People that can't squatnlike that freely just aren't flexible enough, or maybe there is some bone structure difference that makes it impossible like others mentioned. What I do know is that I'm 6ft5, German, 300lb, have hardly ever squatted like that in my life, and would have no problem staying in that position for 30 minutes.
