Everything about human characters is pointless and goes nowhere
Good female designs wasted on shit tier characters too.
Utsumi had literally no reason to exist.
Anoshiras and Anti were better than the entire main cast despite being criminally underused.

>>
I liked it all around. What stood out to me most however was the quality of the voice work. For the most part you had the feeling that they were talking like actual people instead of the all-to-typical recitation of stitled lines in an overly dramatic tone with the dialogue just not flowing. Especially Rikka.

This was just akane's imaginary world
all their backstories are made up by her
There's nothing real about them until gridman frees them from the grasp of Alexis
We literally didn't even meet the real yuta she imagined, it was gridman all along.
he didn't actually hit on rikka cause he was gridman in the shell of yuta.
and as far as we know the backstory akane made for him was all erased. a shell with gridman was born and we witnessed it in first hand in the start of ep 1

I like how they payed hommage to the 1993 ost without making it too intrusive.

I really like the fact that amemiya made unexplained friend circles to every character.
It really made everything feel a lot more real.
It didn't feel like the characters were just made to be there, it felt like everyone did their own thing, had their own life, and then brought together.
Very few shows do that even remotely well.

Amemiya was rather smart with marketing gridman
You really need to have a lot of official art and a lot of smaller official merchandise and extras
A lot of shows greatly suffer from having little to no official art and a proper advertising push.

He also knows his crowd cause he made a dakimakura, an ecchibook, and a booklet where he gave every staff member to draw whatever they wanted.

Because Rikka being real life Akane is too normal and popular. She acts nothing like Akane and her life is not one were she would willingly shut herself in a computer world for the rest of her life. Rikka is almost anti otaku and have great friends. She is obviously not someone that would memories the names of kaiju.

Also doesn't make sense how Akane calls her special and how she was made specifically to be her best friend or something similar.
If she hated herself so much why make a replica that wanted desperately to be her friend. And why would Akane even care at all about Rikka especially to the degree that she does, if she is just meant to be herself.

She hates herself because she has no friends. Rikka is probably popular in real life, so Akane created a replica that wants to be her best friend so she can feel validated.
>>
>>191962622
I think it makes more sense if they had a good relationship in the real world that fell of at some point, but the point was that it doesn't make sense for them to be the same person.

>>191962351
I think you got the wrong impression of how the real Akane actually is. Look at her room in the final scene, that's not the room of an autistic, degenerate otaku completely shut off from reality, it's the room of a normal girl, with just a bit of otaku stuff (Promare poster, Midori doll) almost hidden. The real Akane wasn't a complete antisocial sperg, she was a regular girl with some unconventional interested, of which she was ashamed of and felt conflicted about. The completely degenerate otaku Akane of the computer world, with the room filled to the brim with trash, is her after having unleashed her hidden otaku side to the fullest, in an enviroment where she doesn't need to have any shame or self control. And in order to do that, she removed/distanced from herself the part of her that was a normalfag, which would be Rikka. Rikka is literally the quintessential basic bitch, that refuses to even engage intellectually anything that she perceives as nerd. They're the two sides of her personality taken to extreme.

No one that is ashamed or conflicted with her hobby hangs poster and and carries around a plushy from anime.
In fact almost nothing of your post is actually supported by the show it self. It is barely conjecture.
What we do know is that Akane is clearly a kaiju and anime fan.
There is no real indication that she unleashed some sort of manic otaku side when in the digital world. The kaiju in her room were from making them continuously for a long time. Not because she all of the sudden became obsessed with them. And that she was depressed enough and felt no one liked her enough, to run away and great a perfect world were everyone loved her.
We have no idea if she ever was a normalfag or to what degree she would be one. So you have no ground to stand on when you say Rikka is that part of her personality. And Rikka is someone who has great friends she values highly and nothing indicate that she would be lonely or have trouble making friends.

