I deloaded all my lifts 30%, and I'm just doing 3-4 sets of the competition lifts each week. I'm cutting 20-30 lbs and doing more cardio

Feels good. It's been fun, space cowboys. I'm now a recreational lifter who might compete when he feels like it.
