There is a gym next to work. I currently do upper lower 4 times per week. are 6 days routines waste of time or actually worth it?

Depends on how much free time you have. I prefer 5-6 days because I do a lot of volume and cramming everything into U/L makes my workouts 2+ hours. And that's without my cardio.

if you can manage fatigue properly, it's always better to lift more often.