>No one that is ashamed or conflicted with her hobby hangs poster and and carries around a plushy from anime.
Of course someone can do that. The poster and the plushy are in her room, she wasn't parading them around. I even struggle to take a comment like this seriously, there are millions of situations where a nerd can feel comflicted about his interests, and we even know that Akane started high school shortly before the events of the show and ran into some kind of problem that caused all her emotional distress (presumably finding herself surrounded by new people she didn't feel confortable sharing her own hobbies about?).
>In fact almost nothing of your post is actually supported by the show it self. It is barely conjecture.
There are plenty of hints supporting this theory, many of which I'm sure you noticed yourself.
>What we do know is that Akane is clearly a kaiju and anime fan.
>There is no real indication that she unleashed some sort of manic otaku side when in the digital world. The kaiju in her room were from making them continuously for a long time.
>We have no idea if she ever was a normalfag or to what degree she would be one.
I already addressed this point. The difference between the two rooms of Akane is clear as day. The real room is the room of a normal girl, with just a little bit of otaku stuff. The hellish room in the computer world isn't just filled with kaiju, it's dirty, full of trash, the windows are closed, she loses her shit at the idea of someone entering. If you think any of that is comparable to the real one, or even that it's possible for the real Akane to be this genuinely deranged, you don't take consistency in high consideration.
>>
>>191964117
>And Rikka is someone who has great friends she values highly and nothing indicate that she would be lonely or have trouble making friends.
You don't get it. Of course Akane thinks that a normalfag girl like Rikka wouldn't have trouble making friends, those are her defining traits. It's her otaku self that she thinks it's doomed to always be alone, unless she creates NPCs who love her unconditionally. She wants to be true to her passions, but at the same time secretely longs for the genuine connections of Rikka. And because of this love/hate relationship, she simultaneously keep her close (their houses) and distant (their desks at the opposite sides of the classroom).

The trash in the room is from making the kaiju, it is not regular trash.
Remember that in the real world is a high school girl still living at home, so of course her room isn't absolutely filled to the brim with otaku stuff.
The point is that there is no reason to believe that her love for kaiju and similar thing is something that has been amplified in the digital world. We know she have otaku interest in the digital world as well as the real world. Anything else is pure conjecture.
The plan of the Alexis was indeed to make her more deranged. But that doesn't mean she split her personality at any point. In fact the show frames it more as something that happend because of her continued destruction of her own created world that made her like she was.

Another thing that doesn't make sense with your theory is why would Akane ever split her personality? What did that gain her?

>The trash in the room is from making the kaiju, it is not regular trash.
Reardless of the nature of the trash, normal people take it outside. The "room filled with trash" trope is fairly common in anime (and even hentai) for otaku autists, I've seen it dozens of times.
If you can't see that her entirely lifestyle in the computer world is an expression of the kaiju otaku taken to the extreme, I don't know what to tell you. Not only the way that she lives and the place where she lives are, the entire fucking setup of that world is meant to satiate her passion. That's not the way a real person lives or behaves, especially one that looks as normal as real Akane. Computer Akane is her taking her otaku side to its extreme extent and people still unconditionally love her, even if they're getting killed.
>Another thing that doesn't make sense with your theory is why would Akane ever split her personality? What did that gain her?
I already explained it, as part of her self-hate and awareness that what she's doing is wrong, she kept her normalfag self around, instead of simply casting her off, even if she then refuses to meaningfully interact with her.

Anyway, it looks like you're looking for undeniable evidences, but that's not how this works. There are just hints, too many for this not to be intentional, but no hard proof, so you're free to believe what you want.
>>

>Reardless of the nature of the trash, normal people take it outside. The "room filled with trash" trope is fairly common in anime (and even hentai) for otaku autists, I've seen it dozens of times.
Obviously it is not a healthy mindset. But the entire point is that Akane does not have a healthy mindset. A normal person doesn't lock themselves up in a computerized world in were they are god either. My point is that there is no proof that her behavior in the digital world is simply a side effect of a more extreme personality. A much more logical explanation, and more supported by the show. Is that her mental health have deteriorated during her time inside the digital world. Mostly thanks to Alexis.
>I already explained it, as part of her self-hate and awareness that what she's doing is wrong
But you already claimed she was ashamed of her otaku interest. Why would she then not be Rikka. In your theory she could just as well have been Rikka.
>she kept her normalfag self around, instead of simply casting her off, even if she then refuses to meaningfully interact with her.
But they did have meaningful interaction. It just broke off at some point, probably due to Akane's increasing obsession.

