Not him, I'm the guy above you. Programs don't really matter all that much. Just lift heavy with basic movements and enough food to facilitate recovery and growth. I dicked around deadlifting every day for a bit and now I have a 280/6something pull. Just train in a way that you enjoy and you can stay consistent with.

lots of good exercises actually strain your whole body's muscles in a ratio appropriate to the movement. handstands are probably the most direct example of this: it works the whole body with a focus on the shoulder girdle and core. it also trains the nerves in your muscles to contract the fibers in a more efficient pattern over time, and simultaneously engages hundreds of small muscles to perform micro-stabilizations. these decrease over time and your "calmness" during the movement tracks your gains.

if you get a good set of rings you can do lots of cool eccentrics across your body's range of motion

I used to think the same, that I had a fast metabolism. It's just that I'd eat two meals a day that *felt* large but really had nothing in them.

Start learning to track your macros. Might seem intimidating at first but it's really interesting to see what all you're putting in your body. You're already thin so start going for a clean bulk if you can handle that. If not, do a standard bulk just to get some meat on you.

At your level of skeleton you've clearly no idea how to eat properly. It'll require learning to push through feelings of fullness and continue eating until you get used to it. You'll tell yourself you've eaten tons, but in reality you'll only have just started for the day.

It's better than being fat, but learning to eat properly as a skeleton can also be difficult.
