I bulked, hit 1/2/3/4 and now I want to lose the weight for an incoming vacation.I have a month to shed as much fat as I can. Already started fasting.Question is, what workout should I do? What routine? I feel like the point of progression workouts like 5/3/1 is lost on an drastic cut, since I won't be capable of increasing any lifts.Should I just do a basic 5x5 with some accessory work and try to maintain my lifts?
