You definitely have cutting down although it may be a little steep because i guarantee you're losing a lot of muscle on that kind of a cut. Your lifts may have been weaker in 2011, but you looked great. Eat right and put on muscle, not fat and you'll be alright. The biggest reason why i say cut now is because you don't have a whole lot of muscle now, so losing some won't be greatly detrimental to your lifts. It'll be easy to recover that muscle later
