>>39930006God, I want one with a bayonet.
>>39930050I just want a fudd AR with curly maple furniture
I think the long rail looks kinda dumb since its just extra weight.
>>39930089The difference between 12" and 15" MLok rails is less than 2 oz.
What stock is that?
>Yes I wood!Needs wooden inserts for the rail to make it perfect
>>39930644Probably a remington 1100 worked to fit. Apparently it is pretty easy to do.
Does anyone do this design in 308?
>>39930006Absolutely but I can't find any in leafistan
>>39930006Hell of a shotgun.
>>39930006I wood shoot the shit out of that thing. And probably jerk off after.
>>39930006I already have. In 6.5 Grendel no less.
>>39930067I would fondle that raifu, desu. If and when I get an AR, it'll be an AR10 with fudd wood.
>>39930006Needs a short magazine so you can go prone. These are the guns which scare the fed
>>39930067I want one of these in .45-70. Is it possible to fit .45-70 in an AR-10, or is the rim just too big?
>>39930006wtf it needs a tactical slide folding stock and three eotechs or else it's gay
>>39930893Anon, you should know better by now. Everything ARs. Everything.
>>39930006>PPsh41. Heck of a shotgunNah, seriously, I would. That comes so close to a PPsh while still retaining AR-perks. It's sexy and unusual, so fuck yeah, I wood
>>39930893.458 SOCOM is literally .45-70 shrunk to work better in an AR, why not use that?
>>39931202Because it's not fuddy enough for such an awesome wooden durr rifle. I suppose I'd probably have to make do with 30-06.
>>39931250Oh wait, do these things use a custom upper receiver as well? I guess anything longer than .223 isn't an option then, if it's not just a matter of modifying the magwell.
Where do I get one of these stocks?
>>39930006it looks very nice, but it's specifically designed to gouge the wallets of calicucks.
>>39930006Wood eye?Hair lip?
>>39930651Mung posting is high quality and a pleasure to see.
>>39933378oh lawdDid he dieded?
>>39933400No he invented a new cartridge.
>>39933403>.45 RETARD MAXI'd buy it
>>39931049Dude wtf is wrong with your toenails
>>39930006Suppressed and in 300 blackout is on the wishlist.
I would really like one in .50 Beowulf
>>39930006NoVertical pistol grips are a massive improvement in comfort and ergonomics. Something like this is as far as I'd go. Their comfort is exactly why dems want them gone - it makes the rifles less desirable because they are more awkward to handle.
>>3993085030 rounders are way better for prone than shorties because they also act as monopods.
>>39935904>tfw no DragunAR
Just built this one.450 Bushmaster
>>39938768What are the parts?
Makes me happy a lot of people remember the chowder stuff
>>39938788Fightlite lowerGibbz side charging upperRemington 1100 stock set modified in the rear and chopped down in the front16" 450 BM barrel Seekins adjustable gas block450 Bushmaster bolt
>>39931202>>39931250.458 has dogshit energy, modern 45-70 commercial loadings from Underwood and Buffalo bore at 3500ft-lb to 3700.
>>39938788I've since found that lancer mags run the 450 BM rounds pretty nicely without any modification.
>>39930006I want one with a side magazine
>>39938768Very sexy, anon.
>>39930006What lower is this? It's not an ARES or Fightlite. The only two that have manufactured this style lower (that I know of).
>>39938944Jesse James, the guy who used to make custom cars, now makes custom guns and made his own around the SCR.
>>39930644>>39930671Its a custom walnut burl stock that are made specifically for the Nomad ARs.
>>39930006Needs drum 2 turn in to 1 heck of a shotgun
>>39931258Standard uppers, custom bcg tho
>>39930006I'm getting flashbacks o the combat rifle from Fallout 4.
>>39930006This is the only way to have a wood furnished AR, anything else is faggot shit
>>39930006No when I could get pic related for $300 cheaper.
>>39930006Get rid of the tryhard handguard and we got a deal
>>39938768how was making the wood stock??
>>39939581replace "F" with "X" for style
>>39930050>>39930089>>39930447>>39930062>>39930006I seriously got a weird PPSH vibe from this before I expanded it, like looking out of the corner of my eye.I would have no problem with this raifu.
>>39930006TFW the color of your wood pistol grip doesn't look anything like the one shown on the website...I didn't even want it to be perfect, just similar to the foregrip. But this....
