US Model 1917 rifle made in September of 1917 at Eddystone. Paid $600.

Heritage rough rider 22lr. Bought a second one to practice spinning and juggling. Damned fun peashooters.

Stop shoving shit through the trigger guard. It looks dumb. Put something under the gun that can't be seen by the camera to prop it up.
>>
Same but MKIII Standard. Really wanted what you have OP, but impulse buys are impulse buys.
>>
>>42580998
OP here, I've seen on like that, but I don't like how the barrel tapers.

Paid $25 for this last night, worth it. Also bought about a baker's dozen guns in the past two months, ranging from shitty Spanish pistols to unobtanium milsurp and sporting shotguns.
>>
>>42581315
Black powder?
>>
>>42579656
>>42580998
What's the deal with these things exactly? I tried one of the range ones a little while ago and it felt pretty clunky, especially the mags. Is there some upside to them compared to any other .22 or what?
>>
>>42581315
Is it ordinary to find cap and ball revolvers at such screamingly good prices? Where do you look for them?
>>
>>42582182
He probably got that at a pawn shop.

It's just a classic that you really just can't go wrong with if you're looking for a .22 target pistol.

Barry Burton kit for my Beretta 96 because I've got too much of a boner for Resident Evil shit.

>tfw moved to new state last year and left guns in storage except for a couple handguns I brought

Just a new mag catch assembly for my ps90. Gonna have to do a damn near complete disassemble to install it though.

What does this designation mean?
>>
>>42588805
Grip panels and grip angle match 1911, takes different mags I think.
>>
>>42588966
Nambu grip is best grip.
>>
>>42585346
Is a 1907 top break old school enough?
>>
>>42588805
It means it has a 1911 grip angle rather than the steeper grip angle found on standard mark pistols
>>
>>42587801
Handgun general $220 grip and $1500 parts kit addition.

Pls mange gif of disassembly of soon to be $2,500 gun
>>

I'm very torn on the MkIV
>finally solved the PITA takedown and reassembly
but...
>worst trigger and mechanical accuracy of any of the Mk-series
>significantly more expensive than the MkIII, enough so that a MkIII+Speed Strip kit is still more than $100 cheaper
>>
>>42579656

Just bought this from PSA for a paltry $200, gonna throw a red dot on it and have a fun plinker. I didn’t have a 10/22 before and it seemed like too good of a deal to pass up.
>>
>>42582164
They're accurate, and generally have better triggers than the "tactical" .22's. They're, depending on model, either intended for small-game hunting or club-level bullseye shooting.
>>
>>42579656
>>
>>42589967
I might get a 10/22. Should I get a wooden furnitured one or a takedown model?
>>
>>42590055

Not trying to shill, but the one I bought is still $200 on PSA and already comes with peep sights and a rail for optics. Assuming you have a dealer who doesn’t rape you on transfers it’s a good deal. That said the takedowns are pretty sweet for easy of storage/backpacking. I especially like pic related, it even has storage for extra mags in the stock.

O-PAP with night sights, M70 gas block, and a pretty well done rear sling swivel with Yugo sling. Landed the entire thing with a mag pouch and bayonet/sheath for $700 total.

>tfw in CA though

G40 in 1cm, no .45 Super but it's nice.

Why does your gun have a chastity belt on it?
>>
>>42582033
Technically yes, but you can also load it with smokeless powder once.
>>
Getting an unfired, still in the grease SAR-3 on monday with five magazines for $458. I'm so fucking excited bros
>>
>>42590600
California; at least this way I can remove the magazine with just my fingers rather than having to remove the entire dust cover.
>>
>>42590356
I don't know which is more cucky. A chastity belt, or that Commiefornia grip
>>
Kalashnikov USA AKM in 7.62x39.

Rare bird, they only sold the Receivers without Front trunnions. Someone gunsmithed it into a functional Short-barreled pistol and sold it with the brace.

$770 it was worth it.

I've been looking at the competition model. Anyone ever used one? Is the slab sided barrel the only.difference?
>>
>>42582033
Yep.
>>42582182
Kinda, my gun shop buys up estates and basically gets rid of all their black powder stuff for pennies. I've bought a few Pedersolis from them for pennies compared to their normal prices.
>>
>>42590932
I have one. Shoots like a dream. Nice and heavy too.

I haven’t had the privilege of shooting one of the short barrel ones tho.

If you’re a full grown man, I would recommend but my gf had the same problem shooting it as I did when I was a kid. The longer heavier barrel was harder to aim with little kid/chick wrists.

It’s fun as fuck and shoots lights out if you know how to shoot it though. I can hit the tail of a regular sized windmill 2/3times at ~150 yards. It’s probably like one square foot or so.
>>
>>42579656
Sweet dude, those are good little guns but they suck to clean. I've got a MK1 myself.

For when someone calls bullshit on your DM rolls.
>>
>>42592158
They fixed that with the Mark 4s, they have a little toggle on the back. Press that and it breaks down, easy as fuck.

Nice. That is one hell of a steal! It look like it is in great condition.

I just picked up a Norinco NHM-90 in 5.56 for $1000. It is in excellent shape. I can't wait to take it out to the range.
>>
>>42592158
Can also confirm, I've got a MK.II,
and I don't think I've cursed more in my entire life than I have while cleaning my MK.II
