Count literally every calorie and you will realize you don't eat as much as you think you do, and that what you are eating is probably piss poor excuse for nutrition.I used to think the same, that I had a fast metabolism. It's just that I'd eat two meals a day that *felt* large but really had nothing in them.Start learning to track your macros. Might seem intimidating at first but it's really interesting to see what all you're putting in your body. You're already thin so start going for a clean bulk if you can handle that. If not, do a standard bulk just to get some meat on you. Good luck anon.
