And yet still can't do a simple Deep "3rd world" Squat for more than 3 minutes.
KEK, 80 years old in those kind of countries without chairs can hold this position for hours while playing cards, eating or talking.
This is the normal resting position before we got corrupted by beds and chairs.

I'm not in a third world shithole. I'll take not been able to squat over worrying about finding a comfy place to shit in the street.

lmao
and the same posters probably wonder why their wobbly, collapsed arch rippetoe squat that they need oly shoes to perform to parallel won't go up
>>
>>51545943
That’s because of Slavic hip socket depth, which has nothing to do with how /fit/ you are.
While you brag about your sub-3pl8 atg squat, I continue to improve my over 4pl8 power squat with my deep Scottish hip sockets.
>>
>>51545943
if they didnt shit everywhere without a care they could sit on they asses like normal people instead of having to squat all uncomfortable like
>>
>>51545943
That's a Rippetoe squat with dress shoes, not exactly what you're describing.
Although I agree that people who claim to "squat" 2x+ their bodyweight yet can't do a single bodyweight squat and hold it are pathetic.
For some reason, fatass powerlifters and gymbros have this strange notion where it's acceptable to put on weight on a movement you can't even perform correctly without additional weight.
>>
>>51547052
how the fuck do you squat 2x bodyweight to depth without being able to do it with bodyweight

Also thise are actually pretty easy fir me, but i can see others straight

Im 6'7 and I can sit like this, it literally takes no practice at all. It's not as comfortable as sitting in a chair though so fuck off OP you retard
>>
>>51550215
that may be, but that's not the reason why you can't do that
>>
>>51547199
Trust me, not only is it possible, but I've seen a couple of guys who are in that situation.
Having weight on your shoulders shifts the center of gravity, which actually makes it easier to balance.

And here I thought I was a fucking retarded for specifically stretching to achieve this position.
>>
>>51545943
All based brazilians can do this by default since lego playing is very common at an young age and we need to squat to the ground
One more point proving the brazilian master race

That squat has nothing to do with strength. Your body supports itself in that position. People that can't squatnlike that freely just aren't flexible enough, or maybe there is some bone structure difference that makes it impossible like others mentioned.

What I do know is that I'm 6ft5, German, 300lb, have hardly ever squatted like that in my life, and would have no problem staying in that position for 30 minutes.