Are you even listening to me? Because she doesn't want to be a normalfag and hide her otaku self, she wants to live that life to the fullest.
>But they did have meaningful interaction.
They never have, Rikka thinks she has memories of them going to school together and shit, but those are fake just like everyone else's, as dimostrated by the fact that Akane doesn't remember anything.
>>
>>191965953
>Rikka thinks she has memories of them going to school together and shit, but those are fake just like everyone else's, as dimostrated by the fact that Akane doesn't remember anything.
Or Akane forgetting, to show how obsessed she has become with the kaiju side of things she forgot about the reason she created this world in the first place, to have friends.
As there is also the dream/flashback in episode 9.
>>
>>191965953
>Are you even listening to me? Because she doesn't want to be a normalfag and hide her otaku self, she wants to live that life to the fullest.
But then it doesn't make sense, the part that she is supposedly hating is her otaku self, yet she split into two part because of her self hatred yet stayed the otaku because she liked that side more. So which part of herself does she hate?
>>

>But then it doesn't make sense, the part that she is supposedly hating is her otaku self, yet she split into two part because of her self hatred yet stayed the otaku because she liked that side more. So which part of herself does she hate?
Jesus Christ. She loves her otaku shit, but that part is not socially acceptable and thinks will get her shunned, but still loves her otaku shit and finds pretending to be a normalfag exclusively grating. But when she has the possibility of living her otaku fantasy to the fullest, she is aware that this behavior is self-destructive and antisocial and that it's escapism and that she's only running away (and also she must have internalized the social stigma whether she likes it or not), so she keeps her normalfag self around as a reminder more or less consciously, even if then she tries to ignore her. Clear now?
>Or Akane forgetting
When the point is made about everyone's memories being fake, why would only this be the case of Akane forgetting and Rikka being correct?

Nowhere in this sentence does it explain why she want to split then. So she apparently love her otaku side but is shunned for it. But what could her reason then be for splitting at all. Why not just have her entire personality. According you she split because of self hatred.
If she loves her otaku self she would have no reason to split, unless you claim she hates her normalfag self, which would make zero sense.
>When the point is made about everyone's memories being fake, why would only this be the case of Akane forgetting and Rikka being correct?
There was a point of some of their memories being fake, not everyone. They have lived there at least some time now. They would have gathered some memories by now.
>Which is precisely a dream, and made even more conspicuous by the fact that it's set in spring, while Akane's world is an eternal summer.
Every other dream that episode were inspired by a real event. Why would then not Rikka's be as well. And it wasn't necessarily eternal summer, just eternal summer weather. Since it wouldn't have started snowing directly after Akane left if they were still in August when she left. There is also Yuta's dream in episode 9 when it is said to be October but the same weather is still present.

>If she loves her otaku self she would have no reason to split, unless you claim she hates her normalfag self, which would make zero sense.
Dude, I already explained all of this. Why do you keep asking to repeat it, even
misinterpreting something I JUST said? I just said that she loves her otaku stuff, not being an otaku, which she could find troublesome and even carry internalized social stigma, and I clearly stated that she was aware of the negative and self-destructive connotation of what her otaku passion turned into in the otaku world. I also clearly stated how she could have found pretending her otaku self didn't exist and to be a normalfag exclusively frustrating, not that she hated her normalfag self. It feels like you're dragging this just to avoid conceding any point.
>There was a point of some of their memories being fake, not everyone.
And that one memory that Akane herself doesn't remember is real and she's wrong, since it's convevient to your argument.
>And it wasn't necessarily eternal summer, just eternal summer weather.
And in that dream there was spring weather.
>Since it wouldn't have started snowing directly after Akane left if they were still in August when she left. There is also Yuta's dream in episode 9 when it is said to be October but the same weather is still present.
See above. If anything this confirms my point, since it makes much more sense for Akane's world always having been in summer weather instead of moving on from spring and then just getting stuck.

Again nothing here explains why she would split. What part of her is it she wants to split from. Because according to your theory she splits from her normalfag part. But why would she want to do that? If it is as you say that she finds being a normalfag exclusively frustrating(something not supported by the show since she acts quite normalfaggy in the digital world) then it is not part of her actual personality.
>And that one memory that Akane herself doesn't remember is real and she's wrong, since it's convevient to your argument.
Akane also doesn't remember the Junk computer and actively says to Utusmi if he remembers every piece of trash he has thrown away. And Rikka's shop is just that place were junk is thrown away. Hinting that Akane at some point threw Rikka away and forgot about her.
>And in that dream there was spring weather.
See above. If anything this confirms my point, since it makes much more sense for Akane's world always having been in summer weather instead of moving on from spring and then just getting stuck.
Because of the sakura trees? Maybe she just liked them. or perhaps she is completely fine with spring weather but it is autum/winter she dislikes. We honestly have no idea.

