four years and letting yourself permanently masculinize rather than taking action to prevent it should've been impossible to go through.

I'm post-op, but I really liked how non-oily I was on anti-androgens. I know cis women will often take cypro in order to reduce oilyness and acne. Hey guys i got prescribed hrt recently and i got some concerns about my dosages

my doctor prescribed me 100mg a day of cypro, i havent been taking that much, just 50 because I dont want to fucking die.
she also prescribed me 1mg a day of progynova. im not sure this is enough, maybe its just to start but im meant to be taking that dose for at least 3 months and i feel like thats a big waste of time, is this normal? whats the usual dose for progynova?

I live in New Zealand, so im wondering if there are any other people here from NZ who can tell me what dosages they got, just so I know if its just my doctor trying to kill me, or every doctor in the country.
>>
How long should I be giving my attempt at my current dose before I see it's not enough to suppress? Last time I went with sublingual E standard dose and 25mg cypro and it worked, I had to stop because of emergency reasons but this monotherapy injection is not taking super quickly.

>>12495353
Actually, taking higher doses of cypro will make E less effective. You need a moderately good dose of E + the lowest amount of blocker that works. People often go to 25mg after just a bit and even end up going down to 12.5mg after suppression is achieved. Starting low does not serve a purpose beyond easing into it - 3 months is overkill.
>>

"Adverse events caused 6 patients to withdraw, and the reasons included bilateral peripheral edema, neutropenia, dermatomyositis, transient blindness, shortness of breath, and cerebral vascular accident in 2 patients. [...] The development of dermatomyositis, transient blindness, and cerebral vascular accident were thought unlikely to be related to bicalutamide, as additional experience in >3000 patients treated with this agent suggests that the association is unlikely."

How long does it take for testicles to atrophy and stop making T?
>>
>>12501926
Atrophy doesn't really stop. It will continue even after 5+ years. Though I'm pretty sure if you're on bica it significantly delays atrophy due to it leaving testicular T levels intact. Though you'll still atrophy due to E.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/3371900/
Open this with scihub and they have a table showing the atrophy in each cell/tissue type in the testes. It takes around 3-4 years for permanent sterility (assuming your results are similar, there's always variation). But the jist of it is that even after 5 years there is still atrophy occuring (though many cell types completely dissapeared from the testes so stopping hrt would not reverse the damage).
I'm not sure about skin, muscle, and vascular tissue but based on what people have said who have had orchis those will also shrink, though to a lesser degree since you still have testes.

Personally I've been on cypro/E for close to 2 years and my balls often pop up inside of me just on their own. Tight underwear easily pushes them in wuth no effort. If I get an erection they naturally rest inside of me as well.
>>
>>12501997
Interesting.

How long until they stop making T? Or do they always make just a little?

>>
>>12500691
Is tegaderm still important if the package says the patches can be showered with? Is it just a safety precaution?
>>
>>12502493
It takes 1-2 hrs if you are on a proper regimen.
You don't grow ovaries on hrt so if your levels aren't good from the start they won't ever change if you don't change your dosage.
>>
>>12502070
Would probably take quite a while. T is made by your leydig cells. In that study after like 4+ years around 50% of seminferous tubules were irreversibly devoid of leydig cells and the other tubules had significantly less cells. There was still some cells though.
I'd imagine after a couple years of hrt doing E monotherapy would be quite easy and it's unlikely you'd require 250+ pg/ml to achieve female range T.

So I've been on HRT for a week now, it certainly has changed my mood I think. It's easier to cry and I just feel more in tune with my emotions in general. Also my smell has changed, surprised it happened so quickly but its nice. I like the way I smell a little too much.

I'm on 50mg of spiro and 2mg of estradiol once per day. Would it be advisable to take it twice a day instead, spaced out. It feels like a low dosage.

Hormones are awesome!
>>
>>12502671
Again interesting, thanks for sharing.

I guess I'm not sure how long to give this monotherapy stuff or if I should force myself to take cypro. My body seems resistant but it's only been a few weeks.
>>
>>12502701
You coild always use cypro and ween off it over time.
I dunno how fast monotherapy atrophies testes but I only used 12.5mg cypro except during my first month and I have had great atrophy. I don't even use cypro every day anymore. I take it maybe 3-4 times a week and have had no issues.
>>
>>12502688
yeah, it's better to have more consistent values spread across the day. i've gotten a lot of feminization so far from 1mg every 12 hours the 1st month then 1mg every 8 hours the second month, and i'll be going to either 2mg every 12 or 1 every 6 come the third month.
>>
>>12502765
I guess part of the issue is that cypro kinda fucks with me. But I think I can manage a month or two. Idk. I just kinda hate this weird uncertain state. If I'm fucking around waiting for proper suppression for months and it doesn't come...
>>
>>12502807
Test your levels and see if you're getting good T suppression then.
>>
>>12502831
My cum tells me I'm not. But I've only been on monotherapy (with some recently added low dose cypro) for about 3 weeks. The weird thing I guess is, I was on crappy pills and 25mg cypro before and it definitely worked. I just had to stop because of an emergency and I really am regretting that more over time.

Finally broken from my shell and accept who I really am. I just have one question:
How do I start HRT?
>>
>>12502688
What am trying now is split it and take 2mg one day, starting, and 1mg every other day. So far, my levels and mood seem more stable. Because of half life (8–18 hours sublingual), taking 2mg every day may make your levels go up and down too fast. I might try 3mg starting, then 1mg every other day next, it has about the same level range if you calculate it.
>>
>>12502893
It would look like:
>split it and take 2mg one day(day 1,3,5...), starting, and 1mg every other day (day 2,4,..).
