No. You need back squats to create shear tension in your interspinales muscles to simulate growth. You also need to keep stimulation on your hamstrings.

Also, front squatting is mainly for training to catch a clean. It's not better than back squats for quad development.

Back squat is way easier to overload, thus allowing you to put a lot more stress in your legs a lot more frequently.
In a front squat youre very limited by your front rack and your ability to actually mantain that position.

Technically, it's biceps, forearms, calves, hamstrings, and quads. And yes, like the other anon said, I'm doing DC training. It's not nearly as fun on a cut, but it's way more fun than powerlifting programming.

I'm basically just calling it a really long accumulation phase. My big lifts are going up, so I'm not worrying about specificity.

Wee got all time pr on bench and diddly on my sheiko skills test. Wasn't even trying to max out just seeing how the bar moved with 100% and 102.5% ahead of my meet. Deadlift moved so well that my third attempt was with 105% and it still was smooth as butter. Squat was grindy and sloppy, bench I missed the grove on 102.5% so it was more difficult and I didn't want to go up on third set.

The first attempt is the max at the start of the program. I'm fresh intermediate so the tests were 100%, then depending on if that moved fast 102.5% then 105%. Bascially very little chance of failure here. All in lbs

I used it for like 2.5-3 years, not sure, had to reinstall twice during that time (loses workout history) and it occasionally makes you reset the workout and click through all of your sets to get back to where you were and loses your rest timer. I guess the issues were minor and I got way more than 11 bucks out of it. If you have something else that works I wouldn't switch really

I've made some really good gains doing my own programming but i've now hit a wall. Everything feels heavy and slow.

I was thinking of dropping back to 65% and running back up with more volume e.g. my deadlift 1RM is 275x1 kg and resetting it back to 180Kg and doing 4x10 whilst focusing on my weaknesses and ramp back up over the next twelve/sixteen weeks to try and get 275x3kg?

It looks like it's Barbell Medicine Beginner routine. While I like BBM, I don't think complete novice neet couch potato can use RPE.

I'd start with Starting Strength, because then you'll learn what grinding 5 reps @RPE10 and possibly even failing feels like, which will help you estimating and gauging RPE eventually.
