We need this badly! what would it take to get an NFA amnesty started again?
>>
From PUBLIC LAW 90-619-OCT. 22, 1968, found on page 1236 of United States Statutes at Large Volume 82.djvu/1278:

(d) The Secretary of the Treasury, after publication in the Federal Register of his intention to do so, is authorized to establish such periods of amnesty, not to exceed ninety days in the case of any single period, and immunity from liability during any such period, as the Secretary determines will contribute to the purposes of this title. A long and brutal civil war.

a time machine

>>42007930
then be criminal tomorrow? that doesnt make much sense silly.
>>
>>42007993
you might be stupid.

if a purge allows murder, you don't get in trouble for murder just because the person is still dead the day after a purge.
>>
>>42008014
This
>>
>>42007993
Nah the whole point of the purge is to get away with the crimes, that's why they're never charged for the crimes. Manufacture more lowers, profit by like 1000% percent.
>>
>>42008014
purge day- murder is legal
day after- murder illegal, dont kill any one

purge day- owning any machine gun is legal
day after- owning any machine gun is illegal, own illegal machine gun.

see how that works?

>>42008019
so you get away with manufacturing, but still in trouble for possession.
>>
>>42008014
You can still be charged with possession of an unregistered machine gun.
>>
>>42008023
you don't seem to understand, the purpose of the purge is to ignore the rules, kill the government officials.
>>

What a shitty blog

A full auto chauchat fires slower than most people can squeeze a semi auto trigger. Why are they illegal?

Several miracles from a variety of gods.
>>
>>42007914
Man they couldn't even deregulate suppressors as title 1 firearms. And that was with a "Republican" controlled Congress and presidency. Most pro 2A politicians are fudds and "second amendment is for hunting" types

When you let the NRA become SSAA 2: Electric Boogaloo, what did you think would happen?

killing them is still illegal during the purge...anything over level 3 or something like that.

besides, if you're going full revolution you dont ask for permission...i mean that kinda the point.
>>
>>42007914
nope. ours liberal from the 90s new yorker president wants nothing to do with this
>>
You see amnesty would only happen under a president that actually supports gun rights. So Trump certainly isn't going to do it and I seriously doubt it will ever happen again.
>>
I might be the only person who doesn't give a shit about full auto
>>
>>42010384
fag. even if you dont give a shit about it, you should want it for increased personal freedom.
>>
>>42010366
Push it on a state level. We need to end the dark legacy of jim crow laws!
>>
>>42007914
Anyone wanting amnesty is just outing themselves as a fucking pussy ready to get on their knees to big daddy govt dick. The only thing stopping you from having a NFA anything is your own fearfulness.

I've seen chip thieves with more balls than OP.
>>
>>42010396
I'd rather have uninfringed sbrs and suppressors

We effectively have that already due to the free market solutions available in current year.

Pretty easy to DIY compared to a full auto. Even if you want to be a cuck and pay the tax you can get a form 1 back in like a month.

Focus on delaying the inevitable complete ban on weapons as long as you can so that more Whites can buy more weapons for as long as possible.

The demographic race is already lost to the ZOG Dark-Brown Horde, your decisions should be based entirely on this reality not on faction of "American White and Great Again".

I love that webm because it shits all over what I call "shoppers". Guys who spend all their time researching and buying gear and then posting about their gear and mentally gaming how that gear is gonna be useful in X situation.

Two thieving faggots with a skateboard improvised the take down of a man with a shotgun and won. You can't buy that kind of fortitude and resourcefulness.
>>

Part of me thinks its staged. But honestly if it wasnt staged. Those fuckers are going places.
>>
Possession of objects that do not leak heavy toxic waste or deadly viruses into an ecosystem or a town should not be crimes worthy of government-run violence.

Anyone who supports the heavy licensing system supports such violence for unauthorized possession. Anyone who says "you don't need that" should ask themselves if they support killing another person for having an unnecessary item.

Oh and I suggest we all follow the advice on the aesthetic.
>>
>>42010713
You dont actually think that's real right?
>>
>>42008023
so on purge day in addition to making three hole lowers you also make counterfeit NFA registry papers. Counterfeiting isn't a crime when you made the documents so there you go!

In 5 to 6 years, we'll be lucky if you can buy an AR rifle-- or any semi-auto rifle-- or a magazine with more than 10 rounds capacity. The gun grabbers are one election away.

Is it possible? Yes, with lots of dedication to baby steps, choosing our battles and waiting for the right case that don't have a chance of losing or not gaining cert when we take it to the SCOTUS. That's how we got Heller and how we've been getting carry laws through.
Will it happen in our lifetime? Hell no.

The NRA, NFATCA, and "The 1934 Group" have been lobbying for another amnesty period for the past 30 years. The closest anyone ever came was the NFATCA's proposed "veterans" amnesty.....which would have allowed registration of weapons possessed prior to the Dec '68 Amnesty, but which were not registered during the 30 day period.

The issue is that "amnesty" only protects you from prosecution for possessing an unregistered NFA firearm. In the case of MG's, the 1986 Hughes amendment supersedes the 1968 GCA...….so even were an amnesty to be declared, no additional MG's could be added to the registry and retain a transferrable status.
End of story...…..

*ahem*
Shall.
Not.
Be.
Infringed.
>If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers, may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success than against those of the rulers of an individual state. In a single state, if the persons intrusted with supreme power become usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions, or districts of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defense. The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair. The usurpers, clothed with the forms of legal authority, can too often crush the opposition in embryo. The smaller the extent of the territory, the more difficult will it be for the people to form a regular or systematic plan of opposition, and the more easy will it be to defeat their early efforts. Intelligence can be more speedily obtained of their preparations and movements, and the military force in the possession of the usurpers can be more rapidly directed against the part where the opposition has begun. In this situation there must be a peculiar coincidence of circumstances to insure success to the popular resistance.
