Is TempleOS the only OS in this domain?
>>68819972I want one of these. No networking is mandatory. Is TempleOS my only option?
bump.. is there anything else this /comfy/ that doesn't use holyC?
TempleOS is the white man's OS
there needs to be a templeos clone written in lisp or something what to call it?
>>68822222checked and kekked
>>68819972Plan 9. It has a pretty interesting C dialect, and Alef is like Go, but 30 years older and honestly better in some ways. Its shell is also a bit of an eye opener as to how much bash sucks. rc feels like a proper language for doing real software development, but it also works perfectly fine as a plain old shell.
>>68822484What would you recommend as a replacement for bash in Linux?
>>68822484plan9, 9front or inferno? is plan9 really comfy for recreation?
Meme's aside, what's going to happen Temple OS? Is anyone trying to make take up Terry's mantle?

>>68823042Just don't put networking in itThat's what the glowniggers want
>>68823072i would never. right now my biggest goal is improving documentation, it needs a better holyc intro for those who have never programmed before imo
>>68822216>>68822222It's called Emacs.
>>68823188Great callHow does HolyC compare to C? I never understood why Terry needed his own language for it
>>68822878I like fish, zsh can be better