>>39943255I like the bayonet but not the solid front sight post
>>39941454Not bad. For the but-stock I had to increase the diameter of the center hole. Also had to slim down the part of the stock that fits inside the back of the receiver. Used a 3/4" section of pipe as a spacer inside the stock. For the front handguard I just trimmed down an 1100 front stock. The inner diameter (after some sanding and shaping) matches the outer diameter of the mlok rail almost perfectly.
I want to, but I'd have to make my own front handguard setup
>>39943255From the thumbnail it looked like a MAS-49.
>>39939114HOLY FUCK! I JUST REALIZED THEIR NAMES ARE A PLAY ON THE FAMOUS OLD WEST OUTLAW! HOLY FUCK I FEEL STUPID!
>>39946619The american translators for Pokemon are pretty fucking good at their job. Especially the names for the 800+ little fucks we have now.
>>39946640Hey whos that crocodile looking pokemon!?>Its Crocodilio!
>>39946657KROOKodile you dork.
>>39946640>>39946619In the original version their names are Musashi and Kojiro
>>39938768Absolute beauty of a gun, Anon, good on you
>>39930006Does anyone know what upper that is? I know the side charge BCG must be a custom job, but I really like the aesthetic of that particular upper.
I hate the reason it exists, but I really like the way it exists.
>>39946927Jesse James customTotal douche canoe, but apparently he can build a decent looking rifle. His suppressors look like dildos though.
>>39946765>Musashi and Kojiro
>>39939551>>39940032I will love and cherish mine as long as a live
>>39936269I was taught this can cause malfunctions to occur but never tried it out myself. It wood be sturdier though.
I built an A2-style dissipator with wood furniture. It was my first AR and an interesting experience.
>>39939551Almost makes me wish for a nuclear winter
>>39938768Wow very nice
>>39930006wood the forend too and yes.
>>39933400This happened lots when the navy was trying to use chamber inserts in their Garands after the switch to 7.62x51. The inserts weren't very reliable and would stick to a case, eject after a number of rounds, and you'd end up with brass like that until it got caught.
>>39939551Where can you get those?
>>39930006The AR is a pretty trash looking gun compared to most guns, I mean if you look at it with a good knowledge of historical weapons. All kind of highly aesthetic rifles existed then BAM here's this ugly black plastic one with odd looking features. This configuration makes it look pretty damn decent though.
>>39933400A local fudd in my area fired like 150 rounds of .308 out of his .30-06 Mauser 98.The rifle suffered no issues except for sometimes missfeeding the shorter cartridges.I suspect that the massive claw extractor on the Mauser 98 held the cartridge solidly against the bolt face and therefore maintained decent headspacing. The dumbass fudd didn't even realize it was dangerous until he tried to buy more "short .30-06" ammo and the store clerk told him he was a massive idiot.
>>39933400I’ve done it... it won’t kill you...
>>39948974would that really be super dangerous? I feel like .308 in a 30-06 chamber would lead to some really low chamber pressures.
>>39947262>>39940032which company is that
>>39947262>FAR/AIM>Instrument flying handbookDo you have your IFR rating yet? I’m getting more hours and getting my ppl soon. How was the check ride, overall?
>>39948992The chamber pressure isn't the dangerous part. Wildly varying headspace is the dangerous part. You can get like 2mm excessive headspace which is massively oversized. It will lead to catastrophic case head separation or kaboom your entire rifle.
>>39947358>I was taught this can cause malfunctions to occurFuddlore. You absolutely should use your mag as a monopod. It's the easiest and most effective way to stabilize your rifle.
>>39949115It seems to be literal fuddlore, only caused problems with gen1 mags from the 60s/70s. Instructors would bitch us out so that's why I didn't do it. The only downside could be potentially upsetting your zero at ranges outside of 350m or changing your stance or head placement if you're running a plate carrier. Going to use my mag for stability in the future. https://www.recoilweb.com/the-rifle-mag-as-a-monopod-53211.html
>>39949186>Instructors would bitch us out so that's why I didn't do it.That's retarded. They'd bitch at us to do it properly if someone failed to and reiterated how important it is for accurate fire, but then again I'm Finnish.
>>39949198>>39949186I did it all the time in the Marine Corps when I did have my grippod on. No issues with accuracy from me.
>>39943255It's a rifle from some kind of alternate reality.