What kind of logic is this now? If you choose stop acting in a certain way and create a person that is the physical incarnation of that part of yourself, that means that it was never part of your personality? Why?
>Akane also doesn't remember the Junk computer
Akane never knew about Junk, it appeared there when Gridman arrived, it's his terminal.

This is you inserting your theory into what I said. I said that if she felt having to pretend to be a normalfag frustrating then she was never actually a normalfag, and there would be no personality to split.
>Akane never knew about Junk, it appeared there when Gridman arrived, it's his terminal.
The point is that Akane admits that she forgets things as well. So it is entirely possible she simply forgot going to school with Rikka.
>Yeah, when she cast away that part of herself.
Maybe if there were any other evidence for it.
>The uniforms too, it's clearly not summer there, no way around it.
The uniforms could just as well be because the school initially had a strict uniform code. And as I said. Maybe Akane didn't mind spring weather.
>>
>>191968686
>It really doesn't.
What part you didn't read?
>I said that if she felt having to pretend to be a normalfag frustrating then she was never actually a normalfag
That was never what I said. My point from the very beginning was that Akane is a relatively normal girl, with some unusual hobbies. She didn't pretend to be anything, she merely suppressed a part of herself in service of the other. And if you had to act like that, you would eventually grow tired and resentful of not being able to fully be yourself.
>The point is that Akane admits that she forgets things as well.
But she doesn't, since she didn't knew about Junk to begin with. That wasn't the point of that scene, the point was that she's spiteful and exhausted and she's about to do something that she think will take her over the point of no return, forever away from that ideal that Rikka rapresented and that she discarded.
>Maybe if there were any other evidence for it.
Good thing that there are plenty of other hints.
>The uniforms could just as well be because the school initially had a strict uniform code.
The point is that it wasn't the summer uniform.
>And as I said. Maybe Akane didn't mind spring weather.

There is no support of this in the show. So there is no reason to think it happend. There is also the fact that Akane is still hiding her otaku interest from everyone else. No one knew she was interested in Kaiju stuff in the digital world.
>But she doesn't, since she didn't knew about Junk to begin with.
She ask Utusmi if he remembers everything he has thrown away. Obviously it means she doesn't.

At no point in the show is Rikka upheld as some ideal Akane has.

>There is no support of this in the show.
There is the room of the real Akane, which together with all the other hints and puzzle pieces make up this portrayal.
>There is also the fact that Akane is still hiding her otaku interest from everyone else.
She wasn't really hiding it, it felt like she just didn't see the point in sharing her interest with NPCs. Obviously when she eventually does show her kaiju model they all start sucking her off immediately, so why even do it when you're already playing the role of the villain in a real fucking tokusatsu?
>She ask Utusmi if he remembers everything he has thrown away.
I just explained the meaning of that scene.
>At no point in the show is Rikka upheld as some ideal Akane has.
I just explained what Rikka rapresents.
>The truth is we have no idea how the weather works or why it was different in that dream but not anytime else.
The truth is that Akane doesn't want anything to change, doesn't want to grow up and confront a world where her action have consequences, so she keeps her world stuck in an eternal series of lazy summer days. Summer has the same kind of association to stasis and eternal youth that needs to be eventually left even in Captain Earth, that Gridman refernces plenty. In this sense, there is no reason to believe that Akane's world wasn't stuck in summer from the start, thus making that one "flashback" completely fake.

Akane's room not being full of otaku stuff is not proof of her trying to hide her interest in public and that hiding it was grating on her.

If this was true do you not think she would have told people before she got bored of the NPCs. She does hang out and talk with at least 2 people regurally so she obviously sees some point in interacting with them.
>I just explained the meaning of that scene.
I wasn't talking about the meaning of that particular scene. I was talking about what the dialog means for wheather or not Akane forgets things. Which she admits to doing.

It's proof that she's a relatively normal girl with otaku interests, the rest comes from placing the hints and pieces together.
>If this was true do you not think she would have told people before she got bored of the NPCs.
Not really, there would be no purpose, as they would love her the same either she showed off a kaiju or took a shit on the desk.
>She does hang out and talk with at least 2 people regurally so she obviously sees some point in interacting with them.
All we see them do is praise her for inane reasons and she clearly gives 0 fucks about them as people.
>I wasn't talking about the meaning of that particular scene. I was talking about what the dialog means for wheather or not Akane forgets things. Which she admits to doing.
You can't talk about the dialogue while ignoring what the meaning of the scene is, because, as I'm sure you're aware, the informations expressed through words can exceed their plain, literal meaning, depending on context and other things. Akane is not talking about forgetting things in that scene, as I've already explained.
>You explained what you think she represents. Something not supported by the show itself.
There are plenty of hints supporting this interpretation.
>Except the reason that every other flashback wasn't fake so why would only Rikka's be.
The reason could easily be that Rikka already believes that Akane and her used to be friends, so why not to start by manufacturing that. The truth is that the dreams are all different. Utsumi's one starts from a real encounter between him and Akane and takes it in a different direction, while Yuuta's one has Rikka replaced with Akane. The most conspicuous difference, not just between the dreams but with the rest of the show, is the presence of spring season in one.

Yes, she is not literally talking about forgetting things. But the thing she says shows that she is capable of forgetting something otherwise her dialogue makes no sense.

But they are still based on something real. The show could just as well have taken the buss ride from when Rikka’s was trying to reconnect with Akane from earlier in the show, but it didn’t and took a different scene instead. Then there's that obvious scene in episode 6 where, right after loli kaiju telling Yuuta that Akane is a god, you have Namiko and Hass telling Rikka that she's "a god in the form of high schooler". But I'll put all of them in the collage.

It isn’t relevant to the show.

as someone who is totally into mecha and tokusatsu I liked it too. that final episode made me fucking sing the OG opening along

Don't forget the identical hair straightener, down to same shade of pink.

>Amemiya actually likes the sense of distance from Rikka. He doesn't think a heroine that lives for MC would be good.

>Except for her to have someone to talk about her hobby with.
She's already living out her hobby in a way that exceeds anything she could do in real life, she has no interest talking about it with people that she doesn't even consider sentient. She clearly didn't care about the conversation about kaiju she had with Utsumi either and only wanted to talk about Yuuta.
>But the thing she says shows that she is capable of forgetting something otherwise her dialogue makes no sense.
Her dialogue makes no sense if you assume that she's actually talking about forgetting something, since she never knew of that thing to begin with. I said what her dialogue was about before.
>Why would the show do this if not to confirm that they indeed had some connection in the past that Akane at some point stopped caring about.
Maybe they wanted exactly to show that it never happened by setting it in spring instead of summer.

>She's already living out her hobby in a way that exceeds anything she could do in real life
>she has no interest talking about it with people that she doesn't even consider sentient
These are contradictory points since the first part revolves around interacting with these virtual people.
>>
>>191971544
>after having shown through all the series Rikka using earphones and Akane using headphones
Are you serious? This is meant as a proof? It couldn't just be she uses the headphones and earphones outdoors? Do you think each part of her personality got half of her headphones preference? Here is a picture of Rikka's room with headphones in it, just in case.
>can also see Rikka's white cardigan in the background
What exactly makes it Rikka's?
>right after loli kaiju telling Yuuta that Akane is a god, you have Namiko and Hass telling Rikka that she's "a god in the form of high schooler
I have no idea of what scene you are talking about. When the loli is explaining the only other scene it cuts to is Utusmi and Akane at the cafe.

>These are contradictory points since the first part revolves around interacting with these virtual people.
...yeah, as helpless victims crushed under her kaiju's feet. I don't really think that that's the same as her being genuinely curious about their thoughts on Gomera.
>>
>>191972026
Nigger what the fuck are you on about? She made them obsess over her when she could just be invisible, or admired from afar. Obviously she likes interacting with them on a personal level, if she stays distant. Why wouldn't she be interested in one that shares her hobby?
>>
>>191971783
>She's already living out her hobby in a way that exceeds anything she could do in real life, she has no interest talking about it with people that she doesn't even consider sentient
If kaiju is the thing she cares the most about, why not simply talk about it, it should be more interesting than simply talking how great her hair looks or something.
>She clearly didn't care about the conversation about kaiju she had with Utsumi either and only wanted to talk about Yuuta
Because there was something a lot more important at that time.
>Her dialogue makes no sense if you assume that she's actually talking about forgetting something
I just said
>Yes, she is not literally talking about forgetting things.
The point is that she is admitting that she is able to forget things.
>since she never knew of that thing to begin with.
Irrelevant to the point I am making.
>Maybe they wanted exactly to show that it never happened by setting it in spring instead of summer.
That would be a stupid decision then since it could mean a number of things.

even if she stays distant*

>Are you serious? This is meant as a proof?
The show went out of its way to associate one kind to each girl, multiple times, and at the end the real Akane has both, in the forefront of the shot, in a scene where everything is placed there for a reason (there are even references to the live action there).
>What exactly makes it Rikka's?
It's a white carding in a scene where all is carefully placed, at the end of a show where she's the only one to wear a white cardigan.
>I have no idea of what scene you are talking about.
I actually remembered wrong, it was in the following episode. The point still stand.
Denying all these honestly makes you seem delusional. One could be a coincidence, not all of them.

They portrayed lewd highschoolers so perfectly.
Now I want Amemiya and Trigger to adapt the second season of Tawawa.

Then what about my screenshot?
>It's a white carding in a scene where all is carefully placed
It is all carefully placed according to you. Could just be her school uniform.
>I actually remembered wrong,
>Denying all these honestly makes you seem delusional
These don't really go together.
>The point still stand
It really doesn't because it removes that direct association you were implying by having it right after the loli scene.

Cause Bors is a cute girl.

>If kaiju is the thing she cares the most about, why not simply talk about it, it should be more interesting than simply talking how great her hair looks or something.
I already explained why. She didn't see any reason to bother, since they'll praise her regardless, she doesn't see the point of discussing with them about it, since she doesn't see them as people and would even have more fun having them killed.
>Because there was something a lot more important at that time.
She could have talked him about kaiju at any point but she didn't. She doesn't care.
>The point is that she is admitting that she is able to forget things.
That wasn't what was meant and I've already expalined why.
>Irrelevant to the point I am making.
No, that's exactly the point.
>That would be a stupid decision then since it could mean a number of things.
The show is not keen on spelling everything out. A modicum amount of attention is drawn on the seasons situation but what it means is left to the viewer, and that's the case for several things.

>I already explained why. She didn't see any reason to bother, since they'll praise her regardless, she doesn't see the point of discussing with them about it, since she doesn't see them as people and would even have more fun having them killed.
But why interact with them at all then?
>She could have talked him about kaiju at any point but she didn't
Yeah, but she didn't because he is a dweeb.
>That wasn't what was meant and I've already expalined why.
Once again I am not talking about what was meant. I am perfectly aware of what the scene means.
>No, that's exactly the point.
It is obvious then that you did not understand the point. Akane not being able to know about Junk is irrelevant because what she says shows that she is capable of forgetting.
>The show is not keen on spelling everything out. A modicum amount of attention is drawn on the seasons situation but what it means is left to the viewer, and that's the case for several things.
The point was it is a retarded scene to have narrativly. Why create a scene that is meant to be a fake memory just so you can show that it is a fake memory by having it set in spring? How is that in anyway meaningful.

Anyway I am going to bed.

>Then what about my screenshot?
What about it? Rikka only ever uses earphones, Akane only ever uses headphones. And now that I look at your screenshot, the layout of the room is extremely similar to Akane's, the bed, the mirror, the clothes, the desk... uh-uh.
>It is all carefully placed according to you. Could just be her school uniform.
Yeah, everything is a coincidence. The earphones and headphones are there by chance, the broken smartphones is there by chance, the keyboard from the live action is there by chance, the Promare poster and Midori doll are there by chance, the white carding is there by chance, etc.
>These don't really go together.
>It really doesn't because it removes that direct association you were implying by having it right after the loli scene.
The scene is still there, with this competely inconsequential and out of nowhere allusion at rikka being a "god high schooler", after the episode where Akane was revealed to be a god. But I guess it must be a coincidence like everything else.

>>191972648
>But why interact with them at all then?
At first she probably got something out of being adored, but by the time of the show it's clear that it means nothing to her and she's already off the deep end.
>Yeah, but she didn't because he is a dweeb.
It wouldn't have made any difference if he was hot.
>It is obvious then that you did not understand the point. Akane not being able to know about Junk is irrelevant because what she says shows that she is capable of forgetting.
She's not talking about actually forgetting something, she's talking about "forgetting" Rikka, AKA discarding her, in a scene where she's about to throw away her humanity and go full kaiju by stabbing Yuuta. That's the point.
>The point was it is a retarded scene to have narrativly. Why create a scene that is meant to be a fake memory just so you can show that it is a fake memory by having it set in spring? How is that in anyway meaningful.
I don't think it was created ONLY for that reason.
